The accommodation is redecorated in 2023, has no sea view, but provides intimacy for guests on a small terrace. The accommodation is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. It consists of a living room, which is also a room, and sleeps on a comfortable bed 160 cm width, , kitchen and bathroom. Wi-fi, air conditioning and parking are free.

It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.
