Villa holiday rentals in Koskinou

This Villa was one of the best we have ever stayed at! It is just a short walk away from the local restaurants and shops. We hired a car to travel across Rhodes which was made easier by the parking space at the villa. When we arrived the host showed us round and the space was spotless. The whole house is modern and beautiful! The host even sent us free lunch! If you’re looking for a place to stay in Rhodes that’s away from all the main tourist traps this is the perfect place to go!

Zafeira’s place is incredible. My partner and I had our best holiday yet staying here. The property is in a very peaceful location with an amazing pool (which zafeira and her partner kept extremely clean for us). The villa is well equipped with air conditioning units which kept us very cool and comfortable during the day & night. The kitchen is also well equipped which meant that we could easily make lunches/dinners on days that we didn’t go out. The location of the property is fantastic as it’s around a 20 minute drive to Rhodes old town, which made it easy for us to get there for sight seeing and evening dinners. It’s also within comfortable driving distance of all the other sight seeing areas, so we managed to see all parts of the island that we wanted to. Zafeira is a very welcoming, responsive and friendly host who made us feel very at home. This is an amazing place to stay in Rhodes and we would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

We had a very pleasant stay at the house! First of all, both the house and the yard are very spacious, with different corners to enjoy sitting. The house stands almost alone, not part of a touristic hub, and yet is in a close distance from supermarkets, bakeries and anything else you might need. Some of the beds were not comfortable, probably time to replace the mattresses. The house is very decorated, which gives a personal touch, but might not suit everyone’s taste. In spite of these minor drawbacks, I must stress that we stayed at three different houses in Rhodes, and all of us felt that this one was the most comfortable! We will gladly return there for another stay.

Antonakis villa is the perfect place to stay in Rhodes. The hosts are fantastic and can’t do enough for you. The villa is equipped with everything that you need and more! The location is great, 1 minute walk to the beach, 5 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes walk to great restaurants and bars and a 30 minute drive to Rhodes town. Our holiday here was brilliant, the hospitality from Giannis made it even better, we couldn’t ask for anything more, all his recommendations were amazing! We will definitely be returning! We stayed for five nights during a girlstrip - we would have wished to stay longer! The place is a bit tricky to find but with Christina's instructions wr managed well. And it was worth the search: The house is very pretty, the view from the terrace over the pool absolutely stunning. We had everything we need and more, also for our little baby girl. Christina provided not only great recommendation but also homemade goodies like marmelade, olive oil and a cake. On our last day, Christina's mum passed by with selfmade Pastissio for lunch - it was just perfect! The communication with Christina was easy, friendly and always helpful. We can clearly recommend to stay at Christina's place and I would definitely come back anytime! 😊

We spent a stunning week at this special house. Everything we hoped it would be. Our little girl loved collecting the lemons that had fallen in the beautifully landscaped garden which we found hard to leave. Great area to explore Rhodes from, we’ll be back! We had an amazing 4-day stay at this lovely home in Rhodes, Greece. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed and even included some thoughtful welcome drinks, which was a great touch. The location was perfect — just a short walk to the beach, the Old Town, and other key spots. Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. They assisted with arranging taxis to and from the airport and provided excellent local recommendations for restaurants and things to do. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Rhodes!

We booked for 7 adults and 3 children. The villa and location was prefect! Zohar was quick to respond to all our questions and accommodated an early check in and late checkout. The private beach access is amazing. They provided travel cots, high chairs, beach towels etc! I would highly recommend for adults or families.

Stayed for 5 nights, lovely view and house in general. The host was very responsive and organised transport to and from the airport. 5 stars all round.

Manos & Christos were fantastic, could not have been more helpful. Villa Emerald was simply perfect, beautifully maintained, well equipped, spotlessly clean with the most amazing views. The beds are super comfortable with fresh linen change half way through our stay. If I owned a villa abroad, this is the team I would want to run it. Perfect in every way, highly recommended. What an amazing villa, a group of 10 of us stayed here for 5 nights. We had an amazing time, the villa is very spacious with a wonderful pool and outside area. All the rooms are very comfortable with A/C throughout. Despina gave us local recommendations and helped us with taxi organisation which for a group of 10 was very helpful. It’s only a 10 minute taxi to the old town and there is plenty of restaurants nearby as well. We would 100% recommend Despina’s Villa

This is the best airbnb we ever stayed. Yiannis was very responsive, kind and very helpful on every aspect. The villa is nicely decorated, spacious and in a peaceful and quiet surroundings and yet you can walk to the beach and numerous restaurants. We had a bbq at the villa the last night and Chrysa was kind enough to make us a delicious cake to say farewell. We are sad to leave but will definitely go back again.

We had an excellent stay, the hosts were very welcoming and responsive. We really liked the flexibility there was at check in. The villa is well planned and new. The courtyard area is spacious and everything is thoughtfully planned. The house is fully equipped with everything and nothing is missing. Our only issue was that there was no hot water for most of the time but we were somehow able to manage. Overall I highly recommend.

We had a really great stay in this villa. The pool and outside area was nice and clean. Very safe area and a lot of provacy. We did not realize that there is not a proper bed for everyone as it was for 7 people but only 5/7 had a bed and other were on the sofa. Two bathrooms would be better but overall we had a great stay and we could reach the host easily and ask for help. What we asked for was quickly taken care of which we really appreciate. Late check out was also fixed for us which was very nice.

When we stop in a villa we like it to be on the high end of comfort. This villa exceeded our expectations. It was totally accessible with our wheelchair bound son. There were 2 accessible bedrooms, but still done tastefully. Dimitris manage to source a mobile hoist for us, which worked within the space. The pool was ramped so easy access. Everything that you could possibly need is there and more that you haven't even thought of. There is some local noise from the dog charity and some from the road but you do get used to it and the local council are trying to reduce the amount of rescue dogs within the facility, so sad. As a host Dimitris is always on hand and super helpful. On arrival there was a very welcome food parcel with includes all the basics. The villa is near local shops but ideally you will need a car. It's around 15mins into rhodes town and around 20 mins from the airport. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone who likes to stop in a villa.

What an amazing trip it was, and what a plWhat a wonderful trip this was, and how much staying at this amazing property made it even more special. Before our arrival at the villa, the lovely Helena checked in with us several times to make sure our transportation was arranged and that we would arrive safely and promptly. When we arrived at the villa, it looked exactly like the photos—if not better! Our jaws dropped at the beauty, and the view surrounding the villa was even more breathtaking. The hospitality was excellent—Helena was very responsive and checked in with us to ensure everything was going well. There's no doubt she significantly enhanced our experience. The villa was spotlessly clean, luxurious, and it’s clear that the architectural design behind the property is outstanding. We’ll definitely be coming back, and some of our friends have already booked their own stays in the near future. Thank you so much for the incredible hospitality and for the privilege of staying !

5/5 Due to personal issues, we had to cut the trip short and they have agreed to work this out with us, great customer. Deep pool, beautiful views, perfect kitchen and resting area. Best part, the bedrooms, something different, great place, would highly recommend. People that take care of the place are very attentive and easy going.
