House holiday rentals in Kraljevica

If you don’t like overcrowded hotels and locations, this I a place to stay. Private, quiet yet in a walking distance of the beach and restaurants in close by villages. Our host helped us with everything we needed. Definitely recommended!

We had a wonderful 2 weeks with our family in this house. Had super nice weather and everything you can think of was present in the house of Natalija and her family. Close to Labin, I think one of the best located places in Istria! We enjoyed the beach in Rabac, good restaurants nearby and from here very exploring Istria, Rovinj, Pula etc. Also seen the plitvice lakes and that is 5 hours up and down but worth it. Had a very nice time! Thank you!

A truly beautiful property, with great attention to detail, in a beautiful blooming garden, a well-kept pool, a stone's throw away from a beautiful secluded beach. The various terraces left nothing to be desired, the outdoor grill is fantastic, the surrounding nature (we met deer, sheep, a turtle and wild boars) a dream. We woke up to the oriole's song and were greeted in the morning by butterflies. Hiking, cycling, swimming, chilling... it's 30 minutes to the city (and thus to the nearest supermarket). Thank you, dear Maja, for the nice welcome gift - and for sending me my forgotten e-book! We will definitely come back to your paradise.

Everything perfect! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. From the communication to the location and cleanliness - this accommodation is an absolute dream! Child-friendly equipped with children's dishes/cutlery, elevated pool with gate and a private playground in the garden, everything has been thought of here and implemented with great attention to detail. You can tell that it's not just an Airbnb house, but that a lot of the owners' passion goes into the care. Even with self-inflicted complications, we were helped immediately and very kindly, which is absolutely not a matter of course. All in all, I can fully recommend this accommodation! We had a great time in this beautiful, quiet holiday home on the mountain with a group of seven. The pool was refreshing, the whirlpool cozy and warm. Our hosts were always available to us for questions and problems. For our last evening, they recommended a delicious fish restaurant in nearby Klenovica. In the evening it was often very windy, but there were enough covered retreats in the house and in the lower area. There are numerous beaches, pretty villages and a visit to the Plivice Lakes National Park (2 hours' drive) is worth a day trip. Thank you for everything and best wishes from Fürth/Nuremberg.

As a family of five, we spent 14 days in the beautiful Villa Sentona. The house is beautifully furnished, with great taste and many useful details. It is bigger than it looks in the photos. The beds were very comfortable and everything was exceptionally clean. The garden has grown in the meantime and offers not only privacy but also a relaxing ambience. The pool was amazing and was cleaned several times a week. Everything was perfect, we absolute reccomend Villa Sentona and Boris, he is a very nice host.

Fantastic house, four bedrooms each with private bathroom. Outdoor kitchen area was our favourate spot. Very large pool. Had a wonderful time with the family. Igor takes great care of the property and its surrounding. The olive tree area adds a peaceful view. Always helpful for any questions.

The stay at Villa Linda was great, the accommodation is well equipped - everything you need is there and Laura even prepared a very detailed folder with tips for the island of Krk, including restaurant tips (everything we tested was actually very good!). Super organized and communication before arrival, during the stay and at departure was very easy, as Laura speaks fluent German.

We had a wonderful time at Villa Botanica. The house and the surrounding garden is very beautiful. You can definitly see and feel the love Piero and his family have for this place. It is indeed a little paradise.

Beautiful home decor, beautiful location, great jacuzzi, very comfortable bed. Contact with Marco was very quick and pleasant, a great host. I will remember with laughter the visit of the marten in the apartment, which visited us when we were in the jacuzzi and broke a glass! Wonderful creature! My dog also loved this place :) we will come back!

This place feels like favourite grandmas place. Everything you need is alreeady inside. You can spend Christmas, Easter and all the holidays over there. Hosts are extremely prepared. Amazing view from outside terrace!

Great place, down to earth and original!

