Von März 2022 bis Juli 2023 haben wir mit viel Eigenleistung unser Tiroler Landhaus , welches wir 'our homebase' nennen, saniert. Seit August 2023 kann die separate Ferienwohnung 'your vacation base' gebucht werden. Wir befinden uns im Dorfzentrum, umgeben von der imposanten Bergwelt und der urbanen Stadt Innsbruck. Ideal für Paare, Familien und Freunde, um Erinnerungen zu schaffen.

The solid wood house is located in the middle of Igls, the cozy district of Innsbruck, in the southern low mountain range. The house rests charmingly among the old fruit trees of our garden. The living space is flooded with light and generous. From the sweeping southwest balcony you can see far into the Upper Inn Valley. In the east, the morning sun falls in and you can see the nearby Patscherkofel, the popular local mountain of Innsbruck.

In the Superior Suite category you can expect a 60 m² apartment with balcony for up to six people with two bedrooms including queen-size double beds and a spacious living area, equipped with a high-quality double sofa bed.
