Villa holiday rentals in Kraljevica

We (my wife, our one-year-old, and I) spent two wonderful weeks in this beautiful home. The photos are spot-on—what you see is exactly what you get. Everything is modern, functional, tastefully designed, and above all, super clean. We felt at home from the moment we arrived. Shirley is not just a fantastic host but a genuinely kind person. Her care and attention to detail are visible throughout the house and the outdoor space - it’s clear she and her family put a lot of love and effort into creating a warm, welcoming space. If you’re looking for a private, peaceful stay that’s still close to the center, beaches, restaurants, and all amenities, this is the perfect spot. We’ll absolutely be booking again!

Der Aufenthalt war super, ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sauber und wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Der Gastgeber hat sich sehr flexibel gezeigt vorallem bei der Check in Zeit. Ich würde die Villa bei meinem nächsten Aufenthalt wieder buchen alles war wie vorgestellt einfach traumhaft

Tolles Haus und mehr Vorhanden als erwartet. (Zb Holzkohle für den Grill) Die Geh-Entfernung zu dem Wein-Tasting war super

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 8 Mädels und haben eine wunderschöne Woche in diesem tollen Haus verbracht. Die Gastgeberin war super herzlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar – man hat sich sofort willkommen gefühlt! 🏡 Das Haus war perfekt ausgestattet, sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom Pool – den haben wir bei bestem Wetter voll ausgenutzt! ☀️ Die Lage war ruhig, aber super erreichbar, und wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Vielen lieben Dank an die Gastgeberin für dieses schöne Erlebnis – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! 💛

Heerlijk tijd gehad samen met onze 4 kinderen. Zwembad was erg fijn en alles was aanwezig en in goede staat.

We enjoyed a great time in the villa Aurelia. The house is perfect for many people with all the equipments needed. On top you can enjoy good time with the table tennis, snooker or the jacuzzi. The place is very quiet and well located close to Labin old center and all the shops. Zoran was a very nice host, always reactive with very good recommendations in the area!

Wir haben 7 Tage in der Unterkunft von Mateo verbracht. Wir waren super zufrieden , das Haus ist ein Traum. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und Mateo ist ein super Gastgeber.

Wer Ruhe und einen wunderschönen Garten mit Pool sucht ist hier genau richtig. Ideal für Familien mit Kindern. Igor der Manager vor Ort war immer gut erreichbar und ein sympathischer Gesprächspartner - v.a. zum Thema Garten ;-) Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit!

Schöne Unterkunft, einfache Kommunikation, sehr empfehlenswert

Wir hatten einen rundum tollen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war genauso, wie beschrieben – sauber, gemütlich und bestens ausgestattet. Besonders genossen haben wir die Freizeitmöglichkeiten: Der Pool war herrlich erfrischend, der Whirlpool perfekt zum Entspannen, und mit dem Billard- und Tischtennistisch hatten wir jede Menge Spaß. Es war wirklich der ideale Ort, um zur Ruhe zu kommen und gleichzeitig etwas zu unternehmen. Der Gastgeber war freundlich und hilfsbereit – alles hat reibungslos funktioniert. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Vi havde den perfekte familie ferie, vi var 9 mennesker afsted, mor,far, 3 børn (14,14,5 år), mormor & morfar samt 2 onkler. Vi havde masser af plads og dejlige omgivelser i huset. Poolen var et hit, haven skøn at lege i og terrassen lå perfekt i forhold til at de voksne kunne holde øje med børnene. Sandra var så imødekommende og gav os gode tips til spisesteder. Vi vil klart anbefale huset til familier med børn eller flere vennepar.

