Lovely apartament, very clean and cozy, perfect for a short to medium stay. The house is actually very well furnished, like someone actually lives in it, unlike some bnbs that are just filled with cheap furniture. The balcony has a very pretty view, there's a table and some chairs to sit down and eat with an extendable tent above. The place was clean, towels were neatly folded on top of the bed ready to use. The host was also very understanding for a small delay we had during check in. Would definetely come back again.

We felt very comfortable. Everything as described. Large underground parking space, where our bicycles could also be parked. Beautiful pool with loungers and umbrellas and a great view. Fantastic tranquility in the residential area. All in all, highly recommend!

Fabulous apartment, even better than the photos. Close to the beach of Plomin Luka where there is a nice beach bar, Copa Cabana. The view from the balcony/windows was amazing. Plomin Luka is a great combination of the green nature and the sea.

The views were great! Place was just as described. Maja was super helpful when we let a few items. She shipped them and we're so greatful. Thanks for everything!

Pero's place was perfect for us with easy parking, all the amenities you might need and captivating views from the deck. Close enough to Opatija and Rijeka but still a peaceful retreat at the end of the day.

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was super nice, modernly furnished and equipped with a lot of love for detail. It really had everything you need – from kitchen utensils to cozy extras. You immediately felt comfortable. Especially great was the fantastic garden, which was not only perfect for relaxing, but also enjoyed our dog incredibly well. Communication with the host was straightforward and friendly. We will be happy to come back and can absolutely recommend the accommodation!

We had a very nice time in Nena's apartment! The roof terrace is a dream! Nena is a very sweet and attentive host who takes time for her guests and is very helpful. She got us the parking ticket and was very helpful at check-in! We already had great communication with Ivana (Nena's daughter) when booking and everything was explained to us in detail. We also enjoyed dinner with Nena in one of her recommended restaurants. We will be happy to come back, dear Nena!

Dajana was a fantastic host! So warm and friendly, made us feel at home and welcome! Lovely apartment and great view! Easy walk to the beach which was amazing and peaceful. We vacationed with our friends in Villa Propuh over New Year's Eve and it was just fantastic! The villa corresponds exactly to the pictures – beautiful, clean and with an incredible view. The hot tub and sauna were the absolute highlight, perfect to relax after a long day. The landlady is super friendly and accommodating, you immediately feel welcome. All in all, a perfect place for an unforgettable vacation. We will definitely be coming back!

We also visited this house with friends and I can confirm that we have never been to a better house for rent. Really beautiful house, brand new and modernly furnished, the view was breathtaking. Wonderful house and great host. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings and well worth the price. You have direct access to fresh herbs, homemade wine, rakia, jam, and eggs by the host. Perfect for a quiet time away from traffic noise and light pollution. Walking distance to several nice hiking locations. Would love to stay here again.

We were here for the first time and what can I say, it was just fantastically beautiful. The place is super nice. The host is more than friendly. He was there every day to clean the pool. One of the absolute best Airbnb we have stayed in after 3 months away from home. This felt like home. Spacious and well equipped. Thoughtful hosts live on site upstairs but place screening on balconies to guarantee privacy, These hosts do everything right even setting the pool to your preferred temperature. Well-appointed and equipped, modern apartment with balcony on the 1st floor, very central yet quiet, parking on site, we could park e-bikes in the house. Only a few minutes' walk to the sea. Great communication, we were informed in advance about the most important points. Questions during the stay were answered quickly and very friendly. Very friendly contact persons! For us, it was “the best place to be” in Medulin, which we highly recommend!

We have traveled widely and seen the cities and the sites but we want to meet and get to know the real people and learn about their culture. Our 3 week stay in Floricici gave us this experience as we were welcomed by her entire family. Perfect location to explore Istria. We left with our hearts full!

Very beautiful place with everything someone might need for a prolonged stay. It's a short walk from city centre that has an uphill part that might be a problem to someone with physical disabilities. Host was very friendly and communicative. 10/10 ☆ would recommend to my friends and would like to visit again sometime!

Sanda is a wonderful host. Very accommodating and proactive. The place was also very nice, even if the kitchen is rather small, you will find everything you need.
