Great place for a quiet vacation..

This property is more beyond imagination. The staff is very helping , kind and soft spoken. One must visit the place and stay for atleast 2 days to get the feel !

This was just perfect place away from the madding crowd. The view was breath taking. We were totally surprised seeing this place. Perched on close to the Mulade lake, I spent most of my time next to the lake with books. The only distractions were my kids. The place is about an hour away from the quiet beaches of Devgad/Tarkarli. Dr Arun who opened up his personal retreat for the public has been building it up on his own. It will take a while for it to mature. Do's -> 1. Ask Dr Arun for recommendations for places to eat around. Sanman on the highway and Pushpa in Kudal were his recommendations for us. 2. Keep offline copy of the local map. Network is not good on the highway or on the site. 3. The local people call the place Mool-dae. Ask them Mula-day (as written in English) and no body knows it

The location is ideal for a shaant and peaceful stay. It's a 3-4 minute ride to communal places like Satori (Tamarind Tree) and Jungle Dance. Ladies who run the kitchen hold the space quite lovingly and cook fulfilling home food. The wood in the rooms create a wholesome vibe worth staying in. Everything was very clean.

We had a great stay at Trikaya Retreat. The place is very clean, beautifully manicured, and we could pitch our tent on the grass, overlooking the hill, amidst nature. Best is they provide separate toilet/shower for each group/tent. Staff is very polite and well behaved. Decent home cooked meal for lunch and dinner, and good variety for BBQ. It was a refreshing change for us. Definitely a place to go again with friends or family!! There is limited signal strength so is a good digital detox :)

This place is great for outdoor activities and if you want to experience some village life. The food was made by the local ladies on site and was very tasty. It's located little in the interior but all the efforts to reach the place certainly paid off once we arrived at location. A dam nearby where you can go for a swim or just relax by the riverfront. The view from the dam and nearby waterfall is scenic. It's a quiet place with no signs of commercialisation (which is the best part). All in all a good place to spend the weekend with or without rafting but if you are looking for a luxurious stay this place is not for it because the air conditioning is natural and so is the evergreen beauty of this place.

Had an amazing stay, both the host treated us like family. Everything was much much more than what i was expected. I would love to visit that place again and yeah food was lovely specially daal and chicken 😬.

One of the best places to stay in Konkan, KairiVishranti is tucked away in a corner in Nevare. Beaches aren’t too far away and so aren’t jungles or rivers. The hosts are very hospitable and will take care of all your needs. Rooms are compact but clean and well thought out. At the given price, it’s a bargain!

A five star cosy homestay. The best one we could get! Truly loved the hospitality and the beautiful views around! Most serene and peaceful experience. Highlight was the home-made mango ice cream with cream and aamras over it.

Roshans place was great and he was quick in his responses. The property was peaceful and clean. Special thanks to the caretaker, Ajit! Always available and very polite, considerate & helpful throughout our stay! Thankyou for a good experience ⭐

very nice and quiet property! go there to get disconnected and relax. it has steps so for elderly with knee or foot problems avoid. reach there before darkness to enjoy the farm walk :)..

Place is nice with very close to surronding to nature. Maids are also very helpful.

The place is very clean and we'll maintained. The host is friendly and welcome. Safe place to stay for girls as we were 3 girls. Hospitality is very good. The home cooked food is very tasty and must have. The place is near nandgaon beach and we have transport facility to murud janjira and kashid beach. We would love to come back here if we have a good vacation plan next time.

Though rooms are smaller, the place is cozy and comfortable.. peaceful too..nice clean swimming pool and beautiful greenery surrounding the rooms..

Great place to stay. Hospitality was very good. They were available for 24/7 in case of any help. The food was tasty and hygienic with the best price. Highly recommend this place for both family and friends. Will get our privacy.

Amazing place. The view form the cottages are mesmerising. The sea view is just out of the world from the cottages. Meals are so homely and well cooked. Great place to be with friends and family.
