Apartment holiday rentals in Ko Olina Beach

Thank you for your fantastic penthouse that we had stayed in and thank you for your kindness and really everything. We had stayed at Marriott ko Olina resort for 7 nights. It was an amazing stay. We all had fun and the penthouse was huge, very clean, and neat and the panoramic view was amazing from every side in the penthouse. This spot was perfect for what we wanted! Clean and with a full kitchen (minus the oven), close walk to the beach and lots of great restaurants. Parking was included too which was an even bigger deal than we thought. Danica was a great host, always polite and responsive to messages through the Airbnb app. Would 100% recommend!

Ko Olina is always a great area. This condo is ideal for a families. Only complaint is the television and cable setup is outdated and difficult to figure out. Also, the listing states there are golf clubs available for use but this is inaccurate.

The place was amazing. Just far enough away from the city for some peace and some amazing views. But close enough that everything was within a 10-15 minute drive. Parking always available. The pool was great and the water was always the right temp. All the amenities were as listed.

We had an amazing stay! The location was perfect because it was close to the beach, had great food spots nearby, and had everything we needed. It was so convenient to be able to walk everywhere, and having parking included was a huge plus. The place had all the essentials and made for a comfortable and easy stay. Would definitely recommend!

Loved the condo. Literally steps from the sand! The bldg is a little dated, but still pretty nice IMO. The area is quiet and def not crowded. BUT be aware that going to any/most touristy attractions is 45-60 min drive. This is both good (no crowds) but can be annoying when ur stuck in traffic. There are some unhoused ppl in the area, but they didn't bother us at all. Overall we really enjoyed ourselves & felt the condo was a very good value. Would love to come back.

We had a great time staying at Nalani’s place. Perfect location for a family with a toddler, easy beach and pool access. Clean and well organized, with lots amenities on property. Would recommend to all families!

Thu's unit was exactly as described in the listing. We had our family of 5, and we were super comfortable the entire stay. Two large bedrooms, two nice bathrooms, welcoming living room, kitchen, and beautiful lanai. The complex or resort the unit is in Ko Olina Beach Villas was very well-run, with beautiful pools and grounds. All common areas were incredibly clean and the building seemed to be very well run by management there. My kids loved the pools, we loved the peacefulness of the pool area compared to the experiences we've had at the two neighboring resorts Marriott and Disney. We would love to return to Thu's unit and KOBV on our next vacation!

We had a great stay in Jimmy's place. It felt comfortable and cozy. It was spacious enough for a family of four. The TV has lots of channels and apps. They also provide board games inside the unit, which is a very nice touch. The place is close to the beach. Jimmy has beach equipment that we were able to use. These were very helpful to us since we don't need to bring them during our travel. They have beach chairs and toys. They also have an umbrella so we didn't need to rent from the stalls. Outside, there are food trucks that open late in the afternoon. Overall, Jimmy's place is a great complement that made our trip enjoyable and relaxed.

We had a great stay at Michael’s place! The space was clean, open, and easy to access. Having a washer and dryer was a huge bonus during our trip. The location couldn’t have been better—walking distance to the luau made for a perfect evening. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Toni’s place was exactly as pictured—clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed, and communication with Toni was excellent throughout. Would definitely stay here again!

The location is great, close to restaurants and all the activities in Waikiki! The place was comfortable but a little small for 4 people since the two beds are very close together! The parking space was very convenient! Communication with Rebecca was great!! We enjoyed our stay and would be back!

The place was exactly as described. The view from the patio and bedroom was breathtaking. Very clean and easy to get in and out. James & Mira were so very responsive with recommendations on where to eat and what I should go do based on my interest. They responded within minutes of any questions I had. The housewarming gift was a nice touch. I wish the pool would have been available but that was out of their control due to remodel (this was in the description before booking so not caught by surprise). But as they described the beach is literally a 3-minute walk. The only issue I had was finding the parking garage but that also was google maps sending me in circles. I contacted James and Mira and they were quick to apologize even though it was not their fault and asked how they could improve moving forward. I would most definitely stay again and well worth the price.

The beach was so close I could just walk there barefoot. It was right by the beach, so I went there barefoot😎

I had a truly wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb in Honolulu. From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless—check-in was smooth, the place was spotless, and exactly as pictured (if not better). The location couldn’t have been more convenient—close to [mention nearby spots like Waikiki, Diamond Head, local markets, or beaches], yet tucked away enough to offer peace and quiet when I needed it. The home had thoughtful touches that made a difference: beach towels, coffee, local snacks, or guidebooks. The host was communicative, respectful of privacy, and clearly takes pride in creating a welcoming environment.

What can be said that hasn't already been said? No real cons. Pros? Super comfortable beds/covers/pillows. Clean. Peaceful floor. Available beach accessories to include towels. Nice bathroom with perfect pressure hot water. Unbelievable view of the bay. 2 minute walk from ABC and McDonald's. Centralized location - great for resting between exploration of Oahu. Assigned/free parking. Responsive and nice host.

I cannot say enough great things about this listing. I felt very luck to find this for my trip to O'hau. The unit is immaculate and very tastefully designed/decorated. The location is super convenient and the building includes parking!! The host (Vicky) is super responsive and just an overall nice person. This stay made my trip to Hawaii even better than I could have imagined. I will definitely be planning my next trip based on availability of this unit.

We loved this place! Tucked inside a late-'70s/early-'80s high-rise, it’s easy to overlook—but once you’re in, it’s clear you’ve found something truly special. Even with our late arrival, the friendly doorman set a warm tone. The unit itself was beautifully updated, with sleek finishes, modern appliances, and designer touches throughout—not to mention a breathtaking view. Waikiki can be crowded and slightly chaotic, but this space was the perfect retreat: quiet, comfortable, and effortlessly stylish. If you want front-row access to Waikiki without getting caught in the fray, this place nails it.

We stayed at the Pacific Monarch from May 20–28 and had a great experience. The unit was clean, spacious, and well-stocked with everything we needed for the beach—including umbrellas, backpack chairs, and boogie boards, which were incredibly convenient. While the listing mentioned an ocean view, it's worth noting that it’s more of a partial side ocean view—but still lovely to wake up to. Check-in was seamless, and we appreciated the ease of having on-site parking, which cost $35/day. One of our favorite features was the rooftop area. It offers fantastic panoramic views, a nice pool, a small jacuzzi, and even a sauna and lounge area—great spots to relax after a day out. The location is unbeatable. We were walking distance from lots of amazing food spots, and everything we needed was close by. A special shout-out to IYASUME Musubi, located right next to the hotel—it became our go-to breakfast grab on the way to the beach. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and we’d definitely consider re

Bertrand is the best Host. Any concerns or questions he got back to me asap either text or email. Place was Very Clean and modern with all the comforts of home. Free parking was a big plus for me instead paying $30-$50 per day to park. Everything is close by. View of City diamond head and lil ocean view. Beach 2 blocks away, Zoo, Ocean Dr. with restaurants. David and Jen were extremely helpful during our trip. They provided clear instructions and even gave recommendations on things to do and places to eat. The condo was clean, and pictured accurately. The place is also walking distance to all of downtown Waikiki which was great for walking to dinners and shopping.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. Being able to hear the waves from our place was simply wonderful. The view was incredible. It was great to be able to just go down to the water to swim and use the pool. The kitchen was very well stocked with all things needed to cook. We greatly appreciated that. Thanks for a wonderful visit!
