Lovely location, easy to find and host was very accommodating.

I recommend this place for a couple who values peace and privacy. It was lovely to sunbathe in the private yard, and the sea was just a short walk away for a swim. I recommend having a car to make the most of this accommodation! I would definitely stay here again! ☺️

A beautiful apartment in a peaceful but accessible part of the old town. The apartment was well equipped, large, extremely comfortable bed and an outside area which was shaded from the hot sun for many parts of the day. Michael was such a responsive and helpful host. He met us despite a late arriving flight and he arranged a port transfer for us on leaving. The perfect host and a perfect place for exploring the old town

Staying at Konstantinos’s cozy studio was an absolute delight! Nestled in a charming, quiet alley in the heart of the city, the spotless studio and lovely inner courtyard provided the perfect peaceful retreat. The location couldn’t be more ideal, peaceful yet just steps from all the action. From the moment we arrived, Konstantinos went above and beyond. Not only did he leave small welcome gifts at check‑in, but later surprised us with delicious, fresh fruit during our stay. His hospitality was top‑notch, from helpful local tips to seamless communication.

Tsampika is super nice and responded to questions very quickly. The surrounding area is a quiet development with ample parking and good bus connections. Shopping facilities were within walking distance. The apartment is as in the pictures and very clean. In addition, the most important things such as washing up liquid, salt, coffee etc. have been thought of. I would recommend the apartment to anyone who wants a carefree stay.

Recomnendation. Book Simi travel bus tour to Panormitus in advance, which costing 10 Euro as of 2025, June. Then, you can jump the tour bus from the ferry port directly without 10 min walk to the port town. Panormitis is a must-go-see where you see a beatiful small town with the contrast of THE cobalt blue sea and light yellow town collor. About location and stay. Nice friendly owner and easy to get there. There is only one route of the public bus - so-called 'Mini bus' that is bound for Pedi beach. The bus station is located in front of the port town from 10 min walk distance on your left. This site is just next to the first bus stop of the mini bus. Don't go around the port town to find this site, just get on the (yellow) mini bus, and get off at the first stop.

It was our first stay in Greece, the apartment is small, cozy, with a balcony that has access from both rooms. Great location, close to the sea, there is a parking space, everywhere close by car. The owner was very nice, responded quickly to messages and was very helpful

The accommodation is very nicely furnished and you can reach everything you need on foot. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen left nothing to be desired. The bathroom is bright, large and the terrace is super cozy. We felt very comfortable. The beach, as well as restaurants and nightlife, can be reached within a few minutes. For the location, the accommodation is quite quiet. One street away, there is a live music bar. Artists, for example, guitar or saxophone, always play there. We then liked to sit on the terrace in the evening and listen. That made our evening sweeter. With the windows closed, you can hardly hear anything. Valantis is very accommodating and has left nothing to be desired. He is one of the best hosts I have ever met. I can really only recommend the place.

Had an absolutely fantastic stay. The location could not be more convenient. Close to everything in Old Town. Yet it's on a quiet street where you don't hear all the night life. Stavros and his dad were very hospitable during my stay. Highly recommend staying here!

everything had been fine and very clean , Mariette is a very friendly hostess and you feel like mom . Who likes the tranquility is very well taken care of by Mariette. Shopping facilities are very easy to reach on foot and the walk to the beach is also very good. Room equipment is very good and also the small cute kitchen is completely sufficient. It is a perfect location for peace and relaxation. Rhodes center, Ialysos center are easily accessible by bus. I highly recommend it to Mariette. I will definitely book my next vacation with Mariette again.

The Accommodation was very clean as everything is new. Good supermarket very close and easy bus ride to Falaraki etc. Not much in the immediate vicinity but good spot as a base. The host was very helpful and always responded quickly. The concierge service was also very efficient and reliable.

We arrived here for two nights, our host was incredible from the minute we arrived. They helped us arrange a car rental and ordered food from the locals for us. The place is absolutely perfect. Spotlessly clean. We had a surprise on our arrival which made us feel so welcome. We honestly had the most magical time here. It is very relaxing here and very private. We had our own hot tub which we enjoyed in the evenings and used the pool in the day time. Honestly I would recommend this place to anyone. I cannot wait to come back and for longer this time. So nice to be away and feel so relaxed at ease, safe and at home.

Everything was perfect.Easy to find, very tidy apartment , nice location(quiet neighbourhood) , and a helpful host. Everything was brand new(oven,fridge,AC). I highly recommend it and I will definitely visit it again.

We enjoyed it very much, everything was as shown in the photos. The host always responded quickly and was also able to speak very good English when we arrived, he also told us directly what there is in the area. And he also sent me a lot of links where you can eat well or great bars as well as activities. We felt very comfortable. And was provided water/beer/wine/soft drinks and a bit of fruit. (Free)

We had a great stay at Georgios's apartment. Everything was as described, spotlessly clean and Georgios was extremely responsive. We had an issue with the washing machine but this was fixed within a couple of hours. The place is convenient for the local restaurants, bars and shops which is a 15 minute walk. The patio area is nice and private, great for sunbathing and using the hot tub without being overlooked. Would definitely recommend.

This place was amazing. We stayed for 3 weeks and it was more than we ever dreamed of. Absolutely beautiful with everything we needed.

Stayed at Casa Del Sol whilst on a long weekend in Rhodes. The accommodation is very beautiful, clean and conveniently located just outside the old town. Sebastian, the care taker is very responsive and went out of his way to provide everything and make us feel like at home. Manolis, the owner was also very friendly and happy to assist. We also had the jacuzzi outside of the room which made the vacation now special. I would recommend the place to anyone looking for a great place to stay and value for money in a restored property with character.

Great place to base ourselves to be able to explore Rhodes. We were here in off season so lots of local places were closed. Loved the house and jacuzzi.

This place is a gem! We absolutely loved our time in Faliraki and this apartment. A big thank you to the host and her family for making us feel so welcome. We traveled with our 13 month old girl and this place was absolutely perfect. If you have a young family like we do I can’t think of a better place to stay than this. Incredible!
