We had a wonderful 2 weeks with our family in this house. Had super nice weather and everything you can think of was present in the house of Natalija and her family. Close to Labin, I think one of the best located places in Istria! We enjoyed the beach in Rabac, good restaurants nearby and from here very exploring Istria, Rovinj, Pula etc. Also seen the plitvice lakes and that is 5 hours up and down but worth it. Had a very nice time! Thank you!

The house is just great. Just as described, rather better. The heated pool allows you to play in the water for hours. Children can be supervised from the shaded seating area. The many other play options in and around the house allow you to spend entire days without boredom. The air conditioning keeps the house pleasantly cool and can be individually controlled. The equipment is in top condition. Ivan is a great host and responds in record time. We were there as a family with 5 adults and two children and would like to come back.

We had a great stay! The accommodation was super nice, very clean and in a great location. The handover went smoothly and if there were any questions or small problems, someone was immediately available - always friendly and helpful. We especially liked the many tips and recommendations from Benjamin about activities and restaurants in the area – this made our stay even better. Clear recommendation!

We would highly recommend staying at Matteo's place. It's a beautiful house that was so we'll equipped. The kitchen had all the utensils you could need and we cooked for 5 on a couple of nights with ease. Everything was spotlessly clean and there were some really nice touches, like slippers in the rooms and the welcome hamper was a real treat. All in all, a wonderful stay with a beautiful pool in a peaceful setting. Highly recommended!

Host is very helpful and communicative. The place is great but bring good shoes as the entire town is not easy to walk through and be ready to climb no matter where you go. Pool is great, spa is lovely. Goran is super nice

The accommodation was very reasonable for the price and very large for two people. The pool and garden were perfectly designed for relaxation. Martin was always available for us. All in all, we liked it very much, and would gladly come again.

We had a wonderful time in Suzana's vacation home! The house is located in a very quiet area – perfect for relaxing. The large pool is a real highlight, as is the fantastic view of the surroundings. The furnishings of the house leave nothing to be desired – everything has really been thought of. We would especially like to highlight the cleanliness and the great and loving communication with Miranda (lady on site, who does the key handover and who you can ask anything at any time) The only minor "critique": the grill is a bit small – which is perhaps good to know for grill fans. There are shopping facilities in the village or about 20 minutes away (Plodine, Spar, Konzum, etc.). The sea is also only about 20 minutes away by car. Overall, absolutely recommended - we will definitely come back!

We felt very comfortable in this beautiful holiday home in the wonderful town of Bale. The old town house has been tastefully and high-quality modernized, is sparkling clean and comfortable. The communication with Christine and on site with Iva was very pleasant and helpful. In short: a great vacation home that we can recommend without reservation.

Nice apartment separate from main house with holiday apartments. Not super airy because it’s on the ground floor but totally ok for a few nights and you have a lovely private terrace. Liked the German 80s charm. City beach and old town of Porec in walking distance. Good communication and helpful host (didn’t meet Branko but his wife).

We had a wonderful holiday (and honeymoon!) at Casa Valla. We were so warmly welcomed and it was a such a pleasure to meet Matea, her father, Elvis and her mother. We were made to feel so at home and they even gave us kind and thoughtful honeymoon gifts! ❤️ The property is spotlessly clean, fresh and modern with everything needed for a relaxing holiday. The beds are large & very comfortable, the shower was powerful with hot water at all times. We especially loved the spacious pool, barbeque area and the view over the fields to the hills. It was quiet and peaceful but only a 5-10 mins walk to either a large supermarket or up the hill to the old town. There were many walking routes and trails, so if you love walking this is a great spot. However, the thing that made Casa Valla most special for us was the hosts and their warmth, kindness and the real pride they take in their property. We would recommend Casa Valla anyone who wants a peaceful, relaxing holiday in a beautiful place ❤️

Beautiful rustic house. Very clean, well furnished with many amenities. Oven, dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioners. Frontemare. Enjoy the dessert and bottle of wine found in the fridge. Thank you. Unfortunately, having stayed away (March), many clubs and facilities were closed. However, there was a small supermarket and bakery nearby. Beautiful areas x walking. Located a few kilometers from Porec, also reachable with a walk. There is a large parking lot in the street behind.

