Holiday rentals with a patio in Kounoupidiana

Enjoyed my short stay here, the building is new and the place was furnished nicely. I especially loved the full size (and powerful!) hairdryer. Kitchen had a full size fridge/freezer and dishes/utensils. Shower pressure and temp were great. Easy to find and owner was very quick to respond to all communications. Would recommend!

Truly a great apartment! Fully matched the listing. It is sparkling clean and everything has been thought of: tea, coffee, washing machine, you name it. It is in a quiet area, but at the bottom of the mountain there is a nice restaurant to enjoy the sunset. We had to mess with the jacuzzi for a while: it went on every hour in the middle of the night, but the host responded very quickly and was able to explain to us how we could solve this. We had a wonderful stay, I would recommend it to everyone.

Maria is a warm host, very responsive and helpful. She made it possible for us to check-in earlier on arrival and then helped us get to the airport at 6 in the morning. She made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The studio is lovely, perfect for a couple or a single traveler, clean, peaceful, the backyard is great for a relaxing evening or the morning coffee. There is a bus station very close to the studio taking you to the city centre. Any questions you might have about getting around, Maria will answer them and help you enjoy your stay.

Awesome rental About 8 minutes' drive from the center, however, you need a car if you want to visit the surrounding sites The location is quiet, very well equipped and very clean Free street parking A magnificent view of the terrace Great bedding with a large bed, I think 180 wide The little touches when we arrived made us very happy The flexibility of the arrival and departure times made our lives easier Thank you thank you 🙏

We had a wonderful time spending 1 week at Giorgos’s place. He was always very responsive. The place is prettier than pictured and extremely clean. There is a lot of natural light and the place is nicely decorated. The yard is huge and a great play space traveling with kids. I was able to prepare simple meals in the kitchen. It was really nice to be able to park right outside the apartment. After a long travel day the beds and pillows were the perfect comfort. We all slept very well, thanks the automatic room darkening screens. Giorgos was very kind and very helpful. He gave great recommendations of the area and to explore Crete. His store also had just what we needed to buy. Thank you very much for hosting us. We would definitely stay here again visiting Chania. Blessings.

We loved our four days in this lovely apartment in Rodovani! Manos met us when we arrived, left us an array of fruit, coffee, tea, bread, and other treats — and was a terrific and cheerful communicator during our stay.

Lovely place in Chania. The view of the lighthouse from the dining table never gets old no matter what time of day. The completely open-concept space is a little bit too open at times. My friends and I found it somewhat difficult to get privacy for changing/dressing etc. The bathroom was also not in a super convenient location and would occasionally not get hot water at all. It can be a bit noisy in the evenings, it is in a very central/busy location with shops and restaurants abound. Be warned: the store directly below does not shut off their music until 23:00 and is very audible through the floor. Maria was also a great host and responded quickly to any ask! Kitchen, beds and other amenities were just right, would recommend!

10 out of 10! This villa was absolutely perfect for our week in Chania! Clean and spacious, plus a very nice pool that’s kept at the perfect temperature for swims at any time of the day. Lia was so lovely and made us feel right at home. We will definitely be staying here when we return.

The apartment was great. Everything was clean and as described. Stelio was a great host and everything went smoothly. There are supermarkets, mini markets and a bus station in walking distance. All in all, Everything was prefect

I truly recommend staying with Niko in this beautiful villa! The house is very modern, the outside area spectacular and private and the communication with Niko was clear and helpful. The accommodation works for both families and friends. The house is located around 30mins from Chania which is easy to get to by car. Can only recommend renting this villa.

We had an excellent stay at this Villa. Exactly as described and how it looks in the photos. Villa finished to a really high standard and lovely swimming pool. The villa is also nicely equipped & sone really nice touches from the host, Katerina, with locally grown vegetables & olive oil. Katerina went above and beyond as a host with regular cleaning & towels changes etc and was very supportive when our daughter was involved in an accident (not at the villa!) Would definitely recommend and go back 👍

We had a lovely stay here. The apartment is newly renovated and has been done beautifully. The roof terrace was a gorgeous place to unwind. The shampoo/shower gels were gorgeous. It’s a very easy and short walk to the beach. The host was responsive, helpful and friendly. I would warn older travellers that the stairs are very steep and there are lots of them. Loved it.

We loved our stay, Dimitri has provided a lovely place to stay . Very convenient for everything in the old town and a pleasant walk to the beach. Very helpful and obliging host, made us very welcome.

Awesome flat! it felt luxurious with the spa area with the sauna. Spacious with all the amenities you would need for your holidays. Would recommend and would come back!

Everything was perfect, so much that we wanted to extend our stay but unfortunately it was not possible. The apartment is just like the pictures, perfectly clean. Best airbnb we have ever stayed at because of Andonis's (and his mother, Maria, who lives in the same complex) hospitality. Andonis gave us great recommendations and even dropped off a bottle of delicious rose. Maria made our stay feel like a home. She brought us oranges from her garden for fresh juice, dolma made with zucchini flower, and spanakopita. The kitchen was also fully equipped so we were able to cook at home at least two meals a day. If we return to Crete, we can't wait to stay again.

The apartment is as described , very clean and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood, easy access from the bus station, public bus no. 11, ticket zone A, while the walk towards the center is a pleasure because you walk practically all the time by the water. Very good contact with the landlord. To top it off, we were with a few months old baby, it was the need for a crib to sleep and here the biggest surprise, and it's a gigantic plus for the owner...because he just bought a crib for us, which is no extra bed or a tourist crib, and the truest wooden crib that met our expectations. Thank you😀 I recommend with all my heart and we will definitely come back 😀

Beautiful stay! Such tasteful design, spotless home with really wonderful staff to help. The team was very responsive and had really set up the place to make it very warm. It had everything you may neeed and more! Super strong winter net too so we enjoyed working there. Loved it and would definitely suggest!

Stella was an outstanding host. Her accommodation is beautiful. Everything was perfectly prepared. A delicious cake was waiting for us on the table. There were also various foods from Stella's parents' garden in the fridge. Stella is very communicative and gives great tips about the area. Thank you for this wonderful time.

Spent a wonderful six nights at Britta's place in Chania. Perfect quiet residential location about 20mins walk from the main tourist area of the old port. The apartment was clean, modern and well equipped apart from no microwave. Britta is perhaps the most reponsive host I have ever had with airbnb with proactive suggestions of local restaurants (including Apostolis where I went twice and recommended to friends) as well as rapidly responsive to my queries whilst I stayed there. I am only back in the UK 5hrs and have already recommended Chania and Britta to friends.
