The place is clean and well maintained. All the listed facilities are working well. Wang puts in effort to maintain the unit and is also attentive to make sure that we are comfortable with our stay even with the small details. We enjoyed our stay alot. Thank you very much.

Has a great family gathering at this beautiful villa. It’s balcony is directly facing the lake. Great view. We are able to access to the lakeside through balcony. The villa is also equipped with lots of games and activities for family. Clean and spacious environment. Easy to park and the owner has prepared equipment for bbq and steamboat. Will definitely come again.

It was a nice stay with 2 families, especially if you want to be near Austin Height area. Kids enjoyed the pool despite a little small. 5 bedrooms were more than enough with comfy beds. Aircon could be stronger in the living area. Kitchen and fridge is small and outdoor but not a big concern since we did not use it much.

I had an amazing experience at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. quiet enough to relax after a long day. Our host was friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed,everything was seamless. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh towels, snacks. The spacious corner-lot home is perfect for big groups and comes with great amenities like a private pool, BBQ set, and karaoke system. Surrounded by lush plants, the place felt peaceful and cozy — our kids especially loved the swing and open space. It was a comfortable, fun-filled stay that made us feel right at home. One thing make me suprised, the home has bath tub and potty for kids. Also, a small playground is prepared in the house. This is super bonus when come to a family which travel with kids, just like me. This is not just family friendly home but also kids friendly. Highly recommended for family or group vacations!

Beautiful place with KSL mall a couple of minutes away. Joanne was also extremely helpful and friendly, providing clear instructions to check in. Highly recommended!

The house location was quiet near to the town centre. Mr Riffqy allowed me to early check in & late check out which made us very convenient for short trip. This is a corner house and very quiet place. Parking car inside the compound and monitored by CC TV camera made us worry less. Hope to go back again for our next trip .

Had a great stay at this sweet home for 3D2N. The house owner is very accommondating for us to use the house for traditional wedding ceremony, even prepared a wishing card for us, so sweet! The house is located at prime location. It is overall clean and spacious too. Highly recommended!

We have a short trip company event in JB and have a chance to stay at Sam's place. The place is clean, big and with many facilities. It has accommodate different needs and interest in the group which everyone able to participate in the common area. Great place to stay and we have a great time together!

We were a family of 10 pax and stayed for 3 nights. The place was impeccably clean with spacious bedrooms for everyone. There were attached bathrooms to each bedroom and extra bathroom in the gaming room and also the karaoke/entertainment room. Everyone in my family enjoyed our stay. Kids had fun playing the free board games while adults had fun with the karaoke and mahjong session. It is not easy to find a place to accommodate everyone’s need and this venue is perfect for it. Joseph was also very friendly and reached out to us daily to check if we were comfortable and whether there’s anything he can do to improve our stay. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back.

There was some 积水 on the floor of the outside bathroom (shower area), though I understand why there's a squeegee. Other than that, everything else during the stay was tip-top! 🌟

The owner was very generous and provided as much services as they could within their capability. The house environment was awesome and suitable for a group of people to have gathering and santai (chilling). House provided with many facilities and never get bored. Host opened the aircond to welcome us under a very hot weather, so when we check in we can just lying down and rest directly. Host also very attentive to our requests whichever possible. Overall, definitely a come back again for next time.

We had some difficulty setting up the KTV system. I messaged the host and shortly afterwards the host came over to help us. WOW. Thank you! The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful. However, I would only recommend for people who have their own transport.

We had a lovely stay at this spacious villa. Perfect for families with kids or a group of friends! The highlight was definitely the big pool, great for both swimming and playtime. The single-level layout made it very convenient for elderly family members, and the large dining area was ideal for group meals and gatherings. The pool table was a big hit with everyone, especially those who enjoy a game or two in the evenings. Each of the five bedrooms was generously sized and came with either a TV or projector setup, which added a nice touch. The house can get a bit warm during the summer, so it’s worth keeping that in mind. The location is perfect! Close to eateries and shopping malls, which made it super convenient. The villa also had ample parking that could fit two large cars comfortably. We also felt safe during our stay, as there was a security guard stationed at the entrance managing visitor access. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful. Overall it’s an outstanding place
