Holiday rentals with beach access in Kochi

The place was really nice. The host was even nicer, helping us with whatever we needed and always available at all times. Very good place to stay for short visits.

Patric ist ein hervorragender, freundlicher und sympathischer Gastgeber, der uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt und in vielen Situationen weitergeholfen hat. Dazu kamen super schöne Zimmer mit Meerblick, einem grandiosem Frühstück und es war jederzeit ein Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl, sicher und willkommen gefühlt bei Patric und seiner Familie. Für uns hätte es keinen besseren Start für unsere Indien Reise geben können. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen! Vielen Dank Patric!

Great stay in fort kochi area. It is a studio apartment with a kitchen. All the utensils for basic cooking are provided. Bathroom is spotless and super clean. Johnson and family are super hosts. Johnson was very proactive with his communication from the get go and is always available day and night for anything you need. We had a very pleasant stay here. Would love to visit again.

Amazing place right at the heart of kochi. A great view of the sea from the windows. Worth every penny and must say amazing host and people managing the place.

Our stay here was truly comfortable and felt just like home. The apartment is located in the heart of the city, in one of the most beautiful areas — Marine Drive. It’s incredibly spacious, with large rooms and stunning sea views from two private balconies. The apartment is fully equipped with all essential amenities including a washing machine, microwave oven, refrigerator, and more, making it ideal for a long and hassle-free stay. Entertainment is also well-covered with a big-screen TV featuring popular OTT platforms and high-speed Wi-Fi. Its central location offers easy access to explore Kochi and its nearby attractions. Evening walks along Marine Drive and visits to the nearby food courts and MG Road were highlights of our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful yet connected place to stay in Cochin.

Stay was good and comfortable. Specially the manager Samuel was very helpful and made us feel at home.

We very much enjoyed our stay here (seven weeks part holiday, part remote working). It is in a nice location on Vypin which suited our circumstances with a young child - we were close enough to the city to take day trips and also had options in and around Vypin, Fort Kochi and beyond. The apartment was spacious, well organised and as stated in the advert. Don and Albin were very helpful in giving suggestions for places to see and how to get around the area which made our settling in a lot easier. We would definitely consider coming again.

This was a beautiful stay, perfectly captured the essence of Cherai Beach. The villa is directly facing the beach and the nearest restaurant is just a 2 minute walk away. We absolutely loved the stay!

Such a fantabulous place to stay with good ambience!!... This place is apt for 6 people. Swiggy & Zomato are available here. Only shortcoming was there was no fan for a huge dining hall. Needed atleast 1 a.c or more fans to cover such a big area...

My partner and I really loved our stay and felt at home right away. The surroundings are so peaceful and beautiful right next to the river. The rooms and interior are very clean and well taken care of. We enjoyed the tranquility and the fact that it is a bit secluded, far away from the chaos of the roads. Mary and Tersa are outstanding hosts with heart and soul. We were so well taken care of when we were both not feeling well. Teresa made us medicine for our belly's and checked in with us daily if we needed anything. We felt so cared for and were back on our feet in no time. With all of our frequent travels we rarely have seen such a dedication and care from our hosts. Thank you Mary & Teresa for having us! We will come back again anytime. We wholeheartedly recommend this serene and beautiful place for those who wish to stay in a peaceful environment with amazing hosts.

A great host. We expected a private and calm weekend with my family and we got it. Our trip coincided with heavy rains and due to strong winds causing power shutdown for nearly 24 hrs for the entire locality. They had a battery backup which helped us for the night and for the next day they had a generator. Breakfast is complimentary and they cooked delicious South Indian breakfast with some continental options. When we asked for some extra items for breakfast, the staff even drove to a restaurant to pick what we asked for. I'll pick them up again for my next trip without hesitation. Really friendly and caring.

Beautiful 1950’s villa with a team of house staff led by Mr Cherian, who took care of everything including delivering amazing food from the sister hotel Eighth Bastion. Sumptuous breakfasts were provided at the hotel, or we could make our own with the provisions supplied (even our fussy 6 year old enjoyed the cornflakes and banana cake). Had a wonderful staycation, with daily music lessons at the Kerala Kathakali centre.

We had a small electrical problem, which was set right by Syamlal immediately by calling in the electricians and set It right. Pretty impressive....
