Welcome to our lovely townhouse. The house is located 1 km from Kristiansand city centre and a short distance from Dyreparken. The sea is right next door (10 min walk to Bertesbukta). The house has a barbecue and a garden with a sandpit and flattening with cozy outdoor furniture. There are two bedrooms in the house. In addition, there are two sofas and an air mattress. A 4 minute drive away is the nearest grocery store. And you do not have to drive longer than 30 minutes to experience some of the best the south has to offer, such as The zoo and a number of beaches.

The house is about 170m2 divided into 2 floors. The main floor is the 2nd floor with exit to 3 terraces and sun from 7 am to 9-9.30 pm. Gas grill available. There is approx. 15 min to walk to town and you can lay your way through Barbu park where there are swimming facilities, lawns, playgrounds, etc. Onwards into the city center you pass through many restaurants. On the east side of the city center, in the guest harbor, there is a hot water pool and city beach. Buss 2 min unna, boutique (extra) 300 m unna.
