Small living room upstairs. TV room with bunk bed and sofa bed that becomes a double bed downstairs. There is also a kitchen with amenities as well as a bathroom. Outdoor furniture and barbecue are available. The outdoor environment is used by the owner family living in the house next door. Housewares for eight people are available. Baby cot and high chair available.

Within 5 minutes walk there is a beach, shops, restaurants and nice green areas. Great communication to KAU, Färjestad's racetrack and Löfbergs Lila Arena. In the apartment there is a double bed, TV, table with chairs and kitchenette with fridge, freezer compartment, hot plates and kitchen equipment. Bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Margareta is a very nice and helpful host. The cabin is really nice and cozy. A big plus is that there is a rowing boat you can borrow to get out on the lake and fish. Appreciated very much that there was the opportunity to rent the sauna, it is very nice and located down by the lake with nice views. Will be happy to come back!

We spent wonderful days in Villa Persås. It is a beautiful house, very quiet, on a fantastic, large property. The facility is high quality, very cozy, and it has everything necessary for the perfect stay The communication with Carina and her husband John was very friendly, we felt very welcome. Kristinehamn is a pretty little town, definitely worth seeing the "Picasso Sculpture", which is located directly on Lake Vänern. There you can take wonderful walks along the shore and then go to the nearby restaurant for lunch. Absolutely recommended accommodation, thank you for the hospitality.

very nice stay. we went there for fishing. we caught a lot of pike but they were small. the boat was very good for sailing with an electric motor. the accommodation is very nice surrounded by greenery and the people who manage the rental. they are very nice and helpful and discreet people. The only negative point, which is incidental, is the lack of an electric coffee maker. the environment is great with lots of deer that visited us

This was my second week at Simon's house. And let me tell you, you just HAVE TO see it. Everything is immaculately clean, the layout of the house is fantastic, the neighborhood is quiet, the house itself will make you want to stay longer. If you can, choose this house, it will give you unforgettable memories. And the host? Always helpful, always nice, always for you. The best house we booked in Sweden for 15 years.
