Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Konavle

Thks place, and the people who run it, are an absolute delight. I was allowed to check in early, was greeted with fresh juice upon arrival, and given a warm welcome to Cavtat with the hosts specific recommendations for beaches and restaurants. The space itself is stunning with the surrounding gardens and the room was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and stocked with all needed items. it's a short walk to the plaza with beaches and everything you may need and about a 5 minute walk to the bus station. I hope to find myself back again and recommend this stay for anyone looking for peace and tranquility.

Stayed here for 11 nights in May 2025, highlight was the beautiful green patio area. Everything we needed for the stay was catered for. Great central location. Iris was at hand for any questions/information we needed. Everything was as described. Thank you Iris!! 😊

Zeljko’s apartment was a beautiful place to stay for a holiday and a perfect distance from a everywhere. The house was very clean with gorgeous views and a perfect space for two or more people to stay. Zeljko was fast to respond and very polite. I had a very nice time there.

Kate and Niko were wonderful hosts and helped us with numerous things during our stay. Nothing was too much trouble. I loved it was a family owned and run apartment. The apartment is directly above restaurants but it was no bother to us. The view out the windows was heaven sent! Cavtat is such a beautiful village and the position of the apartment meant everything was right there within a few steps. We would happily return to Kate and Niko’s beautiful apartment.

Had the most perfect 5 days in the most perfect location. Squeaky clean, well appointed villa. Pool is also bigger than photos suggest. Very easy to find with everything you could possibly need for a fabulous break. I was concerned it may be a little way out from some of the activities we had planned but everything fell into place without any issues. We chose to get a hire car to allow daily food shops but used it to visit Cavtat a few times also. Cavtat is so beautiful and we rented a private boat from there to spend the day visiting islands and caves. Ubers are easy to get and we used these to visit Dubrovnik old town but you could easily drive there in 30 mins.

We booked this beautiful place as a group of 4 for my husband's 40th birthday celebrations. Communication with Mato from start to finish was great, he was very responsive and even provided a complimentary bottle of fizz which was a really lovely touch. Location-wise, it felt private and had incredible views of Cavtat. I do feel like I should mention that it would be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues as there are A LOT of steps and uneven ground. We were dropped off by taxi at Cavtat bus station and there's a short walk (no more than 10 mins) to get to Mato's place. The apartment itself is stunning, just like the photos. The beds were comfortable and the place was spotless. Fresh towels were provided during our stay and our bins were emptied. The outside space is gorgeous, we really enjoyed spending evenings in the hot tub overlooking the water. There are a few small jobs that need finishing off but it didn't bother us at all. My husband and I stayed here for two full months. During this time we were able to work from home and enjoy the sea and Molunat every day. We also took the opportunity to visit the Konavle region, Dubrovnik, the Montenegrin coast and the city of Mostar, in Bosnia. The house was very clean, comfortable and well-equipped, which is especially convenient for long stays like ours. In addition, the hosts are very friendly and are attentive to any need. In the village there is a small market for daily shopping and in the city of Grouda, a twenty-minute drive away, there are more options. Although there are three daily buses to Dubrovnik, I think it's important to have your own transportation. I recommend this place to anyone who enjoys tranquility and contact with nature. For us it has been a real pleasure to live and work in front of the sea during these months. Thanks for everything Helen and Maximilian!

Just perfect. If you want to have your peace and still feel at home, I can really recommend Molunat and Maeta's place. Very clean and equipped with everything you need. Marta is super nice and has many tips for activities, etc. We will be happy to come back :)

Cavtat is an amazing place and Niksa's apartment is the best location you will find.

We absolutely loved our stay — it was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had to date! The location is perfect for exploring Cavtat but also easy to get into Dubrovnik & Montenegro. Žana’s place was great for our family! It was easy to get to from the airport, very clean and homey. We also loved the outside area, pool and BBQ!

Ana's place is really great. It has everything is that you would need and more, is modern, and very comfortable. The location is great, with an amazing view over the bay and close to the town centre and beaches. There is a wonderful balcony to sit and watch the sunset from, and the air conditioning is great when it's hot outside. Ana is a great host, always communicating quickly and going out of her way to be helpful. We would definitely be back!

Our stay in Cavtat with Antun was fantastic! The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and perfectly located, offering stunning views of the sea. Antun was a gracious and attentive host, making sure everything was just right. I highly recommend staying here for a relaxing and enjoyable experience in Dubrovnik and surroundings.

The apartment was lovely. More than enough space for 5 adults. The outdoor space was fantastic. The beds were comfortable and huge. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The nearby beach was a few minutes away and other places to sunbathe and swim from were close by. Within a 10 minute walk there was a choice of restaurants and bars, a couple of bakeries and a supermarket. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend the apartment.

Vesna was super friendly and welcoming to us through the stay and even prior to our arrival. She was incredibly attentive and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed for our stay, plus gave great recommendations for things to do. Her place was exactly as the pictures show and was a walkable distance to beaches and the old town. And the view from the apartment speaks for itself- amazing. We would happily return again!

Ines' place is a perfect spot to relax after a day of sightseeing or swimming. I appreciated the all touches she puts in this Airbnb business, which she runs herself. The mini apartment is located in her beautiful villa (only 2 apartments are to rent, so not many tourists around). To go to the city you need to walk around 100 steps downhill (10 min by walk), if you don't want to climb back, you can rent a sharing scooter MYNT APP, which is cheap (3-4 Euro to drive back home from the city centre). Enjoy ;)

Amazing stay at Toni’s place. Very friendly and responsive host and his mother in law was so lovely who showed us in. The place is in the perfect spot right in the old town. The garden area was beautiful and although people were walking the city walls it was amazing that the walls were so close. We even had our morning coffee with the cats and tortoises! Would highly recommend if you are after a place right in the old town with some beautiful outside space.

Dubrovnik is beautiful and so is Luko’s place. The view from the balcony is the highlight. The house is spacious and clean. I especially like the decor it has personal touches, from the wall paintings to the vintage cameras. There is a cafe & supermarket nearby. Although it’s quite a walk to and from the old town but we didn’t mind as we enjoyed our morning and afternoon walks looking at houses & the neighborhood. Highly recommend.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The place was superb in every way — stylish, very spacious, and you could tell that Josipa had considered even the smallest details, and we could find everything (and more) we needed. Josipa also provided some really nice local recommendations. The views from the balcony were also amazing, and a perfect spot for a morning coffee. You can tell there’s been a lot of care and attention to detail put into everything — it all felt really thoughtful and high-quality. The kitchen was fully equipped as well. I’d 100% recommend this spot to anyone, and I’m already looking forward to coming back again!
