Holiday rentals with a pool in Kringa

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The apartment was spotless, very well maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was clear that a lot of care and attention went into preparing the space. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant, and we felt completely at ease throughout our visit. Overall, an excellent experience—we’d gladly come back and highly recommend it to others!

Wonderful stay – highly recommended! We had a great stay at the place. The villa was very clean, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need. The location was ideal – quiet, but still close to the sea The check-in went smoothly and Gabi was always friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable and would definitely come back!

Helena welcomed us very kindly. The arrangement when we arrived worked great. She explained and showed us everything on site and also gave us tips on where to eat well. Everything was already there on site, a small purchase had already been made, for the first hunger. Dishwasher tabs, taps for the washing machine, dishcloths, but also charcoal…… everything available. Then a large fruit basket was brought over in between. Helena was also always available and after a small storm, she asked the next day if we were okay and if someone should come to clean up. The pool was also cleaned once in between. It's also great there with a dog, because it's properly fenced, and walking the dog is no problem. So we were completely satisfied and would go back. We had a wonderful holiday (and honeymoon!) at Casa Valla. We were so warmly welcomed and it was a such a pleasure to meet Matea, her father, Elvis and her mother. We were made to feel so at home and they even gave us kind and thoughtful honeymoon gifts! ❤️ The property is spotlessly clean, fresh and modern with everything needed for a relaxing holiday. The beds are large & very comfortable, the shower was powerful with hot water at all times. We especially loved the spacious pool, barbeque area and the view over the fields to the hills. It was quiet and peaceful but only a 5-10 mins walk to either a large supermarket or up the hill to the old town. There were many walking routes and trails, so if you love walking this is a great spot. However, the thing that made Casa Valla most special for us was the hosts and their warmth, kindness and the real pride they take in their property. We would recommend Casa Valla anyone who wants a peaceful, relaxing holiday in a beautiful place ❤️

Host is very helpful and communicative. The place is great but bring good shoes as the entire town is not easy to walk through and be ready to climb no matter where you go. Pool is great, spa is lovely. Goran is super nice

Highly recommend this villa if you are travelling with a group of people. Every room has its own bathroom, it has a lot of beautiful corners to chill - the kitchen is perfectly equipped with everything you need. The villa is beautifully decorated - with lots of charme and details. Its only 30 minutes away from Rovinj and easy to reach with the car! We would stay there again, no question! The communication and check-in was very easy and quick, same with the check-out! We had the perfect stay!

As a family of five, we spent 14 days in the beautiful Villa Sentona. The house is beautifully furnished, with great taste and many useful details. It is bigger than it looks in the photos. The beds were very comfortable and everything was exceptionally clean. The garden has grown in the meantime and offers not only privacy but also a relaxing ambience. The pool was amazing and was cleaned several times a week. Everything was perfect, we absolute reccomend Villa Sentona and Boris, he is a very nice host.

It was perfect. Check-in was straightforward and Marina was on the premises every day, which is very well maintained and Marina was always approachable. We enjoyed it so much. The location and amenities of the apartment are incomparable. 30m to the beach, private pool and balcony with sea view. Wonderful ❤️

Super great 1 bedroom apartment with kitchen! Alba (the mother) lives there alone. A super nice lady, always helpful and always there when you need something! But it also leaves you enough peace! We were alone with Alba and thus had the pool to ourselves! Really great! We were there by car and explored everything ourselves. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Really great!

Great accommodation with a fantastic view. We were incredibly well looked after by the hospitable hosts. Anamarias mother offered us delicious homemade lemonade when we arrived. We also got help ordering delicious pizza home as the children were hungry after the trip. The apartment was very clean and tidy. There was everything we wanted in the kitchen. Nice barbecue area. We enjoyed swimming in the pool. We had it completely private but if there was anything the hosts were available to help us at any time. We are very happy with our stay.

Would highly recommend Celestina’s apartment for your stay in Rovinj. Located in a quiet residential area around 10 minutes walk to the city centre. The apartment had everything we needed. Celestina couldn’t have been more helpful, making our first holiday with our baby boy accommodating.

Super nice stay! Our dog Ash enjoyed the stay to be able to run freely and then cool off in a well-cooled apartment. We needed to supplement with small things in the kitchen and Maja quickly fixed them for us. The car took us quickly to grocery stores, the beach and restaurants. Quiet area, nice home, fantastic hosts. We would be happy to book this place again 😍

Tamara's accommodation was superbly located. There was everything you needed. The garden with the pool was wonderful for relaxing.

Gorans mother was a very sweet and lovely lady too, with a cute little dog. The town was easily walkable and the airport was only 10/15mins away in taxi. Thank you for a great stay!

Lovely accomodation only 15 minutes from Pula.

The contact with Josipa was super friendly and accommodating. Also the house was in good condition, the outdoor area was very new. Twice a week someone came to clean the pool. Everything was available on site and even more than described. The house inside is exactly like the pictures. Thanks to Josipa and her husband for the nice welcome, the uncomplicated handling and thus for the great holiday :-)

We were there as 2 families with 1 child each (2 years old) The villa is exactly as pictured. The location is quiet and remote, but everything is accessible by car. We had a great holiday!

It was a pleasure staying here. The house is located in a quiet town just outside of Poreč, with everything you need close by. The build quality is among the best I've seen in Croatia – everything feels solid and is made with high-quality materials. Both the interior and exterior are beautifully designed and well-maintained. Mario has been incredibly helpful, taking care of even the smallest details. Thank you for having us!

The accommodation was very nice, it was exactly as in the pictures, the equipment also fit perfectly and it lacked nothing. We were able to communicate very well with the host and we were always answered quickly. The pool was even better than expected, it looks beautiful and the fact that it could also be heated suited everyone. We had a very nice vacation and would recommend the accommodation to everyone.

This villa is absolutely beautiful. It is even more impressive than the pictures. Everything was impeccably clean. It’s super spacious and lovely environment to spend time in beautiful Croatia. The location is mixed, there isn’t much close to the Vila and sadly you can’t walk to anything but you can reach many amazing spots in 30-40 minutes driving.

The house was a dream to be in. We spent the 7th New Year's Eve and enjoyed our time at Ana's place incredibly. The house is perfectly equipped with towels bathrobes, drinks and wine as well as a bottle of champagne. The sauna and the jacuzzi are super fun especially in winter and have beautified our stay even more. There really isn't anything to complain about. Ana is incredibly nice and comes in person for arrival and before departure and is always available. The house is incredibly well decorated and really no wishes remain unfulfilled. We will definitely return in any case. 🫶🏼
