This is a new modern 1st floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment, located in a very secure development with a swimming pool. There is a small shopping centre across the road. Some level of noise should be expected. Delivery noises should be expected especially during holiday periods. Portable Power for Load-shedding. You can power the TV, wifi, standing lights and charge cell phones when the power is off. The development is a short walk to the beach. No music & noise. No visitors. No smoking

Enjoy staying in a comfortable, secure 1 bedroom cottage in a quiet area of Plett. The cottage is lovely & airy with a beautiful view of the green valley, all within walking distance of stunning beaches, restaurants & shops. As host, I make my garage available for secure parking. The sleeper couch is available for children under 10. Unfortunately, the sleeper couch isn't suitable for adults. I also am able to provide a baby's camping cot, should you so require.
