Small, clean apartment in the basement

I rent out a nice little apartment in the basement, about 38 m² and fully equipped. Stammham is located in Upper Bavaria, about 12 km north of Ingolstadt/Audi, 5 minutes by car to the A9, Munich 55 minutes, Regensburg approx. 1 hour, Nuremberg 55 minutes, Ingolstadt Village 10 minutes, to the Danube Gorge approx. 30 minutes and to the Altmühltal Nature Park about 13 minutes. We have a Netto supermarket, restaurants, butchers, bakers, a doctor and a Raiffeisenbank in the village.

A bright and airy sleeping area is featured, with a spacious bed adorned with decorative pillows. A cozy armchair and a circular floor cushion provide additional seating. Natural wood flooring complements the room's soft colour palette, while a large window allows for plenty of natural light.

Our 3-bedroom design apartment have everything you need for a nice stay: → King/Queen-size beds → Smart TV with Amazon Prime → Filter coffee → Fully equipped kitchen → Washing machine → not 5 minutes by car from the A9 freeway ☆"The rooms are lovingly prepared and correspond exactly to the description. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen very well equipped. We can recommend the accommodation without reservation."

Ingolstadt (Old Town, a former bakery house)

Apartment is located on the second floor, in a listed townhouse . The apartment is furnished in retro design with many listed windows, ceilings, doors, walls... Close to outdoor and indoor swimming pool, park (green belt that goes around the old town) and of course the old town with shopping, cafes, bars, museums (medicine and museum for concrete art). Audi AG works for a short time. The guest is welcomed and guided, help possible at any time from neighboring rooms.

The accommodation is also ideally situated for excursions. Whether to the Altmühltal or to Eichstätt. A backpack and Nordic walking poles are provided. The "Ingolstadt Village" invites you to shop. From June 10, the accommodation will also have a rocket stove. BBQ made easy. We are happy to accommodate requests
