It was the best place to stay for a visit in Pune. Everything is near and it's near main road.

The stay at this place was so comfortable. felt like our home. All the facilities including a shpping mall and restaurant are available nearby. Online delivery services are also available . Perfect hills for evening walk and enjoy the beauty of nature. The host Prashant was so helpful and responsive. We enjoyed our stay.

Great place. Clean and well maintained with very good amenities. all teh delivery companies are able to spot the place easily without any issue. The locality is good with the phoenix mall very close by.

The stay was amazing,host was responsive,proper parking was there, cleanliness was maintained. The caretaker of the place was also very polite. The ambience, the river view in the evening everything was just wonderful. And most importantly washrooms were clean with proper water supply.

The property is small but well-maintained and clean. It’s a cozy space with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Overall, a good experience and value for the price.

The place is perfect getaway from the hustle bustle of life providing ample space to relax, chill and enjoy the nature from close. The location is a private house and blessed with scenic Valley view. The property owner Mr Janak is a great host. The cook Alka prepares very delicious meals including typical Gujarati dishes. The caretaker Ankush is a great person, and always available for support during our stay. The place also provides opportunity for a good morning walk and or run without any traffic hinderance. The property is old but bed linen and baths are well maintained with hot water and cleanliness in and around. Eventually it was a great family time for us accommodating 10 people in one place. We had great fun in playing childhood games and run around the property.

The property is well maintained . It has amazing view of the Pawna lake and Sunset view is amazing. Pool although small but nice and clean and the Jauccuzi as well was great. Location is perfect and very well connected with Pune. Roads are good all through out and we had no difficulty in finding this place. We really enjoyed our stay at this place.

We had a great time at Shangri-la. The house is beautifully done. It is exactly as described in the pictures. The host was there to receive us and get us settled. They stayed in a separate section with a separate access. They were always available for any kind of help. We had a great time chatting with them about the house and its surroundings. The pool is fantastic and its waterfall feature was quite fun. The food blew our minds over though! Sunanda tai cooked delicious meals one after the other till the point where we had to tell them to reduce the number of items! Our four dogs had a great time in the lawn and just chilling around. The hosts and the caretakers were very cool with our dogs, which is incredible. Overall, a great stay for a weekend. I will definitely recommend this to families with kids, seniors and pets. It's the perfect place for stay with good ambience and good people to take care of you. Place is very neat precisely crystal clean. Good food is provided by the family of the care taker. You will feel as at home rather better than.

We had a comfortable stay! The house was clean and organised and the location of the property is awesome! Beach view from the Porch is definitely the USP of the property.

The Ansh villa was better than expected in every possible way. Nestled in a residential society, it provided a sense of security and reachability. The villa itself was extremely luxurious, with all beautiful elements and interiors. The villa felt like it was out of a magazine. The host was very responsive and accomodative. She positively catered to all our needs and answered all our questions too. The caretaker is an every smiling and very positive person who is literally a phone's call away at every moment. WE EVEN GOT A WELCOME BASKET! We were a group of friends who had gone to enjoy and enjoy we did. Had a blast of a time, all thanks to the accommodation. P.S- the pool and the island in the kitchen unanimously became our favourite hang out spots! You know it has been a good stay, when 2 out of 6 friends ended the trip by saying "we will book this villa soon again with another group of friends"

Nestled in a serene corner of this beautiful area, his property is now our go-to getaway whenever we visit our favorite destination. The home offers complete privacy and a peaceful atmosphere, making it perfect for working remotely. The WiFi is strong and reliable, and the power backup gave us complete peace of mind during our stay. Mandar was an exceptional host — always prompt, responsive, and eager to accommodate any suggestions we had to make our stay even more comfortable. Though our trip was mainly for work, we did manage to explore the stunning, uncrowded beach in nearby Basni village — just a short distance from the property. We’ve already decided that our next visit will be purely for leisure so we can truly enjoy this hidden coastal gem. Highly recommended for anyone looking for tranquility and connectivity.

Nikhil is an incredibly accommodating host, and will ensure that you are comfortable during your stay by means of prompt communication as well as very well equipped and helpful staff (security, housekeeping, well priced laundry services) at the airbnb. We didn’t face any difficulties during our two week stay and would choose this place again. The stay is exactly as described in the pictures, is super clean and comfortable. All the appliances, crockery, toiletries etc are clean and well maintained. You would also be staying in an upscale locality which has proximity to all the best places in Bandra. I had a really lovely stay! The place was sparkling clean,it honestly felt like a home away from home. The location was super convenient and in a peaceful neighborhood. The best part, though, was the host—so warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout the stay. They made sure everything was perfect and even gave some great local tips. Highly recommend this place, and would absolutely book again!

This is a perfect place for someone to stay who is returning to Bombay and wants to feel at home. Chuim Village is quiet and well located in Khar West, just a couple minute's walk from Carter road and a quick rickshaw ride away from Pali Naka. It's an old little neighbourhood tucked away from the main road, so it's very quiet for Mumbai standards. Old buildings are going to come with some dampness and mustiness, which went away when the AC was on, and otherwise the place was clean and comfortable. We really liked how easy it was to find it and get inside after a late night arrival. Amit was super helpful with details for our visa, a nice little welcome note and was always responsive. He even offered cleaning on our second day, and left us a great range of fruit to try. One thing is that it would be more comfortable if the curtains blocked out more light and gave more privacy.

We had the most wonderful stay here! The place was exactly as shown in the pictures, actually, even better in real life. It looked like something right out of a Pinterest board—thoughtfully done up, full of charm and aesthetics, and every corner felt like it was designed with love. It was spotlessly clean and so well maintained. Truly a premium property in every sense. Salil was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. I had mentioned that we were celebrating my baby’s first birthday, and to our surprise, he even sent over some sweets to make it extra special. It meant a lot! This place turned out to be everything I was hoping for and more. Honestly, we were so taken by the vibe that we didn’t feel like stepping out to explore much—just being indoors felt like a vacation in itself. Just know that this place is not close to any of the beaches or touristy spots—so plan accordingly. But if you’re looking to slow down and soak in a peaceful, beautiful space, this one’s a gem.
