Das abgeschlossene 2-4 Personen Appartement befindet sich im Dachgeschoß eines idyllisch gelegenen & geschmackvoll eingerichteten Einfamilienhauses in der Tiroler Gemeinde Zirl. Das hochwertig konzipierte Architektenhaus wurde vor 14 Jahren errichtet und verfügt über einen kleinen Garten mit eigenem Bereich für die Gäste. Das Appartment wird über einen gemeinsamen Eingang erreicht und besteht aus einem Wohnraum mit Küche und Essbereich, 1-2 Schlafräumen und einem Bad mit Dusche/Waschtrockner.

The landlady lives in the same house. The optimal location in the idyllic nature reserve "Völsersee" convinces also with its close location to the varied city life of Innsbruck. Those who feel comfortable in the mountains and nature, but do not want to miss the city, is just right here.

Als Teil der Tourismusregion Innsbruck können wir euch die Welcome Cards zur Verfügung stellen. Entspann auf der privaten Terrasse, im gemütlichen Wohnzimmer oder genieße den Blick in den Himmel vom Bett. Das Apartment hat ein 160cm Doppelbett und ein 140cm Bett auf einer Hochebene (nicht für kleine Kinder geeignet).

In winter, the ski resort "Axamer Lizum" can be reached comfortably by ski bus or after a 15-minute drive. In summer, the area is popular especially among mountain lovers for short to longer hiking tours. The bus stop "Axams Apotheke" is 12 minutes away. Parking is €10 per day.