We were at this beautiful place for a week at the end of May with our dog. On arrival, it is a bit hidden, despite the navigation, but the photos from Ivan's bird's eye view were very helpful and we found it quickly. The dear owner, who lives in the back, welcomed us with nice gifts and would have been there immediately if we had any questions or other needs, but was otherwise very reserved. The house has a good kitchen with all the trimmings and has a new and very nice bathroom. A wonderful garden and the sea on your doorstep, what more could you want. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the week

Everything was super nice! We had a great, very relaxing holiday! The welcome and also the farewell were very warm. The accommodation was sparkling clean and tastefully furnished, with everything you need. Absolute privacy in the middle of an olive grove and well located for excursions to the coast, to Pula, Rovenji, Medulin, etc. Supermarkets and restaurants are also very close. (Tip from us: Steak restaurant Šantamarina Premansturska Cesta 157, Pula – 5 minutes by car). The heated pool and the beautiful covered terrace were simply great. Dino came by to clean the pool after prior registration. The communication was excellent, Dino and his wife were very helpful and always responded very quickly. We would come back anytime and recommend the accommodation without reservation!!! Thank you again, dear Dino - also to your wife, for this wonderful stay :-)

A Beautiful house quite close to the sea and in a quiet and peaceful part of Poreč. It offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a private garden. The entire place is spotless, clean and comfortable. The owners were very understanding when we needed to adjust the check-in time and helpful with providing advice about the local attractions. We spent a week over New Year's Eve at Jure's house and enjoyed the time very much. Jure's house is a little off the road, but so central that all necessary places were quick and easy to reach. The property is completely enclosed, which was very pleasant for our dog. The house is situated in a beautiful garden and has everything that is needed. The underfloor heating was particularly pleasant now in winter. The contact with Jure was straightforward. He was on vacation himself during our stay, but a friend gave us the key and provided us with all the necessary information. Nevertheless, Jure was always available to us and provided us with restaurant tips. We can well imagine spending another vacation in Jure's house.

As you can see on the map, the cottage is located in a small village relatively away from big cities or the coast. Nevertheless, there are plenty of shopping facilities and sights in the immediate vicinity. The house is detached with a large property, so there are no directly adjacent neighbors. The outdoor area is well equipped with lounge chairs, jacuzzi, gas grill and terrace with seating. There is also a parking space right in front of the house. The interior design also leaves nothing to be desired: all rooms are fully equipped (small hair dryer available contrary to the description), offer enough storage space and were found very clean. For purposes such as cooking, washing and cleaning, there is also everything necessary in the house. The two hosts, Nenad and Valentina, are very friendly and helpful and gave us direct tips about the area and the accommodation after the key handover. They were always available for any questions. All in all, a great stay with a very good price. We were very happy to have chosen this accommodation. Clear recommendation.

Very nice and spacious house, comfortable spaces, possibility to use the table in the living area, on the terrace and also in the garden. Bathroom with washing machine, bidet and shower. The house is nicely located on a hill. You can walk along the water to the old town in fifteen minutes. A nice walk that won't get bored. The cottage is very complete and comfortable. It was a pleasure staying here. The house is located in a quiet town just outside of Poreč, with everything you need close by. The build quality is among the best I've seen in Croatia – everything feels solid and is made with high-quality materials. Both the interior and exterior are beautifully designed and well-maintained. We were family of four and we enjoyed our stay as we love Porec. Kanita and her husband were very friendly and helpfull. Their house is new and super clean, therefore we enjoyed our stay and felt very confortable. Neigborhood was quiet and peacefull and we could enjoy sitting outside on very nice and spacious patio.
