The Ulenhuus is located in the middle of the idyllic region of Mecklenburg Switzerland not far from the cities of Rostock and Güstrow. It is located in the small cul-de-sac village of Zehlendorf - a place where you can recharge your batteries in seclusion and proximity to nature. Typical rural Mecklenburg flair belong to the village as well as many horses. Directly behind the village exit, the Zehlendorfer Moor nature reserve beckles and opens up a wide view over the structurally rich Recknitz-Netherlandscape.

Herzlich willkommen im Ferienidyll am Waldrand. Die Unterkunft befindet sich auf unserem Grundstück, inmitten der einmaligen Natur der Mecklenburgischen Schweiz. Eingebettet in die hügelige Landschaft, findet Ihr hier Erholung pur. Das Gebäudeensemble besteht aus einer großen Schlaf- und Wohnjurte und einem Häuschen, in dem sich die voll ausgestattete Küche und das Bad mit warmem Wasser befinden. Genießt die Momente in der Sauna, am Teich, am Lagerfeuer, in der Hängematte oder im Blumengarten.

Das Ferienhaus liegt im Naturpark Sternberger Seenland, ist 200 Jahre alt und war das ehem. Eishaus des Gutshauses. Es wurde 2017 vollkommen saniert. Die Sauna, Kanu, Ruderboot, Stand-Up-Paddle sowie eine Tischtennisplatte und Badminton können kostenfrei genutzt werden. Groß Raden hat ein archäologisches Freilichtmuseum mit Ferienprogrammen und zwei Restaurants. Vom Steg oder Boot aus kann man angeln oder schwimmen. Zur Ostsee, nach Schwerin sowie nach Wismar und Rostock sind ca. 45 km.

Refugium

Das Refugium liegt am Ende des Dorfes in einer ruhigen wunderbaren Lage mitten in der Natur von Mecklenburg direkt an einen Biotop Wald. Es ist nur 2 Stunden entfernt von Berlin und Hamburg. Ich habe die Wohnung mit viel Liebe gestaltet und dabei eine Fusion von verschiedenen Stilen kreiert. Bei den Renovierungsmaßnahmen ist viel alte Substanz sichtbar geworden, so z.Bsp. alte naturfarbene Holztöne, Fachwerk und Lehmwände. Die Schönheit der Unvollkommenheit und der Vergänglichkeit

Our granny apartment is located on an idyllic property directly on the island lake. From the covered terrace as well as the rooms you can look into the garden and enjoy the nature and the partial view of the lake. The surrounding area offers many opportunities for relaxation and recreation. Within walking distance you can reach the Ernst Barlach Museum, the beach and restaurants. By arrangement, our boat can be used and you can get directly from the jetty to the lake.

On an original farm, we have lovingly created a vacation home to dream of. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place to be! A large garden invites you to linger. In the evening you can sit comfortably by the fire or read a book on the comfortable couch with a glass of wine. From Groß Markow you can explore the surroundings by bike or by car. The place lies between Lake Kummerow and Lake Teterow. The Baltic Sea can be reached in just an hour.

"Kontor" for 2 in the post-socialist manor house

-Winter break from December 22nd to April 5th 26- The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with dilapidated charm for 2 people located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. I acquired the manor house in Kobrow in 2011 with the aim of reviving and thereby preserving a small piece of our country's cultural heritage. We rent a small, cozily furnished apartment on the first floor of a townhouse on the Berlin-Copenhagen bike path. It is close to several lakes with swimming areas, boat rentals, restaurants, a swimming pool, wildlife park, a historic city center with theater, cinema, cathedral, church and Renaissance castle.
