Very good stay, great appointment!!!

One of the most comfortable places I've ever stayed at in Tbilisi. Thanks a lot for your hospitality and the lovely apartment.

We had organized a family reunion, everyone had found a place. There were a total of five of us with a toddler. The terrace is wonderful for relaxing, you have an unobstructed view of the sea and look directly at the sunset. The property is equipped with the necessary inventory, you can prepare something yourself or visit one of the restaurants, which are a few minutes' walk away. The owner was easily accessible and also quickly organized a baby crib for us. All in all, we were satisfied with the accommodation.

We really liked the apartment, everything was clean and cozy, the owners were responsive, it was easy to negotiate everything. The apartment is close to the promenade and the Ferris wheel, a great place for walks👍🏼

Really enjoyed my stay. The apartment was cozy and comfortable, with a proper workspace and reliable internet - great for remote work. Very lovely view from the balcony. Nino was incredibly friendly and made everything smooth. Highly recommend!

The apartment is equipped with all the necessary things and a very cool location near the park in the apartment. Due to my negligence (poorly closed) the balcony door flew off the hinges due to strong winds during the day when I was not at home. Luckily this issue was quickly resolved. Thank you!:)

Everything was great. Comfortable apartment with a good view and convenient location. There are many good restaurants and shops close by. The apartment had everything you need.

Diana was super responsive and even installed some blackout curtains at our request. The apartment is equipped for a long stay and was pleasant to rest in and the check-in went flawlessly. The location is close to the beach and has stores and restaurants all around for all needs. Thank you again for being so nice.

The apartment is ideally located. Between major hotels where there are much less people on the beach. From the door to the sea - three minutes! The apartment is clean, the furniture is new, the bed is huge with a nice mattress. The apartment itself is very spacious, the kitchen has all the necessary utensils. View from the window 10/10. We will miss the morning coffee for a long time on this balcony overlooking the sea and the mountains (yeah, you can't see them in the photo, they are to the left and very beautiful) The host got a baby crib at our request. Special thanks for that! We are very glad that we rented this apartment. The best part of our vacation!

I loved the flat. Beautiful view from the 32nd floor. I arrived in October and it was not too busy. The flat is very well organized, no clutter, comfy bed with excellent mattrass, good bathroom with washing machine and it was quiet at night. You can still hear the music and fireworks at night but the windows and door insulate most of the noise from outside. Check-in was very easy. Staff spoke decent English, which was helpful. There are also some decent shops nearby. Across the street there are two small supermarkets a bigger supermarket is 5 minutes away and it is only a short walk from the 24 hour Aroma Cafe on the beach. Communication was good. Excellent value for money. I liked everything. I would love to go back one day.

Eduardo and Tamo’s place is beautifully clean and tastefully decorated. It’s well equipped with good wifi and a lovely view of harbour and mountains. Located in an active and safe residential area and easy access to all parts of city. Other residents are very friendly and helpful. When I got trapped in the lift they quickly came to my aid and broke me out in no time. Likewise when I used one of the older locks on the flat door instead of the new lock and got locked inside the apartment, Eduardo immediately mobilised helpers and quickly got me out. Eduardo was always available, he went above and beyond to ensure I had a good stay, nothing was too much trouble, day or night. He’s definitely the best host I’ve had in my many years of travelling. I think if they can add some safety features to the lifts and remove the obsolete door lock (which is not necessary anyway as they have new locks), then it would be one of the best places to stay long term in Batumi.

Lena is very nice and helpfull host. Apartment was very clean. Nice place for summer holidays becasue of 3 swimming pools to choose. Nice local restaurants in close area. You need car to reach this place. Good place to see Batumi and stay for week or two. Recommended.

Lika is a great host, check-in and check-out went smoothly, also she additionally provided everything we need. The apartment has beautiful sea view and you can walk to the beach in just a minute. But on some days at night, loud music from restaurants on the beach is possible until about 1 a.m.

I had an excellent stay at Lena's apartment! It is beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable and in a great location. Not even 1 minute's walk to the beach! There is also a pool and rooftop bar in the building. I had great communication with the host. There are many great restaurants, cafes and shops around in the area. I will definitely visit again! The host did everything to make it a wonderful experience for me. Thank you Lena!

Great, clean and very cozy apartment. There is everything you need to live like home. There is a private residential area with a swimming pool and a children's playground. There is also a secure parking space for cars.

Anna is a great host. The check-in was well organized. Excellent apartment on the 2nd floor. Beautiful balcony with sofa and chairs and dining table. Another large beautiful swimming pool was built on the territory, like in 5* hotels. Also a supermarket, pharmacy and souvenir shop opened on the territory. Many beautiful fountains and places where you can enjoy beautiful views (Sky bar 19th floor).
