We booked the apartment for 2 days and one day, friends also came and stayed. The kitchen/TV area along with the huge terrace was the highlight with stunning views and lots of seating and even a candle to light in the evening. It soon became the centre of activity for us. We visited in June but for the winter there are lots of amenities like wood and a heater. The bathroom could be described as luxurious with a bathtub and even has the option of radio. We did not meet Bernie but met the owner when we arrived and he met us very warmly. The apartment is beautiful and the kitchen is well equipped. The neighbourhood feels authentic and is an easy walk to Hall, which was also beautiful. There’s a supermarket right next to the apartment so very easy to stock up on essentials.

We so enjoyed our week here. Our host was great and responsive and we were made very welcome. The apartment was spacious and spotless. There is lots to do in the area. This all made for a perfect summer holiday.

We had a wonderful stay at Bettina’s. The property is ideally located right at the base of several hiking trails, with a bus stop directly in front that takes you into town in just 15 minutes—super convenient. The home is very spacious, featuring two separate decks and outdoor areas that are perfect for relaxing. It was spotlessly clean, and Bettina was a fantastic host, providing great local recommendations.

Wonderful stay in the Alps We had a fantastic time in this small, idyllic village in the Alps. Nature is breathtakingly beautiful – green meadows everywhere, clear mountain air and incredible views. There is a wonderful tranquility, perfect for switching off and relaxing. The place was very cozy and ideal for our family with kids. It had everything you need – spacious, clean and well equipped. The hosts were friendly and helpful. We will be happy to come back!

I love it so much, halfway up the hill, the scenery is unbeatable, the house is home when the owner was a child, renovated, the house owner built his own next door, he and his wife and children live next door, the environment is really good, the environment is really good, the house is all automatic induction, floor heating, everything is so nice

Very nice place to stay in a great location. In particular, the view from the balcony was fantastic, here we liked to make ourselves comfortable for hours. The apartment itself is very nicely furnished, the kitchen is well equipped and everything was very clean. Communication and process went smoothly. Gladly again!

The stay at Alfred and Astrid's place was fantastic. Alfred was particularly friendly and took the time to explain how everything works. The apartment was really above expectations. Super clean and the kitchen was very complete and has a luxurious spacious fridge with ice maker. The apartment has 3 large TVs with a Netflix subscription on each TV. Both a German, a Dutch and an Italian version. No hassle with your own login. There was a fine and fast internet connection of 150 mbit. Very nice. We also enjoyed the beautiful bathroom with luxury hot tub and the lovely rain shower. The apartment is in a quiet place about 6 min drive from a shopping center and it is a 5 min drive to the ski slope of Reith im Alpbachtal and only 10 min drive to the large ski resort in the Alpbachtal. We will definitely come back here again!

We were already guests at Alexandra's in 2022. Even then, we were super happy with the place. This time, too, we didn't miss anything. We will be happy to come back and highly recommend the apartment for couples for skiing!

It was a wonderful stay. We felt very comfortable in the beautiful apartment and were able to end the evenings after a long day of skiing by cooking together as the kitchen was perfectly equipped. We will definitely be coming back.

We had wonderful days in Lucas' apartment, where we felt completely comfortable. Very clean and super nice contact with Lucas, who responded quickly to all questions and requests. The location and the view of the mountains was perfect. Clear recommendation from us and we would come back anytime.

Wonderful location to unplug. In the middle of nature to boot directly. Alternatively, you stay 'at home',enjoy the birds chirping,the sauna,the wood-burning stove or what you think about. Price performance completely reasonable,gladly again. Thanks a bunch

A great place to stay! Very handy for the trains and buses, a very short walk into town. The apartment was very clean and a nice place to stay for a week. The apartment was always nice and cool, even though it was hot outside. We loved it!

We loved our stay in Rosenheim! We came to visit family and Leopold’s place was the perfect place for us to stay! The balcony and big windows are beautiful and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our getaway in the apartment. We had a very nice contact with the landlord. The location is wonderfully quiet and yet you can quickly reach the Schliersee or Spitzingsee. The Josefstaler waterfall is only a short walk away, we even went there twice. The baker around the corner had delicious rolls for our breakfast on the small balcony. The furnishings of the apartment were very good and as described. Everything you need for everyday vacation life was there. We slept particularly well, the bed was comfortable and the peace and quiet was heavenly. You can only hear the rushing of the stream and the occasional ringing of the cowbells. For us, the opportunity to charge electricity cheaply in our own parking space was particularly good. We thank you for the wonderful time and can recommend the apartment from the heart.

We had a great stay in Daniel’s place and would highly recommend it. It’s done with taste, everything is pretty new and kitchen was well equipped. Self check in was clear and easy. Terrace is really great! It’s spacious and has loads of seats, table. We had breakfast there every day. It’s just at the local football stadium which also has a restaurant. People from restaurant can see you in whirlpool and during our stay there was some competition with loud music until around midnight. This did not disturb us but might be good to know for other guests. Location is great in a small village with many hiking roots available right from the house. Great restaurants available within walking distance

We felt comfortable in the apartment. The contact was friendly and we were helped quickly and kindly with a problem. The hot tub is great, as it is not chlorinated, it has a smell of its own, but you can counteract it with provided pool fans.

Great accommodation to simply escape everyday life! We loved it, the apartment is beautifully furnished and offers everything you need for a weekend. The contact with Christine was also great, we will come back! 😊

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. Everything we needed was really there, from towels to the initial equipment for breakfast. Unfortunately, our time in Telfs was quite unpleasant. But after a rainy hike, the sauna and the pool were particularly good.

Stay and place was great with a character. Only downside is due to no direct access to wellness facilities and no changing rooms, it makes great sauna and wirpool experience at some point not practical due to outdoor location and no comunal access from Genesis apartment. Thank you Host.
