Despite the freezing weather, there are opportunities for a great time in Polanica. The home had all the amenities, games, and books that gave us a break. I highly recommend this place, close to every experience

Very comfy home in peaceful surroundings. Well maintained garden and absolute winner- sauna with a view. Very comfy beds! Very well presented and clutter free. Nice trinkets to make you feel like in designer’s house. Kitchen equipped with everything one may ever need. All high quality. All necessities provided.. not like rental at all more like home. Gem!!!

It was amazing stay, thank Grzegorz once again! We had a hen party organised for our friend and asked if we could arrived a bit earlier for check-in to prepare everything in advance. The host was so nice and communicate, sawing that the weather was bad (heavy rain with the hail) he let us inside, heated for us house in advance and even helped us to heat up the hot-tub and sauna outside, cutted us some wood as well. We are so grateful for your help, kindness and understanding. The house itself look amazing, just as on the pictured from pinterest. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was fully functional. The sauna was very clean and enjoyable, also we would love to use more grill and terrace outside if the weather would be better. We would definitely love to come back to this beautiful place. =)

A great place that looks even better than the photos. It was very clean and there was everything you could want to clean - bags, vacuum cleaner, dishwasher tablets, everything you need. The house is very well equipped (dishes, pots, etc.), very large, great place for fire, sauna. The host is very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay! The place is new, clean, and just the right size for two people. The view is beautiful, and the location is peaceful and close to the mountains. The jacuzzi was a highlight and made our stay even more enjoyable. A couple of small suggestions that could make the experience even better: it would be great to have a lighter included if you’re offering a fire-starting package, as well as a few basics like kitchen paper and microwave gloves for convenience. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to others.

Fantastic apartment in which nothing is missing. Heerlijk rustig. Uitgebreide info over wat er in de omgeving is te doen. Biedronka supermarket is 500 m away. In 10 minutes you can walk to a beautiful and large park. Good restaurants within walking distance, 10 min walk, recommended Bohemia (also has a restaurant in the park). If you are not satisfied with this apartment, you will not be satisfied anywhere. A fantastic apartment where nothing is missing. Wonderfully quiet. A lovely place to relax! The house was even better than in the photos — clean, cozy and very atmospheric. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail, from comfortable furniture to a fully stocked kitchen. I especially liked the view from the terrace , thegarden. The host was very friendly, always available and helpful. The neighborhood is safe and close by nature. Will definitely come back again!

We felt very comfortable in Mr. Vítězslav's apartment. It was easy to have two dogs who were also happy. The apartment was tidy, well-equipped, we didn't miss anything at all. The coffee maker and seating on the loggia was just a bonus. Thank you so much, if we go to this location next time, we would definitely use it again.

Really great experience, very helpful, friendly and responsive host, great location (close to city center, parks along the river, and the university hospital). Will be happy to stray there again later.

Stayed here with my girlfriend for 2 nights and had a great time. Was very quiet and felt right at home. Close by to a few nice restaurants. Apartment was spotless and had all amenities listed. Would highly recommend and look forward to returning one day!
