Apartment holiday rentals in Koksijde

The apartmen great for us and our three kids (9, 7, 4): very clean and well maintained just a few meters from the beach. Check-in and check-out is all self service and very easy with Sam’s instructions sent the day before. Finding parking is challenging during tourist high season but you can park the car in front of the place while you temporarily unload. Had a fantastic stay and the apartment has everything you need!

This was an amazing stay! The apartment was beautiful, the view and location right next to the beach was everything we wished for and you could see a lot of attention to detail! We would happily return anytime - thank you :)

Toller Aufenthalt in toller Wohnung von toller Gastgeberin. Wir fühlten uns gleich wie zuhause. Strand ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar, ebenso verschiedene Bäcker, ein Supermarkt sowie Restaurants. Sehr gute kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten, und auch Tram-Station fußläufig, Empfindliche Allergiker könnten Probleme mit den wenigen Tierhaaren im Teppich bekommen.

Prachtig recent gerenoveerd appartement. Echt alles is aanwezig. Het uitzicht vanuit de woonkamer is fenomenaal.

Check in/out sehr einfach und sehr gut beschrieben. Wunderschönes Ausblick wie auf dem Foto. Der Strand und Angebote alle zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Auto müssten wir nicht anmachen. Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber reibungslos und schnell.

Martina ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Von der Buchung bis zum Check-Out hat sie uns perfekt mit Informationen und Tipps begleitet. Die Kommunikation war super. Die Wohnung ist richtig schön eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Dazu ist sie einwandfrei sauber. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist umwerfend und auch aus dem Bett schaut man direkt auf das Meer. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le logement est impeccable, on y trouve tout le nécessaire afin de passer un chouette week-end. Je le recommande vivement. Nous y reviendrons.

Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage in Middelkerke! Super Wohnung mit einer Top Lage. Die Kommunikation war problemlos und freundlich. In der Wohnung fehlt es einem an nichts, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Kurzurlaub mit Charlottes Appartement. Zusammen mit den Großeltern und unseren zwei Kindern hatten wir genug Platz. Das Appartement hat alles was nötig war und war Bestens ausgestattet. Die direkte Lage zum Meer und die Verfügbarkeit von Bäcker, Metzger, Apotheke und Supermarkt war ideal! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen! 😊👍🏻

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir sind mit Kleinkind angereist und waren positiv über die Ausstattung überrascht. Es gab extra Besteck und Geschirr für Kinder einen Hochstuhl und sandspielzeug. Alles sieht aus wie auf den Bildern und sehr sauber. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

Zeer mooi en uiterst comfortabel appartement in een rustige en mooie omgeving, voorzien van alle faciliteiten. Het meest hebben we genoten van het formidabele panoramische uitzicht. We hebben ons hier volledig kunnen ontspannen en genieten van een weekje verlof. Deze accomodatie kunnen we enkel maar warm aanbevelen en we zijn ervan overtuigd dat we dit appartement in de toekomst nog zullen bezoeken. Onze algemene ervaring is zeer positief.

Tout était parfait. Hote réactif et aimable. Appartement fonctionnel avec tout ce qu'il faut à deux pas de la digue. Lit confortable avec draps fournis. Merci !

Hôte à l'écoute, réactive et soucieuse de votre bien être. Descriptif précis et complet reçu pour l'arrivée. Le logement offre une très belle vue sur la mer. Le logement est spacieux.

Un appartement de standing aménagé et décoré avec goût, dans une résidence calme et en parfait état d'entretien. Le 32 ème étage avec ses deux terrasses vous offre une vue époustouflante. Le soleil y est présent du matin au soir. Une coté mer et l'autre côté ville pour les petits déjeuners au soleil et les apéritifs le soir côté mer, un régal. Le linge est fourni, jusqu'au peignoire et chausson, pour la sortie de douche ou jacuzzi. Les instructions avant le départ et à l'arrivée ont été très claires, merci à Patricia pour son accueil chaleureux, sa discrétion et ses instructions. Nous avons passé un superbe grand week-end avec en prime le beau temps. Je recommande. Seul bémol, manquerai une place de stationnement car attention, le stationnement sur Ostende est très onéreux. Nous venions chez Marie Hélène pour accompagner notre petit au tournoi de foot sur Dunkerque ce week end! Endroit de repos et de ressource idéal et très paradisiaque! Nous avons appréciés passer du temps sur la terrasse avec le petit soleil que nous avions! Un grand merci pour le confort apporté durant ce court séjour ( lit d’appoint ) Nous reviendrons je pense mais en tant que vacanciers pour profiter de toutes les infrastructures! notre séjour a était parfait! logement correspondant à la description. environnement paisible à 2 pas de la mer idéalement placé pour les promenades !

Kunstkot was an amazing place to stay! We loved the hot tub, the swimming pond and the animals. My daughter loved the bunk bed (though beware the top bunk is quite low so you can't sit up on the bottom bunk, and the top bunk has no rail on one side). The flat itself had the most amazing decoration - there was art work everywhere. The sofa was also sooo comfy! There's a little honesty bar on the farm which we also enjoyed. Olivier was a responsive and accommodating host.

Incredible views from the apartment, the place is very well located, clean, stylish and has everything needed. We only found it a little challenging with the baby pushchair due to a tiny elevator and narrow staircase. Otherwise It exceeds expectations and is just great. We would love to come back one day.

Idéalement situé entre le centre ville de Dunkerque et la plage de Malo les Bains, le logement était spacieux, calme, propre et bien équipé. Par ailleurs, notre hôte était disponible, réactif, accueillant et attentif à nos besoins. Parfait pour découvrir la région. Très beau séjour.

Très bon séjour passé dans cet appartement, très propre, romantique, mobilier et équipements très jolis, literie confortable, de belles couleurs. Balnéo incroyable et très facile d'utilisation, idem pour le sauna. Douche magnifique. L'hôte est très accueillant et sympathique, il nous donne tous les conseils et informations pour passer un agréable séjour. Il est très disponible et réactif. Le petit dej frais et copieux de quoi bien se régaler 😊 Arrivée et départ flexible. Une bonne adresse à recommander c'était top 👍🏻 Christelle et Jonathan
