The moment I arrived, I was greeted with tea and nuts, and instantly felt at home. Swati, Amma, Ananth, and everyone there are warm hosts who make you feel like part of the family. Food is delicious and being by the river is incredibly peaceful. If you want to go farther afield, you’re about an hour’s drive from Kochi, two from Allaphuzha, and 1.5 from the airport, so day trips are doable. Overall a perfect place to relax and/or work remotely.

During our stay with Swami and Amma, we felt well taken care of. Swami accompanied us in the morning through active meditation and Amma and her helpers cooked us delicious food. During the stay, we received treatments at the local Ayurvedic hospital, which was exciting and soothing, and the organization was very well run by our hosts. Many thanks to everyone who runs the homestay so well 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
