Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Kuils River

When we arrived, we went to the wrong place and Graham came to collect us - he even helped and carried some of the bags. The apartment is stunning. Overlooking the sea - what a view! I can't wait to go back because I was not disappointed. By the way - the security lady was so helpful.. Graham is a gem as he kept on checking how we were doing..

Great stay, only thing to watch out for is that a large vehicle/4x4 might not fit in the garage as I had a small car and it was a squeeze. Also Google maps has it marked across the street from where the house actually is.

Views... unbelievable. Better than what the photos suggest. The apartment is spacious and comfortable and safe. Check in was stress free. Information about the apartment is plentiful and makes for a stay where you are not guessing about anything. We didn't really explore the local area - there is a supermarket about 200m up the street. You can also walk safely along the beach near Milnerton Lighthouse. We found the area to be an easy distance to drive in an out of the CBD/Waterfront area daily.

Gerhard was an amazing host. Gave us a tour of the apartment block as well as the apartment on arrival. One of the best, most modern and elegant apartments we have stayed in. It's always great when a host stresses the small stuff for example milk & water in the fridge, bean coffee machine with supplies, aircon. Beautiful view to top it off! Can highly recommend if you are looking for a luxurious home away from home. Thanks for a great stay!

Spacious apartment, great location, magnificent mountain views and friendly hosts - five stars all round!

Simon’s place was exactly what we needed for our 6 days in Cape Town. It is in a great location, you can walk to the waterfront or easily get Ubers. We hired a car for a couple of days and it’s easy to navigate as it’s close to the main roads and has a parking space. One of the highlights for us was the food lovers market on the ground floor which made it so easy for meals - offers a wide variety of tasty already prepared foods (not on weekends) and a great coffee shop in the same area. Amazing! Simon was so helpful and went out of his way for us when we arrived early. Much appreciated and highly recommend. Would definitely stay again.

We had a fantastic two-night stay at Simon’s place. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Simon was always responsive, available, and very helpful, which made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend staying here!

We came with our 3 year old, 4 month old baby (and my mother also stayed with us) and the place was SO comfortable for all of us. I would have been happy if we stayed there our entire visit actually as we really had everything we needed. Kitchen crockery, cutlery, cookware and serving dishes were ample and varied. The dishwasher and washing machine worked well. There were little bins and laundry baskets in all the rooms and also more than enough plugs (which are small comforts airbnbs sometimes lack). Cupboard space is also very good. Beds and bedding were comfortable (although I prefer foam pillows). Marcy (their cleaner) was so playful with my son when she came in on our last day and Elaine and her husband were very warm people too when we met them at check-in and check-out so that also added to the experience. Basically, it is, in fact, as good as all the other reviews say ;)

It is a second time we stayed at this specific place and will definitely return! It is an overwhelmingly positive experience in many-many ways.

If you’re reading this review, it means you’re considering this rental. If this beach-front property is available, don’t waste any more time and simply rent it! My wife and I have rented AirBnB properties around the world and this rental was spectacular. One of the best places, if not the best place, we’ve ever rented. Mary-Louise is a very responsive host, her place is spotless clean, large with 2 bedrooms and has a multi-million dollar view. Only steps away from the ocean, falling asleep to the ocean was so relaxing and the only thing we wish was to have been able to stay longer than just 3 nights. My work colleagues was raised in Cape Town and recommended Camps Bay over the V&A area and we were so happy we listened to him and stayed on Glen Beach. Thanks so much Mary-Louise for an amazing stay!!!!! Should we ever return to Cape Town, we will definitely be a repeat guest.

Was very good value. Lovely neighborhood and spot. Everything you need, larger than expected and the hosts are very helpful. I am sure I will be going back shortly.

One of the most stunning airbnb’s I have stayed in!!! The photos are gorgeous, but in person is even better. The sunsets here are unmatched, the outdoor space is larger than what we imagined, and the inside is cozy with lots of amenities! The tap water is safe to drink and the security to the place was great. The driveway is quite steep but we got our rental car up it no problem! Anthony was fantastic and always answered so fast! He was very kind, friendly, and helpful. Thank you so much!

Mieke’s cottage truly is a home from home. The home has all amenities, modern and very comfortable. From the moment we arrived we felt so welcome. There was a lovely welcome selection of drinks in the fridge, and a lovely bottle of wine. Lozanne is a wonderful host - she is attentive and kind. The children (and the adults) absolutely loved the animals. The splash pool was a lovely treat. We stayed for just over two weeks, and we were so sad to leave. We felt safe and secure at all times. When needed, Lozanne and her husband were on hand when we had a question. We hope to return to stay at the cottage when we visit in 2026. 5 stars in my opinion. Thank you for making our visit to South Africa such a special one.

Well appointed apartment with a lovely balcony overlooking the street. Perfect location, close to shops and restaurants Hosts were very helpful including assisting us when we locked the keys in the apartment. We had a lovely stay.

The response time was quick , the hot water needs to be fixed , but that was a minor issue

Stayed at Leo’s place for 4 nights. Timon was assisting us throughout. Very helpful. Always replied to our any questions at any time. We weren’t able to operate the heater, so he came down specially to show us and made a video also got an extra electric heater if we still can’t operate the manual one. Loved the place. It’s just perfect for 2 people and has everything you need for a comfortable stay with gorgeous views and near to all the restaurants and supermarkets We had a great time :)

Staying here was lovely. The view of the city is gorgeous and the apartment itself is stunningly decorated to give an at home feel. Which it does so easily. The plants in and around the apartment give it such a nice feel too. Overall it was lovely to stay here. walking distance from everything you could need too. Desk staff are super friendly and helpful

Amazing lock up and go spot located in close proximity to all the awesome spots in town with some of the most amazing views! Would definitely stay again!
