House holiday rentals in Ksamil

As mentioned before the ride to the villa is not casual. However, the villa is everything we were expecting. The pool, the view, the arhitecture are all something else. Easy to communicate with Nikki and the privacy was what you would normally expect. Highly recommended.

Leigh’s villa is incredible! The outside of the villa exceeded all expectations, the view was stunning. The outdoor kitchen and eating area is fab. We had a very generous welcome pack on arrival with a fridge full of goodies. Gianni greeted us at the house and showed us everything we needed to know, and when we had a small ice machine malfunction he was on site within 10 minutes to help us. The house was very clean and roomy. Wifi works really well. It’s a great private location and a 10 minute walk down to the beach. Only constructive feedback would be that two of the rooms are two single beds pushed close to each other, but because of the bedposts you can’t push them together. The single beds we found rather uncomfortable and small so may need a thicker mattress? However those of us that stayed in the double rooms were very comfortable and slept well every night! A wonderfully peaceful stay at Villa Persephone. The villa had everything we needed and was super comfortable and homely. The pool area and view were outstanding and such a lovely place to just relax and unwind. Beaches, restaurants and shops all very walkable. Nataliya was a great host and responded to any queries quickly and cheerfully! Thank you for a superb stay!

Just returned from a wonderful week’s stay. It looked lovely in the pictures but we could not believe how beautiful it was in real life! Such attention made it a lovely surrounding. So much space too. Although we were a family with 3 adults and 1 toddler, you would have enough space to be 6 adults easily. I definitely want to stay again. One call out is that the roads are very steep and hairy to get to the villa. A car is recommended but we would have been terrified to drive. We got taxis everywhere, which you need to book in advance but that was fine for us. I’d recommend going to the big Lidl on the way to the villa because it’s significantly cheaper than the little supermarkets closer to the villa and lots more choice. We didn’t use the grocery delivery service because that was much more expensive. We had a great time hiring a small boat one day and pootling along the coastline. It was totally glorious. Other than that we happily spent a lot of time at the villa as it was beaut.

The place is a bit confusing to find because the map does not account for a shortcut that runs through the property, once you figure that out you realize that it is just steps away from the beach and the village which are both lovely and convenient. The place has a gorgeous view, all the basics are covered and the pool is a great bonus.

Villa Mia was everything and more!! The house was spotless, the location was excellent, and the view was breathtaking. We will be back! Thanks for an amazing week in Corfu!!

Athanasssia's villa is stunningly beautiful and we had a wonderful week here as a family - we didn't want to leave!

The reservation was booked for my parents, but they were satisfied with it! Lida was an amazing host and her house was a great place to stay at. Her and her daughter were extremely responsive and they accommodated all the requests. The only small issue was that the kitchen was not 100% fully equipped with all necessities, but still it was a nice one! We totally recommend Lida and her stay :-)

Fantastic stay! The location was excellent, making it easy to get around and explore. The accommodation was perfect—comfortable, clean, and great value for money. The host was absolutely lovely—very helpful, responsive, and great with communication. Highly recommended! We will be back for sure! An extra special mention to Elefteria’s mum & niece who were also so welcoming & helpful upon our arrival ☺️

Had a wonderful 4 days at Kladji’s villa. It was spotless and the small pool was nice. Good views from the terrace. Lots of good restaurants in the town, 5 mins walk. Beaches are fine and the sea water is lovely to swim in. Would book again.

What a difference a proactive, responsive host makes in a guest's experience. Host Ana was amazing. I took 2 buses - Gjirokaster to Saranda, Saranda to Ksamil. Ana followed my progress, told me where to exit the bus, and her father was waiting (with a smile) to drive me (and my heavy suitcase) to the beautiful apartment which was very close! So kind, so kind. The studio was private, easy ground-floor walk-in, with a nice little porch to sit and have morning coffee. Inside it was very clean with all the necessities for the kitchen and bathroom. This was the first time I used an open shower without a wall and I loved it! Super efficient! Plenty of hot water. Location: Extremely walkable location, perfect because it was away from the crowds (tourist season); however, I could easily reach all the beaches and restaurants by foot. Ana recommended a more private beach with less people (thank you). I was very happy with my stay and I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was as described. She had prepared leaflets with where you can eat, what to do in the area, which is certainly useful. You could park on the premises, which I personally always recommend in Albania to take at an accommodation! The cottage has many plants, which makes it cozy in the busy Sarandë.

In a calm neighbourhood, but also walking distance from the center. The host family is super nice, I would return 100%!

A fantastic place away from the city. A peaceful neighborhood, shepherds leading goats, limes, lemons, grapes growing next to the house, and even a turtle in the yard. Great contact with the host, the first time I visited a place whose owner asked if we were missing something during our stay. One of the best places I've ever been. There were 5 of us and everyone could count on privacy. I rate 100/10 and with a clear heart I recommend absolutely everyone to choose this accommodation instead of the crowded Sarande or Ksamil (which are about 20 minutes drive from the accommodation).

The apartment is modern, clean, exactly as in the pictures. Close to the promenade, port and bus station. Check-in and check-out was very easy and flexible. I recommend Helena as a host.

I doubt you could find a nicer place to stay in Corfu. The house is a family holiday home and it feels well loved. Everything is there to enjoy time together, lovely lawn area for games, right on a lovely beach, meals on the generous balcony, very functional kitchen. And a 10 min drive to Kassiopi for lots of good restaurants. I would definitely get a car, the walk to the town is 20 mins. Thanks to Caroline for all your help.

We had a really good stay in Saranda at the apartment, it is close to many restaurants and beaches. Everything looked just like the photos and the view was amazing. Thoma was such a nice host and really helpful. When we needed to check out a bit late he was very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

A beautiful house with the most incredible roof terrace overlooking the Ionian Sea with Corfu town and coastline to one side and the Albanian mountains the other side. Wonderful pool, very spacious house and extremely peaceful whilst being close enough to facilities. I'd definitely recommend it!

A magnificent villa with a beautiful view of the mountains, very well thought-out accommodation with 3 separate apartments, a magnificent swimming pool. I recommend it 1000% you will not be disappointed, with friends or family it is a perfect place for a peaceful holiday in complete privacy!

This place exceeded our expectations! Such warm and welcoming people and the place was spacious and clean. The hosts made breakfast for us and made us feel at home. I would come back here in a heartbeat.
