House holiday rentals in Ksamil

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable à Corfou, et l’appartement de la villa de Georgios y a grandement contribué. La vue depuis la terrasse était splendide (de ma vie je n’ai rien vu de si époustouflant), surtout au coucher du soleil. A environ 45mn en voiture, nous avons adoré explorer la baie de Paleokastritsa en paddle et la baie de Benitses en bateau. La proximité du mont Pantokrator de la villa était grandiose. L’accueil de Georgios a été chaleureux, tout était parfaitement propre et confortable — nous nous sommes sentis chez nous dès le premier jour. Merci pour toutes les petites attentions et les conseils/le guide de Corfou qui nous ont permis de découvrir des coins magnifiques (et des restaurants supers, à quelques pas de la villa, avec vue sur mer). Nous repartons avec des souvenirs plein la tête (et de légers coups de soleil 😄). Merci encore pour tout !

As mentioned before the ride to the villa is not casual. However, the villa is everything we were expecting. The pool, the view, the arhitecture are all something else. Easy to communicate with Nikki and the privacy was what you would normally expect. Highly recommended.

Leigh’s villa is incredible! The outside of the villa exceeded all expectations, the view was stunning. The outdoor kitchen and eating area is fab. We had a very generous welcome pack on arrival with a fridge full of goodies. Gianni greeted us at the house and showed us everything we needed to know, and when we had a small ice machine malfunction he was on site within 10 minutes to help us. The house was very clean and roomy. Wifi works really well. It’s a great private location and a 10 minute walk down to the beach. Only constructive feedback would be that two of the rooms are two single beds pushed close to each other, but because of the bedposts you can’t push them together. The single beds we found rather uncomfortable and small so may need a thicker mattress? However those of us that stayed in the double rooms were very comfortable and slept well every night! Thank you Leigh for a holiday to remember!

A wonderfully peaceful stay at Villa Persephone. The villa had everything we needed and was super comfortable and homely. The pool area and view were outstanding and such a lovely place to just relax and unwind. Beaches, restaurants and shops all very walkable. Nataliya was a great host and responded to any queries quickly and cheerfully! Thank you for a superb stay!

My family stayed at Villa Eccles in Corfu for just over a week in September and had an outstanding experience. The Villa has picture-postcard views and everything on site that you could wish for. The property host, Julia, and property manager, Lefteris were incredibly helpful and responsive with any questions or concerns. We will be recommending Villa Euclea as an outstanding holiday destination to family and friends upon our return home.

Had a wonderful 4 days at Kladji’s villa. It was spotless and the small pool was nice. Good views from the terrace. Lots of good restaurants in the town, 5 mins walk. Beaches are fine and the sea water is lovely to swim in. Would book again.

Amazing stay - Erini was so helpful and super quick with communication. The villa had everything we needed including a welcome hamper with wine and bread! The location is gorgeous and walkable to the beach and restaurants (25 minutes downhill by foot). Nisaki is super beautiful and our stay was perfect. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to be close enough to enjoy good food but far away enough for a lot of a peace and quiet !

The beach house is the perfect beach house in an idyllic setting. The accommodation is spotless and well appointed. Xanthi also provides all the extras you would want for the beach towels kids toys and even sea kyaks and a paddle board. We had already stayed in Xanthis Corfu town apartment and before we left she had given us lots of info on the area which is a 5 min drive from Kassiopi with lots of tavernas and shops. You can also walk 20 mins to the town With the beautiful gardens and seating in and out of the sun you might find you never want to move further than the garden and the water outside your gate! We stayed 10days at the house . Everything was perfect! Communication easy and quick. The house was well equipped even for three little children! We got cribs and towels was changed every two days! The location is super but I would recommend to have your car to be able to explore the area. The tiny little village has a great restaurant and only 5min walk and other one. The welcome box was fantastic and a huge surprise! Thank you for making our holiday so memorable.

Die Unterkunft ist günstig gelegen, sehr ruhig und etwas abseits von dem restlichen Trubel in Ksamil. Perfekte Lage und wunderbare Unterkunft - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Limos ist ein sehr angenehmer und freundlicher Gastgeber, der sich liebevoll um seine Gäste kümmert. Wir waren sehr gern hier und kommen auch sehr gern wieder.

We had a wonderful stay at Giannis. We were lucky enough to be there over Easter weekend. Irene helped us navigate our way into Old Town so we could take advantage of all that the Corfu celebrations had to offer. The church next door to our apartment also celebrated. They even had fireworks at midnight on Saturday! The beach is super simple to reach by foot. And the nearby bakery and restaurants gave us everything we needed within easy reach. We would definitely stay at Giannis again. The beds and sheets were high quality. The shower pressure was perfect. And the view is unbeatable!

The reservation was booked for my parents, but they were satisfied with it! Lida was an amazing host and her house was a great place to stay at. Her and her daughter were extremely responsive and they accommodated all the requests. The only small issue was that the kitchen was not 100% fully equipped with all necessities, but still it was a nice one! We totally recommend Lida and her stay :-)

Nice airbnb with very nice host Estera is good at communicating and the airbnb is located on a beautiful hill with a great view and close to lekuresi castle for great pictures A lot of options with parking

I doubt you could find a nicer place to stay in Corfu. The house is a family holiday home and it feels well loved. Everything is there to enjoy time together, lovely lawn area for games, right on a lovely beach, meals on the generous balcony, very functional kitchen. And a 10 min drive to Kassiopi for lots of good restaurants. I would definitely get a car, the walk to the town is 20 mins. Thanks to Caroline for all your help.

We had a really good stay in Saranda at the apartment, it is close to many restaurants and beaches. Everything looked just like the photos and the view was amazing. Thoma was such a nice host and really helpful. When we needed to check out a bit late he was very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

A beautiful house with the most incredible roof terrace overlooking the Ionian Sea with Corfu town and coastline to one side and the Albanian mountains the other side. Wonderful pool, very spacious house and extremely peaceful whilst being close enough to facilities. I'd definitely recommend it!

Fantastic stay! The location was excellent, making it easy to get around and explore. The accommodation was perfect—comfortable, clean, and great value for money. The host was absolutely lovely—very helpful, responsive, and great with communication. Highly recommended! We will be back for sure! Une magnifique villa avec une très belle vue sur les montagnes, logement très bien pensé avec 3 appartements distincts, une magnifique piscine. Je recommande à 1000% vous ne serez pas déçu, entre amis ou en famille c’est un lieu parfait pour des vacances paisible en toute intimité!

This place exceeded our expectations! Such warm and welcoming people and the place was spacious and clean. The hosts made breakfast for us and made us feel at home. I would come back here in a heartbeat.
