Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Kou-Kamma

We had a lovely stay at Sanctuary House with our 7 year old son and 80 year old mum. The house has everything you need and more. The pool deck and braai area is great and it was also great to have a fire pit outside and fire place inside too. The weather was a bit changeable during our stay so these were well used. The house is in a good location with shops nearby and easy to reach other areas in Plet. Communication with Richard during our stay was excellent. I would highly recommend this holiday house.

Tolle Unterkunft mit schöner Einrichtung und perfekter Lage um Plettenberg Bay zu erkunden. Restaurants und Supermärkte sind schnell und einfach zu erreichen. Wir konnten vom ersten Moment total entspannen und haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Lyn's place was absolutely fantastic. Only a five minute walk from the lagoon, the house is smart, comfortable, well equipped and definitely highly recommended for a stay in Nature's Valley.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Knysna, perfectly located right by the beach. Our private room was quiet, comfortable, and thoughtfully separated from the main house, offering plenty of privacy. The surrounding area was peaceful, safe, and ideal for a relaxing getaway. While there aren’t many shops or restaurants within walking distance, it’s a short 10 minute drive to Thesen Island, where we enjoyed some lovely dinner and drinks. Leisure Island itself offers stunning views of Knysna and is a perfect place to unwind. Highly recommended for a peaceful coastal escape!

منزل جميل ودانييل شخص لطيف من الصدف الجميلة انه انقطع الكهرباء لمدة قليلة جداً وجاء مسرعاً لإصلاحة وكانت لحظة جميلة لمقابلته وتبادل اطراف الحديث بعد ان اصلح الكهرباء وتناولنا القهوة معاً ،، حصل لي ظرف وطلبت منه ان اقطع اجازتي واعود لكيب تاون وبالفعل تعامل معي بشكل لطيف وودي اشكره جزيل الشكر

Brilliant newly renovated house in the Crags with fantastic views from the upstairs balconies. The patio is particularly great and the master bedroom upstairs is having a ton of light coming in from huge windows. Close to the shops in Plettenberg and close to Nature's Valley (should be high on your list when visiting this part of the Garden Route). We traveled with small children so we didn't go on the hikes on the property but I'm sure that they are lovely. The shared pool is basically just behind the house and is fenced next to a small playground (great place for kids). Carol that is onsite is a lovely person and very helpful.

Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt, man spürt, dass dieser Ort geliebt wird. Wunderschön dekoriert und für große Familien/Freunde geeignet. 4x Braai- Optionen!🤣 Danke, dass wir hier sein durften. Vielleicht ein Hinweis für mobilitätseingeschränkte Personen oder Sportwagenfahrer: die Auffahrt/ Eingang ist ziemlich steil und hat keine Treppe.

Mélanies Haus war für uns einfach perfekt. Wir hatten ja viele schöne Unterkünfte auf unserer Südafrika Reise, aber in diesem Cottage hätten wir uns als einziges vorstellen können, wirklich länger zu bleiben. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Das Bett (180cm) war unglaublich gemütlich, die Küche mit allem ausgestatten, war wir gebraucht haben. Zusätzlich gabs für unseren Sohn sogar eine Spielkiste mit Büchern usw. Wir hoffen, wir kommen bald wieder!

One day is just not enough…3 or more is better! You can get a braai pack, wood and home made bread! Kids voted the farm stay the highlight of a month in South Africa !

We had 3 great days at Sea Why in the beautiful forest town of Natures Valley . The cottage was comfortable and well equipped. Thanks Marita and Arbrie for your friendliness and your lovely cottage

We had a great stay at the studio on the Hill. Ronel was very helpful and kind with recommendations and making sure we were settled. Beautiful views and surroundings. We were able to find the Airbnb with no concerns thanks to Ronel’s instructions. It can get a bit chilly - so make sure you bring layers! Would deffo recommend staying here for a lovely time!

Lovely place to stay. The host was there the whole time to help with any questions, perfect place for a couple to stay. Felt right at home. Fridge filled with beers upon arrival. Legend!

Simonne’s place was extremely serene. Beautiful surroundings with wonderful views. They were extremely helpful in finding the location and gave us a warm welcome. Our overnight stay was extremely pleasant and met all of our needs. It was very close to all of the activities that we had planned for the next day (hiking to Tsitiskamma suspension bridge and the trail to the Big Tree). We highly recommend them.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit bei Henk. Ab dem Zeitpunkt als wir ankamen fühlten wir uns wie zuhause. Henk hatte es möglich gemacht dass wir spontan einchecken konnten und hat uns sogar mit einem Gastgeber Geschenk überrascht. Das Appartement hat alles was man sich wünschen kann und ist geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet. Henk gab uns zahlreiche Empfehlungen gegeben. Dadurch wussten wir gleich was wir machen können und wo wir die besten Restaurants finden. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, würden jederzeit wiederkommen und hätten unseren Aufenthalt am liebsten verlängert.

soooo;- Hands down, all time favorite staycation destination!!! Everything about the place; the location, the stillness, the cold air and steam inside of that superb shower setup ... its magical! If you need some privacy, personal time to be just by joursef - this is where you go to find the answers. If you're lucky enough to have a cuddle buddy, I'd strongly suggest you try a couple days here. Rest, take the walking trial and snuggle up next to the fireplace at night. Can't wait to return!!! Mooi, ruim en gezellig huisje. Met een echte keuken waar je goed kan koken en een heel lekker bed. Daarbovenop is het water uit de kraan heerlijk en is de omgeving mooi en privé. Ook heel leuk voor mensen zonder honden en een hele fijne plek om tot rust te komen! Het voelt erg huiselijk aan en ik zou het iedereen aanraden.

What a beautiful oasis 😍 peaceful, relaxing and a real cabin feel! We went there to do some wedding planning and were greeting by a beautiful personalized board and a bottle of wine. The hot tub was a huge hit as well, we braved it at night and it was a perfect addition to the forest feel of the cabin. Liesl could not have executed the interior design any better, evey time you look around you see a new small detail of thought and care. Cannot wait for our next trip to Knysna, we will definitely be back!

It was our second time in “fly me to the moon” and it is probably my best airbnb experience ever. A perfect fairytale-house to escape from the world, surrounded by innocent nature. Hope to come back one day!

We love everything about this very special Cabin and had the most wonderful weekend with our friends and kids. It’s even better than in pictures and the views and location just so special. We can highly recommend it to anyone who wants to just get away from it all and go to a very magical place with beautiful views and sunsets. Thanks for letting us enjoy it!
