We stayed at the property as a group of 6 and it was very spacious for us, the driveway has space for two cars. The accommodation is equipped as described, we lacked nothing. The location and surroundings are quiet and a good starting point for various excursions. The view from the terrace and rooms is really very nice. The communication with Thomas was very friendly, informative and straightforward.

An absolute dream! Close enough to Hallstatt but without the tourist overcrowd. The backyard was perfect for the kids and the little toys to keep them occupied were a very nice touch. The home is beautifully kept and overlooks mountain ranges surrounding at every angle and turn. The kitchen was very well setup and a nice break from dinners out on this road trip. My kids won’t stop asking us to go back and the serene getaway feel has the adults all interested too!

Very steep stairs to the bedrooms as the only "drawback", but it didn't matter to us. Uncomplicated and cooperative approach. Enjoyed it very much. Plenty of space for our wet tournament clothes and a cool pool after hot days. The rooster crows in front of the house, but if you don't want that, you might be better off on a city vacation. Would come back anytime.

Beautiful, cozily furnished farmhouse. Quiet location with great views. Amenities as specified, there was nothing missing. Gerlinde was very friendly and accommodating. We even got firewood for the cold days. Glad to come back, possibly in summer with the pool.

We have stayed at many Airbnbs over the years but this has been one of the most special. An attractive, clean and tidy family home, with wonderful grassy garden space comprising a large veranda, outdoor seating, large trampoline, and an exceptional swimming pool. All set in a peaceful rural environment, with woods and endless walking, running or cycling on the doorstep. The house is perfect for families or those seeking tranquility, with or without a mix of physical activity. Other highlights include Moorea the friendly cat, the garden fire pit, fruit and vegetables from the garden, the incredible night sky, and the spooky, autonomous lawn robot that comes out at night ;) Bad Leonfelden centre or nearby supermarkets are a convenient 10 min walk. We were welcomed by Thomas's attentive and friendly dad who also took care of the pool. Thomas himself responded instantly to any enquiries we had. It has been a memorable stay in your beautiful family home, Thomas. Thank you!

It was a truly comfortable and pleasant stay.. Wilfried and Julia was highly communicative and provided clear, detailed instructions, which made the entire process seamless. The location is excellent—peaceful and quiet, yet conveniently situated. The space was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Having on-site parking and an EV charger (Monta App) was a huge plus, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Cozy and modern apartment for up to 6 people. We had a great stay, were very nicely received by the host and the cats and the apartment was very well equipped. Easy and fast communication, immediately available for questions. A bonus point for the ski room, with drying for ski boots and suspension for skis. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect from the first moment to the last! This place is truly amazing, bright, spacious, comfortable, well equipped. Actually it can't get any better. There are even a couple of bikes and e-scooters with helmets available to borrow (included in the price). Also an interesting surprise was the offer of snacks in the freezer on the ground floor, which you can buy on the spot for sudden cravings. Clear self check-in instructions and polite communication with the hosts. The location is a great starting point to explore this beautiful part of Austria. Within walking distance of the train station, a nice children playground in Kurpark and of course the refreshing swimming pools in Parkbad (entrance is free for guests of this villa). Lots to see and do!

You must book this place. It's feel like heaven when you're staying here. We really enjoyed stay at this place. The best airbnb we have been staying. Everything was perfect and the house so beautiful and nice view from the balcony. Kitchen fully equipped and also got washing machines. Easy to find. Thanks for the nice hospitality. 10 stars place to stay!

Thank you Walentina, we loved staying at your place! We like walking, and arrived by train and walked up the hill. Had a lovely swim in the river after hiking up to Goiserer Hütte :)
