Cozy studio apartment in quiet residential area, close to the center, with views over Bayreuth and unique sunsets. You can walk to downtown Bayreuth in a 20-minute walk. The train station and an Aldi can be reached in about 8 minutes on foot. The Festspielhaus can be reached in about 15 minutes. A large natural park, the former grounds of the state garden show, can be reached in 10 minutes. You can park right in front of the residential complex, along the road.

Es liegt in grüner Umgebung am Fuße des wunderschönen Hofgartens, mit Blick auf den Kunstverein. Das Zimmer befindet sich nur wenige Gehminuten von der Innenstadt entfernt, mit vielen Restaurants, Cafés, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und kulturellen Veranstaltungen. Es ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für Stadterkundungen und kulinarische Entdeckungen.

Pure nature in the Fichtel Mountains

Unsere Unterkunft liegt absolut ruhig, in nur wenigen Schritten ist man in der Natur. Sie ist optimal geeignet für 2 Erwachsene und 2-3 Kinder. Der große Garten mit einem Bach ist ideal für Kinder. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich Loipen und das Biathlon Stadion mit Skiroller Bahn und Skilift, Schlittenhang, MTB Trails und Wanderwege. Am Fichtelsee ist man zu Fuß in 20 Minuten. Quiet first floor apartment in the city center

The apartment has been completely renovated and received new furniture. There is a bathroom with a floor-level shower and a new kitchen that is well equipped. The apartment can accommodate 2-4 people. The bedroom for 2 and a sofa bed for 2 in the living room. Quiet location! The large garden with several seats behind the house can be used. Parking is available in front of the house. Wi-Fi is available.

Die Lage bietet eine optimale Grundlage für Shopping- und Sightseeingtouren innerhalb von Bayreuth, Fichtelgebirge und Fränkische Schweiz. Sie brauchen also nicht zwingend einen PKW um die nähere Umgebung zu erkunden; zumal in Bayreuth ein umfassendes Nahverkehrskonzept per Bus und Bahn existiert, und für Touren ins Umland stehe ich mit meinem PKW (gegen Bezahlung) gern zur Verfügung

Our accommodation is located in Heilgersdorf, a small village 4 km from Seßlach between Bamberg and Coburg with a cozy atmosphere, plenty of space and a quiet location. A good starting point for single travelers, couples and families alike to discover and enjoy culture and Franconian-Thuringian sights - or simply for a vacation.

Forest Hideout

Our apartment is located in quiet forest surroundings but within walking distance to Sonneberg town centre. It is perfect for hikers and mountain bikers, with hundreds of kilometres of trails leading into the Thuringian Forest national park from our front door.

Vacation at Villa Pfau

Coburg's Veste, its castles and museums are home to important art treasures. Full of history and culture, this picturesque town with its excellently preserved half-timbered houses and jugenstilvilles. In one of these you will find our apartment.
