Beachfront holiday rentals in Ksamil

We really enjoyed our stay. We were a family with two children (a baby and a three year old) and Victorias place was great (note bedrooms are at either end of the house). San stef is a charming little bay with several restaurants and we loved the beach at Kerasia- a five minute drive away (also walkable). While it’s possible to swim in San stef, the water is not as clear with lots of boats. There are a lot of begging cats - one kept coming inside, and they tend to frequent the local bins so I’d suggest not feeding them! The apartment is larger than I expected with lots of outdoor space and we liked the ground level access which is shared by the upstairs neighbours. The kitchen is equipped for basic cooking and the shop next door was convenient. The apartment has useful extras like a beach umbrella beach and towels. Victoria was so helpful with organising us a taxi and even helping sort a doctor for our child. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend her place.

We loved our stay. We had beautiful ocean views from our balcony and master bedroom. The room was cleaned during our stay and we had everything we needed. The hosts were friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. We hired a car and they offered a free parking space. They offered to do laundry for us also which we appreciated with 2 young kids. Central location walking distance to everything Saranda had to offer. Highly recommend.

Great stay at the apartment – excellent service and atmosphere. The owners are very nice, helpful and friendly. They gave advices on the nearest places to visit and on good restaurants. We were picked up at the port by the car, so it was very nice, as we had a quite long trip and there was no need to think how to get to the apartment. The apartment is very clean, stylish and cozy. And the sea view from it is breathtaking. I highly recommend this property as it has everything and the owners are very positive and helpful. I will be definitely recommending this place for my family and friends and will come back for sure.

For just the view, I would choose this accommodation. It was clean, spacious and quiet at night. The Planet supermarket nearby was great and friendly. Free parking was also a plus!

We absolutely loved our stay! The large balcony with the bean bags, and the proximity to the small beach (which is small and rocky but beautiful!) was absolutely perfect for us. The walk to the promenade was supposedly 30-45 minutes according to Maps, but it never felt that long as it was completely flat. And there was always restaurants/bars/shops, or cats (!) to look at on the way. We really appreciated having a washing machine which meant we could freshen up our beach towels etc. and the kitchen was well equipped to make all your meals there if you wanted to. There was also plenty of great restaurants nearby, and a handful of small supermarkets. Would definitely recommend and return.

Accommodation very well located in Saranda with a lovely balcony and view of the sea. Flat was clean and was perfect for a few days.

Leo was a fantastic host. Very friendly and happy to answer my questions. I had messaged him a few times about the washer (which ended up being user error) and he wrote back quickly. We were able to keep our rental vehicle at this place before check in and after check out. His AirBNB had an incredible view and all the necessities needed for a short (or long) stay. We used the beach access in front of the property the first day which was a great bonus. Everything was clean and bright. We very much enjoyed our time at Leo’s AirBNB. Our only regret was that we didn’t get to spend more time there as we were out and about for most of our stay. A great home base to explore Saranda, near by towns and Corfu. Thank you again, Leo!

We can not thank Georgios enough, the villa was beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures! We had an amazing time, Corfu was beautiful! We wouldn’t have been able to manage without a car and in our view it was a must! Gave us easy access to Corfu old town, where the pirate ship was a great hit with the children! Georgios was really helpful in recommendations of sandy beaches! Georgios was responsive, our needs were catered for and nothing was too much trouble for him. We felt really well looked after! We would whole heartedly recommend the villa and Corfu! And we hope to return to visit the island again!

Fantastic apartment in a great location amongst bars and restaurants. Host was super helpful and responsive to any queries about Sarande. Highly recommend staying here. Views and sunsets are sublime.

I loved staying at Festina’s place. It was very clean and tidy, and I was eternally grateful for the AC. The neighbourhood is very touristy and the apartment looks out on the pool, where very loud music was played until 8 at night. This is out of Festina’s hands of course, but it did impact my stay. Festina herself is wonderful, always at your service and replying quickly.

A great and very spacious place on a quiet bay where we had a view of 2 dolphins playing in the sea during breakfast in the morning! We arrived around Easter and then there are some shops closed but there was everything in the fridge for a great breakfast, very thoughtful! Swimming pool was a little smaller than expected (you really have to swim in the sea) but definitely worth 5 stars!

Aneta's place was great with amazing views out to the sea and a beach a short walk away. I look forward to coming back to Albania and Aneta's place.

We had a great time! Would recommend to anyone. Really liked the balcony and was good to be able to use the hotel pool and beach. Close to bakeries, restaurants, and bars. Overall, a great place to stay!

Nice apartment and good accommodation with great sea view and access to pools. Only was given one key for a group of 8 which was inconvenient and no replacement toilet paper

Super nice apartment with very large balcony and great views! The decor is super great and everything is 1st class!

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The sunsets were magnificent and a the view every night was perfect. The apartment looked like the photos and was very clean and well stocked with everything you need to make your stay. Without a car we found the location to be a bit far out of town particularly as we were there out of season and a lot of restaurants hadn’t opened yet, however as we were leaving things were opening up and I think once that happens the location won’t seem so far. We did have a lot of issues regarding utility cut offs but Daniel, the property manager, was quick to respond and solve it

100% recommendation. The apartment was very well equipped, large and the view wonderful. We walked to the promenade every day and got stuck in great bakeries and restaurants on the way. The path is quite long and you always discover new things. In the immediate surroundings of the property is still being built, many buildings are still empty and there is some trash around. But the apartment is in a new building, not all units seem to be rented yet, so it was quite quiet. From the river, a quiet or constant noise comes depending on the water level. We had 2 noisy and 2 quiet days. A supermarket big market is 500 meters away and seems to be new, fresh fruit and vegetables can be found further towards the promenade. The bus station to Ksamil is at the Planet supermarket. We felt very comfortable in the apartment and would come back here anytime!

We had a good time. The apartment is newly renovated and very clean. You can find very good restaurants and market nearby. It is close to the beach and close to all attractions. Ina helped us find the location very easily. Our only problem was that the elevator is old and very noisy. But after 2 days we got used to it. We recommend this location. It is very nice, clean and has a beautiful view to the sea.

The apartment was so beautiful and perfect, it had everything you needed and such an amazing view overlooking the beach and Corfu. The apartment was close by to the pier and local restaurants. Zana was an amazing host and we were provided with a booklet with everything you needed, places to go, the location to tell the taxi drives and numbers to local drivers and tourist attractions. If I’m ever in Sarandë again, this is the place I would book, thank you Zana for an amazing birthday trip!!

Olga was the perfect householder. She welcomed us before we entered, showed us the house, and introduced the neighborhood. The view of the house is wonderful, we had a great time. There is a market, many cafes, restaurants, and a beach right next to the house. Plus, the restaurant she suggested for dinner was perfect. We thank her for this experience!
