Villa Toscana Luxury Loft

The whole house exclusively located in Bory Dolnośląskie on the outskirts of the city. From the gate you go straight to the forest where there are beautiful bicycle and walking paths. House equipped with designer furniture, art. Fully equipped kitchen. Closeness to nature, wild animals, beautiful music and a fireplace. For cold evenings in the garden there is a tub with wood-fired water and a fireplace. Breakfast is available on request for an additional fee of PLN 65.00 per person per day.

A UNIQUE, NOT EVERYDAY PLACE! The treehouses are small luxury apartments in Karpacz that are equipped with the necessary equipment to make your vacation in the mountains unforgettable and carefree. For their comfort, our treehouses have a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. In all houses, small heaters ensure a cozy and warm atmosphere on colder autumn and winter days.

Staniszów 40 is an ideal starting point for hikes and tours in the beautiful surrounding area. The cottage is suitable for small groups, families or friends. Cooking together or relaxing by the fireplace is fun here. We hope that our guests will only spend peaceful and happy hours in our Dzik cottage. The house is situated on a hill, close to a road with light traffic.

Thanks to its location at an altitude of 570 meters above sea level and the layout of the rooms, our house is attractive all year round. We offer a comfortable 1930s-style interior. A hot sauna awaits you in the basement.
