The accommodation is well situated, 5 min walking distance from the sea, shops and restaurants. We were with 2 kids and spent 9 nights in Ruslan's apartment. Recommend!

Room was clean, nice. Beach was close. Communication was nice.

Excellent option for long term living. I spent three weeks here, very satisfied. Arartaments are exactly as it is as described in the photos. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need - you can fully cook. On the territory there is a store with basic products and hygiene products, as well as 700 meters from the complex in the village itself, there are several grocery stores, a pharmacy, fruit and vegetable shops. There have never been interruptions with water, electricity, and internet. The elevators are great. There were no problems with parking either. The sea here is chic, clean, the pools are fine. Valeria is friendly and responsive, it was very nice to communicate with you. Thanks for being a host!

Alina is a great hostess! The apartment is just super nicely decorated, clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. You can get to the beach super fast Especially beautiful is the sunset, which can be admired from the room. We felt very comfortable!

The best thing here is to wake up and fall asleep with the sound of the sea. The noise of the waves compensates for all the shortcomings!

I want to thank Anna, Tengiz, Ira, Guia for her responsiveness, hospitality and hospitality! We had a wonderful 10 days in the house with everything you need for your stay. The house is located in a wonderful and very picturesque and quiet place: away from the track, noisy cafes and restaurants, on the shore of the cleanest mountain river. The view from the balcony (which surrounds the apartment from all sides) is an additional bonus! It's a 10-minute walk to the sea, for someone it may not be very convenient. But not a problem for us as we do not like to sit in the same place and prefer to drive to different places and explore the coast. Would love to come back again!

The place was new, it’s far from Batumi but we liked our stay, everything was clean and new, I asked for instructions to the place since the location wasn’t much of help, the owner responded quickly and provided instructions to how to reach, there was an issue with the hotel water the first day we reached, the owner did come and fixed the issue. The only down side was one of the toilets seems to preserve any smell it had and it takes long to get rid of the smell.

New small house, everything inside is thoughtful: lighting, kitchen and rooms, new beautiful renovation. Good internet and powerful air conditioner. There is everything you need, there is a large wardrobe and a double bed in each room. There are swings and hammocks on the property. The sea is 3 minutes' walk away. Birthday was great! Thank you Vladimir for the offer, I previously sent a video of the house, quickly agreed on the number of guests and the cost. We were met by Maggie, very nice and friendly. The house has everything, clean and tidy. We were 20 people, but there were 10 left for the night. There was enough space for everyone) A large courtyard area, there is a table and a grill, a smoking area. Inside there are two living rooms, many chairs and tables. The kitchen has all the amenities. Hot water, wifi, karma. Check out was super easy. The holiday was definitely a success) Thank you again, we will recommend it!

A cozy, compact apartment in a wonderful location. Perfectly suited for two people. There’s a freight elevator, so carrying luggage is no problem at all. The host is excellent and communicates very well.

The apartment is quite satisfied. The apartment is near the construction site. There is a faucet in front of the windows to the left. If you do not check in with toilet paper, shampoo or soap. It was possible to refill for a moderate amount. Unfortunately I didn't have a shampoo, just a shower gel.

I loved the flat. Beautiful view from the 32nd floor. I arrived in October and it was not too busy. The flat is very well organized, no clutter, comfy bed with excellent mattrass, good bathroom with washing machine and it was quiet at night. You can still hear the music and fireworks at night but the windows and door insulate most of the noise from outside. Check-in was very easy. Staff spoke decent English, which was helpful. There are also some decent shops nearby. Across the street there are two small supermarkets a bigger supermarket is 5 minutes away and it is only a short walk from the 24 hour Aroma Cafe on the beach. Communication was good. Excellent value for money. I liked everything. I would love to go back one day.

It was my first time booking with Airbnb and I had a wonderful stay at Pavel’s place! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location is especially perfect for a relaxing visit. And I also want to highlight Pavel’s communication. Great, clean and very cozy apartment. There is everything you need to live like home. There is a private residential area with a swimming pool and a children's playground. There is also a secure parking space for cars.
