Our stay was utterly peaceful. Mountain ranges hem you in from the East and the West. Aside from the comfortable and clean accommodation, with all the amenities to comfortably tale care of oneself, the garden is full of ancient and still growing trees brimming with birds to soothe your soul. The hosts are kind and curious, without being at all imposing. I can highly recommend this spot for anyone who would like to rekindle their relationship with tranquility and authenticity.

What a beautiful stay. Sally & Margaret were great! The treehouse is actually a hidden gem. The estate is out of the way of the crowds but close enough to everything. The treehouse has all the amenities you could need, it is spacious, furniture is comfortable, aesthetically pleasing and the whole place was clean! I would 100% go back and wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you for being such gracious and accommodating hosts!

It was an absolute pleasure to stay in the cottage on Ilze's Farm. Everyone on the farm was smiley and welcoming and very helpful. It is also very quiet and peaceful on the farm - a great escape from the noise of the city. Should I be back in the area, I would book in with Four Fields farm again

We had the most wonderful holiday! Kids were happy, food was excellent and the setting gorgeous. We visited the beach, horse rides and lessons were given and we were spoilt with delicious breakfast buffets daily. As a mother, I felt very relaxed. The Robberg Walk was also stunning and worthwhile.

This is the perfect spot for a big group to get together. The house is exquisitely appointed and there’s more than enough space to accommodate everyone’s needs. We were a mixed group of couples, couples with kids and single people and we never felt that we were in each other’s way. The location is perfect - remote enough to feel like you’re truly in the middle of nowhere, while still close enough to shops and beaches to not compromise on comfort. We will definitely be back! This campsite is in a wonderful spot, it is spotless clean and host is friendly, helpful and knowledgable of the local area. It can be a stop off on Garden route or a base for a longer stay. We will be back ;-)

soooo;- Hands down, all time favorite staycation destination!!! Everything about the place; the location, the stillness, the cold air and steam inside of that superb shower setup ... its magical! If you need some privacy, personal time to be just by joursef - this is where you go to find the answers. If you're lucky enough to have a cuddle buddy, I'd strongly suggest you try a couple days here. Rest, take the walking trial and snuggle up next to the fireplace at night. Can't wait to return!!! We loved the place the minute we walked into the cottage. Everything you need (and beyond) is there and the view over the valley is amazing. Michelle's place also offers some amazing walks in the forest, and it is a great place for bird watchers. This is a place for nature lovers and it is super easy to immerse into it. Having said this it is still a very comfortable place and Michelle does everything to make that this feels like a home-away-from home. What a beautiful place and for sure we will book it again!

Peaceful vacation, functional home and friendly host. Stayed at Heidi’s home with kids and we LOVED our stay. The pool was a highlight and the parents really enjoyed the coffee maker. Great retreat for a few nights!

As a nature lover we 100% recommend it. As an added bonus we heard the lions from the next door reserve. We really enjoyed ourselves and check in was flexible. Will definitely be returning.

Our favourite Airbnb in the entire country! Colleen and her entire family made this a stay which we will never forget. The house is fantastic and the property allows for the kids to be outside all day, whether that be for school, or for collecting clay, or for just being kids on the farm. Already they are asking when we are going back. The property is centrally located, between the Keurbooms river valley, Nature's valley and Plettenbergbay and Tsitsikamma, allowing each day to be it's own adventure if you want to explore the area. The house is equipped for everyday needs and we felt like we could stay for months.

Our stay at Elephant View Homestead in Plettenberg Bay was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the incredible attention to detail and the warm, welcoming atmosphere. The freshly baked sourdough, honey from the farm and eggs from the chickens was the most thoughtful touch. The location is unbeatable—perched on a peaceful farm with breathtaking views of elephants roaming freely at the neighboring Knysna Elephant Park. Waking up to the sight of these majestic animals from our stoep was an unforgettable experience! Yet, despite the tranquil setting, we were just a short drive from Plettenberg Bay’s stunning beaches, amazing restaurants, and charming shops. The homestead itself is immaculate, thoughtfully designed, and stocked with everything we could possibly need (and more!). We cannot wait to return to this home from home...thank you Carrie and Laura for the most amazing stay!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Impressive location, incredible view, simply unforgettable stay! Bettina welcomed us warmly, we immediately felt at home. The whole team was incredibly nice. Breakfast and dinner were very tasty. The atmosphere was always good, the rooms are very lovingly furnished and clean, large lounge area! Two sweet German shepherds, totally sweet and trusting and totally playful! We'd come back in a heartbeat

our stay at Gina‘s place was amazing. she‘s a very lovely person who will provide for everything you need! We even got upgraded into a nice tiny caravan which was perfect because of a rainy night. We were aloud to use the barbecue..., there‘s also firewood which you can use. The bathrooms are very clean and spacious! we can definitely recommend this place!!!

We had a wonderful week at Adri's place. We loved the peacefulness of the place. The house is cool, spacious, well equipped, and stylish but in a comfortable way. It has a great verandah overlooking a well maintained garden. We enjoyed the presence of Pi and Billy, two friendly dogs on the property. They are well trained and know not to come into the house but were often with us on the verandah. Vincent, who lives on the property, was a star host. The location is well placed for Nature's Valley, farmstalls and Plett. We were sorry to leave.

We had a great stay in this charming place. This unit is a bit more private than the others as you enter through a secluded gardened area. Ilze was has down the best and went out of her way to accommodate our family, thank you. Also worth noting that during load shedding the wifi stays on, portable battery powered lights are available and the stove runs on gas.

This place is absolutely cinematographic. Giant trees, a gorgeous view on the valley with horses, bokks coming over for a snack. We walked down to the river on sunset and watched a couple of blue cranes. Beautiful. The room was also very nice. There’s a bbq in the garden, which was very helpful. Lee is a very caring host and an interesting person to talk. Thank you, Lee.

The Bitou River Lodge is a hidden gem and wonderful for a quiet, but close to activities, stay. The attention to detail in the room and during breakfast is wonderful and a stay here speaks of luxury and comfort. Kerry (owner) was friendly and caring and Manny was an exceptional host. The surroundings were beautiful and the location on the hidden river exceptional. Thank you for an exceptional stay.
