Apartment holiday rentals in Kolanjski Gajac

The house is beautiful and in a perfect location. Step right outside on to the beach, tons of bars and restaurants right within walking distance. Also a short 20 minute walk to Zrce beach. Only negative was finding the place. There was no exact address in the listing and the directions given are inaccurate. Look for a restaurant Konoba Mig and walk directly down in front of the restaurant to find the place.

Everything was perfect, the place was wonderful and Katia was very kind!

Very communicative and lovely host. She gave nice recommendations en we had great contact. We enjoyed the swimming and our own entrance to the sea a lot! Definitely go to Beach Jadra down the road if you stay here. It's very beautiful and close to the house. You can park there and enjoy a day at the beach. Bring some pillows because of the rocks ;). We had a very nice stay at Izabela's, everything was tip top.

The place looked great in the pictures and our expectations were absolutely met. The apartment was cozy and wonderfully clean. The terrace was equipped with a table and chairs, we ate there almost every evening at sunset. The absolute highlight was of course the private beach section, where we didn't miss anything. Many thanks to the hosts who were always friendly and helpful. We felt right at home!

Bruno was an amazing host, he picked us up from the bus stop and gave us recommendations. The place was clean and super close to the beach. Definitely would recommend

Slawa is a great host, easy to comunicate with and responds very fast. The apartman was clean and had everything you need for a comfy stay. The view from the balcony is spectacular. The apartmant is perfect for someone who wants lots of privacy and a break from the crowds.

Very nice hosts. Nice apartment means functional,clean,spacious as described and photographed. The deck is a fairytale, especially in the evenings the sunset views and the boardwalk. The proximity of the restaurant is another plus. Only to the beach you have to take a minute walk. Slavica is so nice that they also provide a transfer from the parking lot to the apartment upon arrival and departure. For me and my wife, staying in Novalja in early September is a nice time. Highly recommend staying at this place! It is perfect if you are looking for a great time on vacation. It is as beautiful as on the pictures and the view is amazing. Martina was really friendly and even brought us a cake as a gift. She was always quick to answer and open for all questions.

Perfect home in Mandre. The view from the apartment is sensational. Direct sea view. Everything is very clean, modernly furnished and a perfect place to unwind. Communication with the landlords is super easy. We will be back. Great recommendation!

Great stay in the property. Everything is exactly as it is described by the Host. Great proximity to seaside - Gajac beach which is one of my fav. Close to clubs but not too close to hear the noise. We have enjoyed much the breakfast on the balcony we a slight Seaview. Tiny wardrobes in the house.

Perfect apartment. Beautiful location, 5 minutes' walk to a sandy beach and the beautiful promenade overlooking the historic center of Rab. Friendly and attentive hospitality.

The place was very nice and we could see the beach from our balcony and also from one room, I would it is a 30 mins to the center with a car but if you take bolt it was a bit expensive than in split. The Airbnb in general was great !!!!

We had a fantastic time in this place! The house is located very close to the sea, with a view of the beautiful sunsets. The terrace offered a picturesque landscape, and evenings spent in the jacuzzi were the perfect way to relax. The interior was clean, well-maintained and very comfortable – everything we needed was at hand. The host was extremely nice and helpful – it was easy to contact him, and in addition we received great recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. Peace, quiet, comfort - the perfect place to relax!

We were very happy with the apartment. Everything was there. In the area, many new houses are emerging, which we felt was questionable for the originality of the area and infrastructure for the future. But it does not diminish the high standard of the beautiful apartment and the friendliness of our hosts. A really quiet and original sandy beach was nearby. Shopping as well. The pool in the evening sun on the terrace was a wonderful new experience and wellness from home. Thank you!

The place is awesome and brand new. I had my family with me and having enough room to have privacy but also an option to spend time together. I was impressed with the place. The host was nice and very helpful. the amenities were plentiful, clean hotbtub and sauna, 2 stocked kitchens for cooking the local fish, meat and vegis that are just near by, and ask him about his friend with a boat who gives a full day knowledgeable tour of the local islands and shipwreck which made our trip.

Nice apartment in a very quiet and peaceful location. Very close to supermarkets and only few minutes drive to the beach which is nice! The jacuzzi was definitely a plus! Very responsive host! Overall we had a lovely stay! Would recommend!

We stayed with barbarians for 10 days and the place was great. She was very friendly and we had a great time. I recommend the apartment with pool.
