We loved staying here! The location was close to many things in the Kona area. The dedicated parking spot made it easy to come and go. The mini-split AC was quiet and kept the place cool. The in-unit laundry was great too.

Charlie was an amazing host. He reached out before, during, and after my stay to make sure that every thing met our expectations. Great place to stay! If you’re considering a stay here, pull the trigger and book now! Stephanie’s place is cute, well located, and has the best view of any Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. Stephanie is a great host and very responsive.

Andreas place was awesome. We loved the layout and how well she used the space. It felt like home. I loved that we had kitchen cabinets with a full kitchen sink. The bathroom also had its own separate sink and was so clean. The bed was also extremely comfortable. Andrea also accommodated our early check in and late check out. It was a great weekend. Great place, very clean, and great instructions. Beautiful grounds, very clean grounds and a quiet location. Daisy does a great job of communicating and provided a folder with some excellent recommendations. Looking forward to staying here again!

This place is incredible! Ocean view is incomparable. Locations is amazing. We could have stayed for weeks and never used our car. Great sandy beach just downstairs. Endless snorkeling right out your door. We often went out for a snorkel in the morning with just our masks and swimsuits. It was so convenient to leave all of our valuables in the condo and not worry. Then you can just pop upstairs and make lunch and do it all over in the afternoon! Restaurant downstairs has great food! Paranaz was an incredibly accommodating host. She was super responsive and friendly. She helped us out with a lot of special request and never hesitated to help meet our needs. Phenomenal amenities, from beach gear to bathroom supplies. We didn’t need to buy a thing besides groceries. There’s even plenty of cooking condiments, so convenient. Bed was super comfy! Best one out of the five air bnbs we stayed in over three islands. This place will absolutely be our big island go to!

We had a wonderful stay at this place! It's perfect for two people and offers an extremely nice view. The property comes with plenty of beach equipment, which made our beach outings even more enjoyable. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the necessary utensils, making it easy to prepare meals. Overall, it was a great experience and we highly recommend it!

We enjoyed our stay a lot, the apartment was very well located and super clean! The host was communicative and answered our questions really fast. I highly recommend this stay, not just for a short time, but also for long stays.

Everything excellent, very clean and good location, only the shortness of air for the day in hot weather is a bit hot but I recommend closing windows and at night you open

This 1 bedroom apartment has everything I needed for a long term stay: an equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, WiFi, cable/Roku TV, comfortable furnishings, a lanai with a view, and designated parking. The pool at the complex was excellent for daily swims. The ocean-front location of the complex provided beautiful sunset views.

Don't hesitate to book this place! it has everything we needed for 5 adults! beach gear was especially appreciated! Walking distance to many restaurants and even the luau at Royal Kona Resort..

The unit was just as pictured. Nice view from the balcony and good location. Fruit stand right across the street. Magic sands beach down the street is nice spot to hangout. Fully equipped kitchen. Friendly neighborhood. Close to the airport. We loved our stay 🙂

It’s very convenient that this property had free AC. It was also nice that we were able to cook full breakfast every day. That helps save a lot of money. Also great location!

Jason’s condo is one of the nicest, most comfortable/convenient places that we’ve ever stayed. Centrally located with all of the amenities of home. We’re already talking about returning there sometime in the future. Jason is a 10+ communicator and just an all around great person. The condo was worth every penny that we paid for it!

We loved staying at Vincent's place. Very clean, comfortable furniture, great kitchen, and amazing location. It's a 15 minute walk or a 3-minute drive to A-Bay, which is a wonderful and calm beach for swimming. The condo was stocked with chairs, umbrellas, and towels, even boogie boards and snorkels. Great location, we loved exploring the Kohala Coast and the surrounding beaches, and there is good food within Waikoloa Beach and in the surrounding resorts. AC kept things comfortable and we loved the shaded patio for breakfast. Thanks for a great stay and I hope we get to come back!

We loved our stay in Kona at Donna’s place. The apartment is small, but it has everything you need for a great trip. The kitchen is very well equipped, and everything we needed was available in the bathroom. The pool and BBQ area were a big plus, as were the air conditioning and the nearby coffee shop. We highly recommend it!

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this location to others. The view is spectacular, the location is easily accessible, far enough away from the city center to be peaceful, yet close enough to reach shops and restaurants with ease. The host was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had. When we travel back to the island, we will certainly look to stay here again.

Ina is a very informative and responsive host. She recommended some great local restaurants and places to hang out. The house is clean and the neighborhood is very peaceful. There is a beautiful view of the beach behind the apartment (2 minutes walk). The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and ingredients. However, we didn't have time to cook. One thing we found annoying was that the AC was portable and a bit noisy.

Keisha's Airbnb is one of the best I've ever been to.🌟 I felt at home in Big Island, where I came on my honeymoon. I think it's much better than my own home! This was a great location for our adventures around Big Island. The condo is clean and comfortable. Having a rental car is a must, because everything is a bit further apart on this island. It was very nice to have parking! We enjoyed having the beach chairs, coolers and boogie boards. The AC units cool the condo well. We spent most of our time outside exploring, but it was a nice place to return for home base.

Janell's place was amazing! Super clean and organized! It is well furnished and has beach equipment available to use. We liked that it had a washer and dryer in the unit. The place is spaces for a group of 4 people. The balcony was so relaxing after a long day of walking, it has a visable view of the ocean. The place is located walking distance to restaurants and shops. Clean and comfortable bedroom and loft space. The loft bedroom does get a bit warm but the fans did help. Check-in and checkout instructions were simple. We were comfortable and happy on our stay here! We highly recommend Janell's place for your next stay in Kona!

Perfect location for visitors first time to Big Island. It's right in the middle of downtown Kona and walkable to lots of good restaurants. Our favorite thing to do was ordering takeout food and enjoyed it on the patio (with ocean view). The bathroom can be better but overall the price is fair.
