While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. The house was really good, clean and had everything you could wish for. Outside area was also amazing. Just the neighbors were a little annoying because we did a Bbq ouside at like 8 pm and they directly complained that we were to loud even though we just had dinner ouside in the evening and talkt. The day after because of that we were inside the house in the evening and just went ouside once at 9 pm to quickly jump in the pool and they directly started whistleling… both enenibgs we were inside before 10 pm and we were never just really loud we were just talking so that i dont find quite reasonable… but everything elese quite good.

Our family of four had a great week at Maya‘s guesthouse. We loved the private backyard with nice garden, heated pool and jacuzzi. The small house has everything we needed and there is a good outdoor kitchen as well. The beach is a few minutes away and at least in fall there are good chances that you have it for yourself. There are hiking trails to the secluded northern part of the island steps away from the house as well. The communication with Maja is easy and very friendly.

Everything perfect! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. From the communication to the location and cleanliness - this accommodation is an absolute dream! Child-friendly equipped with children's dishes/cutlery, elevated pool with gate and a private playground in the garden, everything has been thought of here and implemented with great attention to detail. You can tell that it's not just an Airbnb house, but that a lot of the owners' passion goes into the care. Even with self-inflicted complications, we were helped immediately and very kindly, which is absolutely not a matter of course. All in all, I can fully recommend this accommodation! The house and surroundings are perfect for those seeking peace and relaxation. Except for birds, you don't hear much there. The most beautiful is the evening sun, which sits over the property and gives it a magic. Kitchen is in the covered outdoor area, with a large grill. We had everything from a quiet shooting star night to the pool party and enjoyed every minute. For the drive to the quiet beach (not 5min) we got a car as the road is a bit bumpy. Had the 10 days at your disposal. But we thought it was fun, rounded off the vacation. For people who are afraid of insects, it may be nothing, we have discovered something new every day:) But everything is harmless. Will miss the evening view of the sea!

We were more than satisfied. The privacy was exactly as we imagined it. After a small problem, the landlord was there so quickly. We lacked nothing. The sunrises at the top seat were intoxicating. It was all in all a beautiful stay that we will never forget. The house ,the surroundings ,just everything.

A very clean accommodation, host always available for ignorance. Location nice and quiet, but a little harder to reach on foot, but optimal by car. Highly recommended.

A very welcoming place with a spacious garden that offers everything you need for a family. The property itself is incorrectly marked on the map and the gps doesn't work best in Karst, luckily the owner quickly sent precise directions.

We spent only one night in transit in this very tastefully furnished apartment with two floors. On the upper floor, we found two bedrooms and a cozy balcony. There we were able to have breakfast in peace the next morning and enjoy the beautiful view of the garden and the sea. The homeowner Sanja was very friendly and helpful. Although our stay was short, we can highly recommend the apartment for a longer vacation.

Barbara was a wonderful host, always very helpful and gave us great tips. There were also delicious things from her own garden for us to taste. The location was fantastically quiet, the garden wonderfully maintained and the pool magnificent! Thanks for a special vacation!! ☺️

We have never been so lavishly welcomed in culinary terms. Cold drinks, several filled fruit and vegetable baskets, cheese, ham, bread, and so on. The house is sparkling clean, the equipment for everyday needs is phenomenal. Jasmina was always available, gave us great tips and regularly asked if we were comfortable and needed anything (even more hand and bath towels, bed linens, etc.) The 140-year-old house is lovingly renovated and we enjoyed it until the last day. Although we were not able to communicate directly with the host, his family took excellent care of us. The house is exactly as shown in the pictures, very big, nicely decorated, with everything you could need. I give my highest recommendations!

Inga and her family were the best hosts we've been to so far, we felt completely comfortable. The house is beautiful and the view just amazing. We were there for 7 days with a 15 month old child and Inga provided everything necessary. Inga and Andelko are very open and can also be had for a short or extended chat. We can only recommend it and if we are in the area again we will stop by again:-)

We absolutely loved our stay at Dragan’s place. It was super comfortable and very clean. The view from the balcony is spectacular and there is a beautiful path to the beach from the homestay(the route was recommended to us by the host) . We would highly recommend this place and would love to visit again. :D

We liked the house very much and corresponded exactly to the description. The location was particularly great (secluded and yet you are quickly in the city center and by the sea) and of course the hot tub and sauna. A baby cot and high chair were provided for our baby and also a safety gate on the stairs were installed and a baby swing was also available, which was really great. We will be back :)

We had Villa Jelena at the end of May 2025 and did not regret the booking. In short: Sabina is a dream of hostess, a very nice person and we quickly took her to heart because she was always approachable and helpful - without being intrusive. The place itself was picobello clean, nothing was missing and we immediately felt comfortable and "at home". The garden property with many olive trees, the diverse seating/resting areas and the wonderful pool ensures the perfect holiday feeling. Thank you Sabina, we will be back.

Great week spent in Villa Mikolina. 9 people ages 1-71 and it was just perfect for everyone. Super delicious luxury home with the most beautiful view of the water and with great amenities. Lovely warm and large pool and everything was in a league to itself. The baker was right at the end of the driveway and the beach was a few minutes walk away. Large nice rooms, great bathrooms, nice gym. In addition, a super host ( Marija ) who has been amazing from the time we asked the house until we left it. We will definitely return to Villa Mikolina. It's the most beautiful house we've ever stayed in.

The place and garden are really beautiful, we felt very comfortable 🌞 Even a sweet cat visited us every day. The only thing to complain about is that the Wi-Fi works very poorly.

We really loved this fairytale house and felt like we were in another world. I was very excited because the pictures are so great. But the reality was even better. The furnishings are absolutely top notch, nothing is missing. Our children loved the intricate architecture and the wooden staircases. Although we were unlucky with the weather and it was really cold and rainy, we really enjoyed our stay as the house is wonderfully warm. We LOVED the Outdoor kitchen. There's a wonderful wood-fired oven there, where we baked bread and made stew directly on the fire. Our favorite place. We would have liked to use the pool more often, but the weather didn't quite play ball. But as soon as it warmed up, we went straight in and that was great too. We can warmly and wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful house. The hosts are very nice, help immediately and are really uncomplicated ❤️. If you're not just looking for a place to sleep, but a house full of love and magic, this is the place for you 💕

Absolutely fantastic place to stay in. Great private location with driveable distance to beautiful local beaches. We used this place to explore the coastal beaches from BASKA in KRK (about 1hr 20min) to MAKARSKA (around 4hrs). MARIN is a Great Person. He is very responsive and always friendly. We had a wonderful week in this beautiful house on this amazing island. Everything looked tip top and so nice new! The temperature on Krk was quite high so we used the pool daily. Wonderful. Everything was present both inside and outside. A cozy terrace with mood lighting for the warm evenings and comfortable sunbeds by the pool. The folder was full of tips about the island we used. We'd love to come back to this beautiful place.
