The cottage contains living room, kitchen, bathroom, 3 bedrooms, hallway, great outdoor areas. There's also a gap you can sit in the outdoors. Boat and fishing license provided free of charge. Good fishing and swimming facilities. It is close to Evje and Setesdal. Car road all the way to the cabin.

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.

Row-boat, kayak, fishing -gear available. Nice hiking area.
