Beachfront holiday rentals in Koillismaa

Loistava sijainti tutustua paikallisiin palveluihin! Mökki vastasi pääosin odotuksia, pohjapiirrustus olisi hyvä lisä. Vähänkin isommalla porukalla (meitä oli neljä kaverusta) yksityisyys ei ole ihan taattua, ainoastaan yksi huoneista on täysin suljettu. Mutta jos se ei haittaa niin oikein loistava! Vaikka välillä satoikin niin alakerran terassi on suojaisa ja sisälläkin on tunnelmallinen takka :)

Kohde oli siisti ja sisälsi kaiken tarvittavan. Loistava sijainti, läheltä löytyi puuhaa jokaisen mieleen. 😊

Wir waren 1 Woche im Haus, es war eine total entspannte Woche 😊, der See war zugefroren, und wir hatten unseren Spaß 🤩. Nur zu empfehlen 👍

Majoitus sopi meidän tarkoituksiin loistavasti. Ilmalämpöpumppu ja lattialämmitys toi lämmitykseen helppouden. Keittiössä valmistimme sen mitä olimme suunnitelleet. Majoittaja tarjosi lakanat ja pyyhkeet. Siivousvälineet vähän alkeelliset, mutta saatiin ihan hyvin siivottua. Ladulle pääsi helposti. Ympäristö rauhallinen.

Riikka est extremement reactive, elle a répondu très rapidement à toutes nos questions. Le chalet est parfait pour une location familiale, très bien conçu et très accueillant. Nous étions une famille de 6 et tout le monde a trouvé l hébergement parfait !

We had wonderful stay at Timo’s place. His cabin will definitely be a place I’ll miss and want to come back. Everything was as described, the place is spacious, gets a lot of light during daytime, the forest is amazing and Ruka ski resort is a short drive from home. The kitchen is perfectly equipped and we enjoyed cooking dinners there a lot. The sauna was amazing and the fireplace in the living room stayed warm for so long after the logs burned, we were shocked. Despite -20 outside the cabin got warm shortly after we started the fireplace and stayed warm during the whole stay. We enjoyed every single moment spent there. Thank you Timo.

Aivan upea paikka! Kaikki mitä tarvitaan onnistuneeseen lomaan! Villa on moderni, rauhallisella paikalla ja tarpeeksi lähellä Rukan palveluita. Kaikki on erittäin laadukasta ja kaikkiin löytyy selkeät ohjeet eikä tarvitse itse miettiä, käyttääkö laitteita oikein. Huikea näköala, mitä voi ihailla sisältä ja ulkoa. Tulee fiilis, että kiitos, kun joku on laittanut tällaisen paikan vuokralle. Tämä paikka tuntuu kodilta, jossa kaikki yksityiskohdatkin on otettu huomioon. Lapsille ja aikuisille parasta oli saunoa ja kylpeä porealtaassa huikeissa maisemissa! Kiitos!

We had an absolutely amazing week at the cabin. The surroundings were stunning and peaceful. The cabin itself was great, brand new and extremely warm and comfortable with everything you need. It was so easy to park the car and access the cabin. The sauna was fantastic and the views from every window of the beautiful forest and lake were unforgettable. Ritta was really helpful and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The location is idealic. Endless incredible walking trails within easy access. Ruka and Kuusamo are close by if you need a supermarket or restaurant. We rented a snow mobile in Ruka which was great and went to Pizzeria Ruka one night which was really good. I would definitely come back, Lapland is heaven and the most beautiful place I've been. We even saw the Northern Lights on our last night, a perfect end to our holiday!

An absolutely brilliant stay in beautiful Finnish countryside - about an hour from Oulanka and Hosea National Parks, each easily worth a day, the Ruka ski/bike resort, Ruuta’s Winter War museum, and much more. Our family was delighted to stay here - the house offers boating and paddle boarding and multiple saunas. We spent five nights and would have happily spent ten - we definitely hope to return!!

Kaunis pieni mökki aivan järven rannalla. Hyvä sauna, josta pääsisi kesällä uimaan omaan rantaan, nyt järvi oli vielä jäässä. Lähellä Pienen Karhun kierroksen lähtöpaikka.

The Villa was in a pristine condition by lake Vuosselinjärvi. We had a dreamy stay - amazing for a peaceful vacation in Ruka. The higlights were the Sauna, boat, fishing and swimming in the lake. I couldn’t recommend it more. Piritta was very responsive and sweet. The stores and restaurants are easily accessible from the villa. We loved it - definitely coming back next July!❤️

Lovely cottage at a convenient location (by car). The kitchen was very well equipped, the beds were great. Loved taking dips in the nearby lake. Would recommend!

This is a top-notch cottage in a dreamy forest by the lake. The winter scenery was "Narnia" like all around. All the amenities are beautiful Finish art collections, the dishes almost feel too pretty to eat from :-) You can feel that every corner has been thought about. The communication with Virpi has been excellent before and during our stay. Thank you so much for having us.
