Apartment holiday rentals in Koloa

The grounds and the location of the Marriott were amazing. We loved the pool and beach access. We had a view of the ocean, and, even though we were in the furthest building from the beach, the walk wasn’t too bad. The living space was perfect for our family of four ( 2 teenagers).

Beautiful place looking out over the beach. Here are some things to be aware of! - Kauai is full of chickens. You will most likely be woken up each morning by roosters cock-a-doodle-dooing. 🙂 - Kauai is humid. Enas provides a few fans, and on hotter days, these will be your friends. There is no A/C. - The windows to the unit are not paneled windows. This leads to an element of more-easily being able to hear what’s going on outside from inside, and being able to hear what’s going on inside from outside. You will feel cozy with neighbors.. that’s all. - The beach out front has a tide pool, which is great for exploring. We spent time watching the fish and crabs in the tide pool. - Kapa’a is a great central location on the island. Great access to the north (Hanalei, Princeville). Great restaurants and hikes nearby in Kapa’a. Decent access to the south east and south parts of the island. - Enas had some cold water and ice in the fridge/freezer, which was great!

Leslie was very responsive and her place was perfect for two people, close to all the places in Koloa and Poipu. We had such a wonderful stay and want to come back again! I was very appreciative of the provided beach equipment and towels. We used it all every day! Thanks, Leslie, again for a great place to call our home away from home for a week.

One of the nicest AirBNB’s I’ve stayed in. Kitchen is fully, and I mean FULLY stocked. So many DVDs to watch. Pool room is a blast. Lots of toys and beach equipment. Board games. AC works great. WiFi is fast. Patio is clean and comfortable. Coffee tastes/works great. 75/10 rating

From the booking until our departure, we appreciated Kiana Kai's clear information and responses to questions. The location and property were described accurately and clearly. We were pleased with how quickly our very few questions were answered. Our stay could not have been better! We will recommend this host and of course will continue to rely on Airbnb when traveling away from home.

Danielle’s place perfectly matched the pictures and description. Nicely updated interior, clean and modern, completely free of any clutter. It was wonderful waking up to the sunrise over the ocean every morning. A fun little hike to the secluded beach. The community pool was quiet and relaxing with a nice view of the ocean thrown in. All and all a great place and nice locale for all that surrounded the area.

My stay at Margaret’s was excellent! The location is perfect, especially if you are planning to do activities in both the north and south sides of the island. My husband and I LOVED taking the cruiser bikes out to the Kapa’a bike bath. Communication was fast and effective. The apartment was not too fancy but had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We also enjoyed the snacks that she left out for us. Would definitely stay here again when we come back to the island!

Excellent stay - Brendan was super helpful and responsive with all questions and issues, including helping us get an early check in and troubleshooting TV issues. The location is unbeatable with a 5 min walk to the beach and great food options nearby - we hope to be back!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Pono Kai. The lanai faced directly out over the ocean. We were able to watch the sunrise every morning. The beach was very private and not that many people. Beautiful sand and the waves were very calm. There were also a lot of shops within walking distance of our unit. Also, the long walking path was right outside the condo so we were able to go for nice walks every morning.

Loved the garden off the balcony! We weee serenaded with birdsong and it was lovely!

We loved our stay at Sunset Kahili! The ocean view was stunning, and the condo was a short walk to Brennecke’s Beach. Lisa was kind and very responsive. Great location for exploring the island. We’d definitely stay again!

K’s place was perfect for my family. Way more than enough room for our family of 5. Her home was clean and stocked with everything we needed. Thank you!

This unit was great! Parking, A/C, the chairs, location, amenities, everything. We couldn’t get the beach umbrella open/operational when we took it to the beach, but we’ve never used one before so it’s 50/50 on if it was broken or if it was user error. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Stayed here for a week to celebrate my anniversary with my girlfriend Erick place was easy to find and we had a great time! Everything was spotless and beautiful we would most definitely be coming back KAUI IS A BEAUTIFUL 🏝️!!!

Great place! The area is very scenic and walkable with the beach steps away! We loved watching the waves and walking along the beach. The lanai had some nice views as well & it is very peaceful to sit there in the evenings :) This place was perfect for just the two of us and we had what we needed to enjoy our time in Kauai! I would add that the chickens congregate in the area and tend to make their voices heard come early morning (very common in Kauai I believe) - light sleepers might want to consider some loops or ear plugs :) Thanks Bryant & Jane!

Larry was kind and immediately responsive when I booked in, last minute, for an overnight stay. Such a gift. The place is adorable- clean clean clean! Very compact but the lanai is large. Larry has supplied what you need - it does the trick!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Sarah’s place. We stayed here for the last couple days on our trip to Kauai, and we really loved that we got to stay on a different part of the island. Princeville was such a beautiful area/community.

Guys, everything was perfect! Princeville is nice and quaint. We took a walk through the golf course area and enjoyed all the trees/scenery. Parking is very close to the unit and Ryan is very responsive. The place is pristine and had everything we needed

Great studio apartment in an excellent location! Easy access to all that the north shore has to offer. Clean, comfortable, and quiet space. We loved our stay and highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay in this place ! The house was So clean and well kept. Blender was in use all week for the wonderful Kauai fruit Smoothies we made all week. Pool are was amazing. Quick drive to Foodland and Hanalei. So many nice beaches in driving distance. Violeta was very responsive to our questions! Amazing value!

We were in Princeville for two nights and had a great stay at Soroush's studio apartment. Justin and Soroush were great at communication. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. If you are a solo traveler or a couple then I would recommend if you are wanting to be in Princeville!

Wow, where do I start. This place is so beautiful, pristine, quiet, super clean, cozy, comfortable and relaxing. Everything is new in the home! Selection of furniture and decor is so inviting and enjoyable. From the kitchen to the living room, bedrooms, bathrooms, and balcony space, she thought of everything. Jasmine did a wonderful job selecting all of the items, and we felt the love and attention to detail that was poured into this home, all for her guests. Kitchen was well stocked with so many useful items that I was in heaven while cooking in this wonderful space, as I travel with my own food. Jasmine offered items like Glad baggies, etc. The bathrooms had everything you would need or want, as well. She even had a cute ring holder, and I must say, she is a real concierge genius! The patio also had the most AMAZING swing that was SO relaxing. You have to book this oasis, and thank you again, Jasmine, for making my 60th birthday celebration so special. Many blessings!

I honestly can’t think of a better location to stay in Kauai. Kapaa is ideally located for traveling either north or south and a short distance from Lihue. The condo is right on the beach across a short walkway and the view is spectacular. We loved the sound of the waves in the night. Also, it’s next to the pool and a 2 minute walk from restaurants and stores. Josie was super responsive to our questions and everything went smoothly. Two enthusiastic thumbs up!
