Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Konkan Division

The hosts were superb. They were proactive is their communication making sure we felt well attended. Their care-taker was very helpful and recommended some local eateries to try from. Their abode is cozy, bright and colorful and very calm. We had a peaceful stay, just wanted we wanted. Will definitely visit again. Loved the house :)

Everything was superb. Only problem was with the amount of bugs. Small bugs and ants managed to crawl inside the room even though the doors and windows were closed

Incredible stay! Hosts were lightning-fast with replies and happy to help with anything. The flat is super cozy, filled with warm lights, cool art pieces and killer views that make morning coffee feel fancy. Kitchen is next-level: water, milk, snacks already stocked plus every kitchen appliance / gadget imaginable. The place was also equipped with hair-dryer, iron, washing machine and more. The location is perfect - close to everything but still quiet at night. Woke up smiling, went to bed relaxed. Couldn’t ask for more; I’ll be back!

We had a fantastic stay at Shweta’s apartment! The place is truly top-notch — clean, beautifully maintained, and offering one of the best views you could ask for. The ambience around the flat is calm and refreshing, making it a perfect escape. Shweta herself is an incredible host: super friendly, approachable, and always available to help with anything we needed. Her guidance throughout our stay was spot-on and made everything seamless. I would absolutely recommend her place to anyone — it’s a great experience all around!

We are a group of 6 friends, all doctors. We usually plan a staycation/small trip every year as a part of tradition since 10 years now. We were looking a place to unwind from our busy schedules, connect and share our year long stories with eachother. Suraj's Seascape gave just the canvas we were looking for. Stay is luxurious, with pool, plenty of games(archery, table tennis, badminton, cricket). I will divide the review under following headings- Overall stay- 4/5( place has a great view, but is on main road to Murud so expect traffic whole day. Not peaceful) so loosing one star. Other than that it's a great property. Food- 4.5/5. Everything was great. fish(pomphret, surmai, prawns, komdi wada thali). We were just licking our fingers after every meal. Bbq was average Staff- 5/5 very helpful, they bring whatever we need from local market in no time. made our stay very comfortable Cleanliness - 5/5 Will recommend this place to whoever wants a staycation.

We had a truly wonderful stay! Niki and Ketan were incredibly warm and welcoming, and their hospitality made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The space was clean, peaceful, and thoughtfully maintained perfect for a relaxing getaway. Suresh, the caretaker, was also very kind and helpful throughout our stay, always available whenever we needed anything. Overall, a lovely experience in Pathraj. Highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for comfort, calm, and great hosts. Would love to visit again in the future!

EREHWON felt like a intruging name to begin with 😊 When I reached property it revealed clever play of words with 'Now Here' & 'No where' to go. The bunglow is in a sprawling vineyard & surrounded by beautiful flower trees. The rooms & especially the washrooms are asthetically decorated. The property is bang in front of Gangapur dam backwater, hence sitting idly on the long verandah & watching scenery was our favourite timepass during 2 days stay. Constant cool breeze flowing over the water made us forget about sweltering heat. Having SOMA vineyard & Zonkers adventure park as neighbours to this property sorts out activities part easily. The property has its very own wine, which is cherry on top. A rustic & hip set up of wineceller in the basement adds extra charm. They also do provide projector on demand. Overall a very pleasent & invigorating stay at the property.

Communication with the him was smooth and prompt, and they were incredibly accommodating throughout my stay. The check-in process was seamless, and all the amenities I needed were provided. I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in and check-out super easy. Our two days stay at Yogesh's place was our first Airbnb stay and it was perfect. The flat is spacious, squeaky clean and all the big and small convenience items were provided. The kitchen had microwave oven, opal glass plates, steel utensils, gas stove, water filter etc. The host had thoughtfully provided packets of Maggi noodles and Good Day biscuits, instant coffee sachets . Even tea and sugar was in the store and one milk packet in the fridge. The bedrooms were very comfortable . The living room and all the bedrooms have golf course view and the view from the balcony attached to the living room is simply stunning. This unit is in a tower which is just 1 minute walk distance from the clubhouse which has a veg restaurant called Edgewood where we had excellent dinner. Overall our stay was very relaxing, comfortable and we would definitely come here again at the next opportunity.