The place had everything we needed, plus a spacious terrace and beautiful surrounding gardens. It was very clean and thoughtfully equipped. We stayed with our little one and felt at home right away. Big kudos to Tonka and her lovely family for making our stay so comfortable – and thank you for the big bag of cherries!

We were at Sanja's in Dramalj in early June, a small place, very quiet, hardly any tourists. Beautiful beach and clear water. Sanja was very friendly and the accommodation perfect with small garden, terrace and beautiful balcony and hanging chair. The view of the sea is enchanting and we had a wonderful time. It is about 7 minutes on foot downhill to the beach with a small beach bar and loungers to rent. We will be happy to come back.

Our second stay here and once again we loved it! Well equipped and everything you need. Great friendly hosts. Beautiful location with plenty within a short drive. Would happily return again.

A beautiful old stone house on the slope with a small olive grove, with wonderful views of the bay. The view from there is magnificent, sitting on the terrace every day, which is like wonderful broadband cinema in live. Watching the sunrise there early in the morning with a concert of birds will be remembered as a particularly beautiful experience. Ranko as a host is an experience, he welcomed us extremely warmly and courteously, explained and described everything in detail, as well as gave great recommendation for excursions to the surrounding area and to the island of Cres every day. The house is very lovingly furnished, we didn't miss anything and found everything we needed for our nine-day stay. All in all a wonderful place to stay with a very accommodating host.

Perfect for a family holiday but also for a get away with friends.

fantastic location and lovely house. great for swimming and biking. the house is very neat and confortable. little problems with wifi and unfortunately not recycling in such a delicate ecosystem place. highly recommended

At first Tommy’s place was a bit difficult to find as we couldn’t see any street names. Once we found it, Tommy was there to welcome us to his fabulous house, pool and garden. There’s a decent size pool, badminton, some sort of football, cherry trees, wild strawberries, an outdoor wood burning oven and very nice parking for two vehicles. Tommy is a great story teller, loves his football and will be happy to cook a meal for a fee. HRELJIN is a great location between Crikvenica and Rijeka. Thank you Tommy.

The apartment is super nice and modernly furnished and offers everything you need. The terrace with hot tub, loungers and barbecue is perfect for relaxing surrounded by nature. We particularly liked the location. It is only a few meters to the beach and yet you are far away from the tourist hustle and has privacy. From the beach you can walk directly along the water. Everything was fine, as it was described. Dora was super friendly and always available. Great house and garden. Some of the beds are old and the mattresses are failing. There's a little house attached to the house where Dora's dad lives. We didn't expect it, it wasn't written about anywhere. He was not in the way, but privacy was compromised. Sitting on the terrace in the front kitchen during breakfast lunch or dinner we saw him, heard him, etc. I wish we had known about it in advance, it was an unexpected not very pleasant surprise. All other things were ok. Beaches are very close, small shop is 20 min walk away, some small cafes are on the beach.

Excellent view! Sometimes the name does not deliver what it promises - but wow, the name "the view" is absolutely fitting. Breathtaking sunsets. The check-in was personal and easy, Margaretas mother-in-law is lovely. The beach, some restaurants and little shops are in short walking distance. Private parking space directly in front of the apartment. Overall a great experience.

The stay in the villa was wonderful, great location, very quiet, clean pool in the garden, Vlatko was a great host who was very helpful and communicative. The house met all expectations. Very quick to get in touch with your host. Vlatko greeted us with a small snack, local liquor and wine :) I hope we will return there someday.

I spent 3 nights at Dunja’s place, and I wish I booked 3 more ! She made me feel very welcome by making me traditional Croatian coffee when I arrived, and gave me a few local recommandations too. Just a warning, this is a very small village, and if you don’t have a car getting around the region might be a bit difficult, especially cause there’s not that many buses, but I knew it from the beginning and that’s exactly what was appealing to me so I’m not complaining! The place is small but very clean, and stayed cool even though the weather wasn’t ! I would definitely recommend a stay here :)