Super Gastgeberin, saubere Unterkunft. Waren 3 Paare, alle genug Platz in Wohnzimmer und Terrasse. Beide Zimmer im 1. Stock bisschen zu wenig Stauraum. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren eine große Gruppe von Personen auf Abi-fahrt (dementsprechend auch etwas chaotischer als man anderer Gast) und uns hat es hervorragend gefallen. Die Unterkunft war super sauber und gepflegt. Fabian ist uns immer mit Rat und Tat beiseite gestanden und hat uns viel geholfen, auch außerhalb seines eigentlichen Aufgabenbereiches als wir eine kleine Panne hatten. Zudem kamen prompt nach Check-in (der bereits verfrüht statt finden konnte dank Fabians Spontanität) lokale Empfehlung. Novi Vinodolski ist ein süßes kleines Städtchen und das Haus hatte eine ruhige Lage circa 15 min zu Fuß von der Stadtmitte und 10 min vom Strand entfernt. Die Villa Azur war unglaublich gut ausgestattet im Innen- und Außenbereich und hat einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer. Wir haben uns rund um wohl gefühlt. Somit ist sie nur zu empfehlen und wir können uns nur bei Fabian und seiner Mutter für den schönen Aufenthalt und die zuckersüße Verabschiedung bedanken. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Super Unterkunft mit Pool, dir zweimal die Woche betreut wurde. Lidija kümmert sich auch um die Gäste und fragt nach ob alles okay ist. Immer gerne wieder.

Great place for a relaxed holiday with family. The house is beautiful, the swimming pool is a dream and the view is stunning. There is a shop just outside the property , very handy! The only thing I wish there was a sidewalk so one could go for a stroll. The owner is very friendly and responsive. We highly recommend!

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub in der Villa Harmony. Es war alles sauber und wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos abgebildet. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet ( Geschirr, Töpfe, Salz, Öl usw. ) alles ausreichend vorhanden. Die Aussicht war grandios. Martin war jederzeit erreichbar und reagierte auf Nachrichten sofort. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub:)

Damir is an absolute great Host and Person. He replies very fast on any Questions. The House had all we needed. We stayed with 7 Persons and the Space is absolute amazing. We stayed 5 Days and didnt left the villa because it has everything u need. We can say for sure it was one of the best Holidays we ever had. Thank you for everything

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa war ein sehr gutes Erlebnis. Die Villa war sehr sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben den Pool und die herrliche Aussicht sehr genossen. Danke auch an den Gastgeber, der uns herzlich empfangen und in alle wichtigen Details eingeführt hat. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder..

We had a wonderful stay in this villa. Ingrid was so welcoming and responded almost instantly with any recommendations. What a wonderful host. The house was stunning, so much so it was difficult to get my teenage kids to go out during our stay. It was very peaceful and private and so so relaxing. Within a 15 minute walk is a lovely hill top town with restaurants and a lovely cafe bar. It wasn’t too touristy and it had a lovely atmosphere. A perfect stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa. You won’t regret it.

This place is amazing and perfect for 4 couple. Jakovs attention to detail was amazing. It has a beautiful view. There are about 6 switchback s to get to the villa. It has been constructed with the power lines underground and it appears to be the only villa in the area plus the one his sister owns next door that is set up that way. This means that ahead of you there are unrestricted views. Although walking around the top of the hill is beautiful - it is a trek to get from downtown and you need a car. As long as you plan ahead all is great. As we basically cooked most evening this was great. The outside grill area in the back is great for 8 people as is the inside and outside dining. The King beds were great and the balconies for the 2 upstairs bedrooms were great. I highly recommend this place. It is stunning. Kakov also provided a fruit basket, some wine etc as a welcome gift. First Class.

Das Haus ist ein Traum. Ruhige Lage, und alles sehr sauber. Der Pool wurde während unsere Aufenthaltes nochmal gründlich gereinigt nachdem der Wind doch einiges an Blättern hineingeblasen hatte. Zum Strand ist es nicht weit, aber ein Auto ist erforderlich. Ein paar mehr Geschirrtücher wären schön, mit einem ist ein zweiwöchiger Aufenthalt doch recht knapp :-) Aber eine Waschmaschine ist ja vorhanden also war das auch kein großes Problem. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können hier uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Es war sehr schön

The house was perfect for our stay. Very spacious and clean. Well, equipped kitchen, large spacious rooms, and comfortable beds. The host is very quick to respond and very helpful. Great ocean view from almost anywhere in the house. The sauna and Jacuzzi as well as the pool table offer a great option for rainy days. we will definitely be returning or at least recommend this house to others.

Fantastic house in a great, peaceful location. It was spotless, and had plenty of space for 6 of us and it has a lot of character with the stone work. And the host was very helpful and responsive. I would definitely recommend it!
