Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Kobuleti Municipality

A great place to stay close to the city. Quiet , great views and very cozy! And it's important that you can bring pets!

Great location. Batumi is just a short walk away, but at the same time you live among the greenery , in the mountains, where birds always sing. Plenty of space in the house, there is a place to stay. Enough linen and towels if you travel light as we do. Everything you need is present! The hosts of the house are very friendly, as are the neighbors🙂. If you want to relax in the middle of nature and see all the charm of Adjara, this is the place for you🙂. Perfect to have a car, of course.

Great Place to visit. Good I chose it. Host Sonia (Madona's Mother) was perfect host. Very Hospitable, cheerfu, kind and generous. She provided me a dairy products. She had cows and natural food from garden. After a long journey, when you arrive at your destination, it is quite difficult to eat quickly and deliciously. Sonia offered me dinner, which was very nice and delicious. I admire this lady. House was clean and so big, whole third floor was mine in a good price. Batumi Botanical Garden was 10 minutes walk and beach as well. I enjoyed walking. It is very peaceful place and super neighborhood. I easily reached city as well. Every 10 minutes bus is coming. Good place for families and children. Hope I will be back in the future. You won't regret it either if you visit Sonia and her wonderful house.

Birthday was great! Thank you Vladimir for the offer, I previously sent a video of the house, quickly agreed on the number of guests and the cost. We were met by Maggie, very nice and friendly. The house has everything, clean and tidy. We were 20 people, but there were 10 left for the night. There was enough space for everyone) A large courtyard area, there is a table and a grill, a smoking area. Inside there are two living rooms, many chairs and tables. The kitchen has all the amenities. Hot water, wifi, karma. Check out was super easy. The holiday was definitely a success) Thank you again, we will recommend it!

Awesome 2 bedroom cottage with everything you need for a sort or long visit. The area is beautiful and the river is close by to take a refreshing swim. Could not get kinder hosts who checked us in and provided recommendations. Highly recommend if you want to get into the countryside.

Lesley and Chris are great hosts, very friendly and helpful, the place is clean, comfortable and perfect location for visiting Batumi raptor watchpoint at Sakhalvasho (about 15 mins away) plus Batumi itself and the surrounding coastline and hills. The three cats are great company too!

Wonderful location! It's very beautiful and peaceful here. The apartment has everything you need, including a small kitchen and other essentials. There are no shops or cafes downstairs yet, but delivery from Kobuleti works perfectly, and there's a small grocery store about 10-15 minutes away on foot. The views are stunning both from the apartment and of the sunsets by the sea. The sea and the pool are simply amazing!

For your money, it's a good option. Close to the sea, the sea is cleaner than in Batumi. The yard is quiet, the children walked by themselves. Within a 10-minute walk, shops, a couple of cafes. Right next door, the Oasis complex, where you can walk along the sidewalk along the shore, there are playgrounds and a fountain beating from the ground (children love), a cafe and a bar (quite expensive, you need to take a guest pass at the reception). The biggest drawback is mosquitoes, they may not allow you to sleep. They quickly fly in when you open doors or windows, you should try not to let them in and definitely close the windows for half an hour before going to bed and turn on good fumigators in all rooms - we tried different ones, from what is in the neighborhood in the shops there is only Raid (not in plates and in banks), then you can sleep normally. There is noise from nearby trains, but here it is everywhere along the coast. The furniture is not perfect, decent for the price. The apartment is cozy. Marina is very responsive, helps with advice, problems (for example, sat down batteries in a water heater) solved quickly.

I want to thank Anna, Tengiz, Ira, Guia for her responsiveness, hospitality and hospitality! We had a wonderful 10 days in the house with everything you need for your stay. The house is located in a wonderful and very picturesque and quiet place: away from the track, noisy cafes and restaurants, on the shore of the cleanest mountain river. The view from the balcony (which surrounds the apartment from all sides) is an additional bonus! It's a 10-minute walk to the sea, for someone it may not be very convenient. But not a problem for us as we do not like to sit in the same place and prefer to drive to different places and explore the coast. Would love to come back again!

Everything was quiet wonderful! The host was very kind and helpful. A night under the stars is totally worth the trip.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful mountain house! The views were breathtaking, and the location was perfect for a peaceful getaway—just a short walk to a gorgeous waterfall, which was the highlight of our trip! The house itself was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with any questions. We felt right at home and would love to come back again!

Really nice place and lovely house

It's a very cool and aesthetic guesthouse. We were unlucky with the weather (only cold water, AC located upstairs), but could be perfect for a longer stay in summer. We couldn't lock the doors, but the neighbourhood felt safe and quiet, appreciated the parking space. The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen is well-equipped for cooking. There's also a small shop nearby for groceries.

we stayed 3 nights. quiet. peaceful. rained a lot, but cabin was comfortable and out door space was dry. Nino and her mom went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.

Thank you so much for a lovely stay! Everything was perfect. The host personally met us on the central road and helped us get there. The house is very cozy, has everything you need for a holiday. And the views are great! We stayed with three children, it was very comfortable.

Beautiful location up the hill overlooking the sea. We really enjoyed the amazing view. And Jaba and her family were very friendly and gave as a warm welcome :)

I'm so grateful to Amiran and his family that they share their amazing space and land and food and wine. Great hospitality and soul warming experience to be there surrounded by clouds, forests and mountains. House is very cosy and with a stunning view. Little hut for dinners overlooking gorgeous valley and river with Maya's food was the best restaurant experience during the trip. 2 weeks in paradise will stay in my heart forever. Wish to come back again and explore more beautiful nature around and drink Amiran's wine and local produce filled with love and purity of air. Thank you so much, Gvantsa, to help us make it all work!
