An atmospheric and very peaceful location cottage in Kuusamo. The cottage is located on a narrow cape, by a sandy and clear-water lake. The beach is also very suitable for children's swimming. Great recreational opportunities in the area, winter skiing, snowshoeing, winter fishing, and snowmobiling (transitional route to the official snowmobile trail). Good fishing opportunities, located in the waters of Muojärvi-Kuusamojärvi, water connection to the center of Kuusamo and the eastern border.

Nearby: for example, ski resort Ruka from the cottage 19 km (about 20 minutes by car) , National Park Riisitunturi 11 km (about 15 minutes by car), also Valtavaara, Konttainen, Bear Tour nearby.

A well-equipped log cabin in Jokijärvi, Taivalkoski, Finland´s Northeast. The cabin features a combined living room and kitchen + 1 bedroom. During the summer an attic room with a double bed is also in use. Use of a rowing boat, an Indian canoe and 2 stand-up paddleboards & use of the grillhut & firewood are included in the rent. You can also rent 1 single kayak separately, rental price 20€/day. Sandy-bottomed shallow beach facing south, providing a great swimming spot. Pets are also welcome!
