Our appartement is the perfect stay for your holidays in Austria. You live next to nature but also close to the city of Vienna. The light-filled living area with 100m² offers quiet relaxation and all necessary comforts to make your stay a unique holiday. You are welcome to spend your time in our beautiful garden with a creek running thourgh it. Near our house there are some nice walks along the river Traisen, arround the fishpod or uphill to some unique restaurants in the hilly countryside.

Stille, Weitblick und Naturverbundenheit. Eine Etage nur für dich. Mit Studio, Küche, Dusche und WC. Gesamt rund 70m². Direkter Zugang zu einem 150m² großen schattigen Garten. Wasser direkt aus einer Waldquelle. Das sonnendurchflutete Holzhaus wurde 2018 gebaut, grenzt direkt an einen Wald an und befindet sich entlang des österreichischen Jakobsweges. Besonders freuen wir uns über Menschen die einen Zugang zu Spiritualität haben. Für die Praxis stehen Meditationskissen und Yogamatten bereit.

Einzigartiges Designer Ensemble - direkt über einem alten noch in Betrieb befindlichen Wasserkraftwerk. Sehr viel Platz, für Menschen die es etwas geräumiger brauchen...es war mal die "Obere Mühle" von Oberndorf. 1. Hochgeschoß - großer Raum mit 90m2 zur vielfältigen und kreativen Nutzung mit Tischtennistisch. 2. Hochgeschoß - Lebensraum mit Küche, Esstisch, Couchecke, Badezimmer 3. Hochgeschoß - Raum für Ruhe Auf Anfrage auch Tagesbuchungen möglich, je nach Verfügbarkeit.

Vacation home in the Wachau

A 100 m² apartment with views of Göttweig Abbey awaits you. We are easily accessible by all means of transport. For the car, there is a free parking place available. The Furth-Palt train stop is 500 m away. We are located directly on the Danube Cycle Path. The shuttle parking lot for the various major events (Göttweig, Wachau) is 3 minutes away by car. A supermarket with an attached café (with various breakfast offers) and a gas station are close by.

Steinhaus Wachau

Our 16th century home was recently renovated with the aim of adding modern amenities while preserving historic features. The result is a spacious, comfortable living area within 500-year-old stone walls. The property contains a full kitchen, a dining area that seats 10, a living area with streaming TV, three bedrooms that sleep 8, and two and half bathrooms. The house is perfectly suited for both families with children and groups of adults.

Das Einkaufszentrum Traisenpark und das Megaplex Kino sind auch nur 1km entfernt. Unsere Unterkunft ist für Urlauber, Kulturinteressierte (Theater, Museen, Festivals, Konzerte im VAZ) & für Geschäftsreisende perfekt geeignet.

Enjoy the tranquility at this spacious and chill-inspiring space. Our newly renovated house, with very well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, modern bathroom and a large barbecue terrace awaits its guests. The house is located on the outskirts of Würmla, right next to a dirt road. In Würmla there is a coffee house with pastry shop, the Burger inn with homemade kitchen and a nice pub 'Ins Klane'
