Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Kochi

We had rented Mr Nandan's apartment for our family time. All of our interactions with our host Mr Nandan were very smooth and pleasant. He showed us around the apartment and explained everything to us patiently before handing us the key. The Location of the apartment being in the city itself was an advantage. The apartment was extremely neat and looked much better in real than in the snaps posted in the Airbnb website .It was very well equipped with all the necessary gadgets , Wifi, Split AC's and Ceiling fans in all rooms, Tv, Fridge, Washing machine, Electric Kettle, Flask ,Gas stove, Geyser,all required utensils.Spacious rooms,A big dinning table. Comfortable sofa set.Bedrooms with nice and clean bedsheets, Towels etc were provided.We did not have to go out to buy anything. Everything was very thoughtfully provided. The huge balcony with back water sunset view was incredible Our family had a memorable stay at your apartment .We highly recommend it to anyone . Thank you 😊

Nice flat for daily rental

Mr.Swamy was very helpful to make our stay pleasant and enjoyable. The apartment is very close to nice restaurants, supermarkets and a great hospital. The Uber worked out real well for all our needs. Also appreciate an assigned parking space, easy to get in and out. All the accessories in the apartment worked well and Swamy was there if we needed any help with any issues like setting up TV or anything else. We enjoyed the stay at Joy’s apartment and look forward to a stay next year during November and December. Thanks. Joseph M P

Thomas’ place felt like home during my trip to Cochin. The rooms were exactly as described. The building and neighborhood felt quiet and safe. Even though I did not use the amenities, they looked as described. Thomas went out of his way to ensure that the Internet was working for my stay, and I couldn’t ask more from a host.

We very much enjoyed our stay here (seven weeks part holiday, part remote working). It is in a nice location on Vypin which suited our circumstances with a young child - we were close enough to the city to take day trips and also had options in and around Vypin, Fort Kochi and beyond. The apartment was spacious, well organised and as stated in the advert. Don and Albin were very helpful in giving suggestions for places to see and how to get around the area which made our settling in a lot easier. We would definitely consider coming again.

A great place to stay. very calm & quiet. Restaurants are nearby. Easy to get Uber. host is very responsive and also checked on if we needed any help. A great host.

The stay was so rememberable. rooms are clean and property is new... will surely recommend my friends. overall the host vinaya was so polite and gentle and there was quick response from her.

We are from Australia and were here visiting family nearby. We enjoyed our stay in this spacious 3 bedroom apartment with great views! Plenty of facilities. Bed sheets were comfy and air conditioning worked great! We also felt very safe and secure in the apartment due to the high level of security at the entrance of the apartment blocks. Sajid was very attentive and made sure we were happy and comfortable. Our contact on the ground (Hashim) was also very quick to respond and accommodating to our needs. I can really recommend staying at George’s place. If you get the chance be sure to talk to him - he knows a lot about Cochin, Kerala and history in general. Great and friendly guy!

We enjoyed our first Homestay experience at the Elambaaseril Estate. The kindness and hospitality of Anil and his family made us feel very welcome. The rooms with ensuite bathrooms are spacious and comfortable with air conditioning and nice fresh bed linen. The estate is set amongst lush green trees and is very private. The delicious freshly cooked breakfasts consisting of traditional keralan food, fresh fruit, eggs, juices and tea and coffee kept us going all morning. Anil was very helpful with our journeys and visits and organised transport whenever we required it. Anil and his family could not have been kinder to us. We of course recommend this homestay to whomever is visiting this part of Kerala.

It's a spacious house located on a beautiful piece of land. Hardy and his brother were amazing hosts! The little thought of having a sanitizer in the welcome kit, keeping in the mind the coroncavirus scare at the time was very thoughtful!

Peaceful stay, beautiful quite surroundings, Library is my favourite place here, to read, write and do art.

We enjoyed our stay with Chandra and Beena very much. Chandra greeted us at the gate, waiting with fresh coconuts from their backyard. Beena cooked three delicious and elaborate meals for us, exposing us to a range of homestyle dishes while adjusting to our preferences. The house was clean and comfortable. The village is calm, though the house itself faces a busy road. For foreign travelers, Ushas Homestay is best for a slower-paced taste of local life. Unlike other places marketed "Homestay", at Ushas you are truly guests in their home eating from their kitchen. We reached Ushas from Kumarakom by bus, after a boat ride. From Ushas, we toured the village and witnessed a temple festival in nearby Vaikom. There is also a kayaking company within walking distance, who you can call in advance to arrage availability. The hosts speak English and Hindi well, and are pleasant to converse with at meals. Thank you to Chandra and Beena.

I initially booked this homestay for 4 days but ended up enjoying it so much that I made a separate booking to extend my stay by another 2 days! From the very beginning, Uncle and Meena Aunty welcomed me warmly and made me feel completely at home. Their house has a cozy, peaceful atmosphere — perfect for both work and relaxation. The surroundings are quiet and away from the usual city noise, which made my stay especially pleasant. One of the best parts was the all-day breakfast, thoughtfully prepared by Meena Aunty. The meals were delicious, often including fresh, homegrown fruits like berries and guava. I had a few specific food requests as well, and they were more than happy to accommodate them, which I really appreciated. The genuine hospitality and warmth I experienced here made it easy to extend my stay. A special mention to Meena Aunty’s amazing food — I’m already looking forward to coming back again! Stay in the center of Fort Kochi, so close to the port , kathakali presentation places, restaurants and shops in the heart of the small pleasant and charming old neighborhood. The 16th century house ( where Vasco de Gama passed, though!) is really still in its juice with very large spaces and volumes, with small terraces, kitchen,... available.
