Family-friendly holiday rentals in Knox County

The only thing we couldn’t figure out was the propane barbecue. There was either no propane or it wouldn’t ignite other than that. Everything was awesome and we really enjoyed our stay. It’s beautiful.

We stayed here for a weekend while we visited our daughter at college. The place was clean, private and quiet. We loved the cows! We also enjoyed the hot tub after a day we spent hiking. Great place, would book again!

This was a phenomenal stay. The cabin was amazing. The bed was so very comfortable and the hot tub was awesome. We loved every bit of it. The location was within 25 minutes of all of Pigeon Forge and other food options. The cabin was beautiful and the scenery was gorgeous. I can’t recommend it enough.

The Bunkhouse was absolutely beautiful with relaxing atmosphere and the quiet evenings. Lots of fun activities nearby. Lots of room for the entire family to enjoy and have their own space when they wanted. We loved the pool table and the big back porch in the evenings as well as in the mornings when the cows were right behind the house. We will definitely be back! Special thanks to our host for sharing their home with us.

This was the second year we stayed at this house. The host was responsive to our needs and even let us check in early. We will be back next year!

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect and the cabin is so cozy with lots of nice touches….especially the hot tub and fun porch lights. The grill and fire pit area are just perfect and the beds were very comfortable too!

I cannot begin to describe the breathtaking views that come with your stay at All Above. They are second to none. The cabin was spotless when we arrived which was extremely nice to find after a long day of driving from Michigan. Vino is a very welcoming host and is very responsive to any questions you may have.

Unique property, and well equipped for a comfortable stay.

Wonderfully quiet location, yet close enough to get to stores with a quick drive. Quiet roads even up into the nest neighborhood, thus great for walking my dog without all the fuss of packing up to get to a location. Michele and Joe are fabulous hosts and very responsive to any concerns. In the end they made me feel like part of their family during the time I was there. My dog and I will definitely return for a third stay and more!

Nice place not far from UTK I stayed for my son’s graduation it was exactly what we needed. I was a bit skeptical at first but the house is really really nice and the hosts are very friendly helpful. Please book this location if you’re ever in the Knoxville area

We stayed in this cozy cottage on our recent trip to Knoxville for a UT college tour and football game. The location was very convenient for accessing the north side of Knoxville and avoiding most traffic related to the game. It was only about a 15 minute drive, but being on top of this hill in the woods of Fountain City made you feel you were worlds away. The views of the mountains in the distance were beautiful. And my teenage son enjoyed the tennis and basketball court. If we had had more time I would have loved to make use of the firepit. Oh, by the way, the bathroom is indeed tiny but the shower had great water pressure and was nice and hot!

Great place to stay in Knoxville.

We came in town to visit my mother in law whose house is 2 doors down, very close to downtown and new baseball stadium. House very roomy and cosey. We will be staying again in the future 👍🏽🤗🥰

2nd time staying at Mike's. He's a great host with a nice place just outside of downtown Knoxville. His place is clean, comfy and has fast wifi. Mike is super responsive and has your best interest in mind.

James was easy to deal with, really friendly guy

Tina went out of her way to make us feel welcome! She had welcome snacks and everything we needed in the kitchen. We enjoyed the quiet, safe neighborhood!

Gayla was a wonderful host and she has a beautiful cottage out in the country! We stayed there to visit my brother for a UT game, so the only issue was that it was a bit difficult to get Ubers to come all the way out. The toilet was also a little finicky (we had 4 of us in one bathroom!), so just something to keep in mind;) but overall it was a great stay!! Thank you, Gayla!

Dina's place was perfect for us - clean, comfortable, had everything we needed and as described. Perfect location for what we wanted to do. Lovely surroundings. Everything in the unit was thoughtful and clean. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The place and property were both amazing. Close to UTK for our daughter’s graduation. Would definitely recommend and the hosts were 5 stars plus. Very responsive.

Robert and his wife were very kind and proactive. They checked to make sure everything was going well midweek. I appreciate the peace and beautiful surrounding.

BLOWN AWAY‼️🙌🏻 Clean as a glacial stream. Smelled like a new car when we opened the door. Four big bedrooms. Perfect for large families. Extremely close to UT and downtown Knoxville. Private deck overlooking treed backyard. Loved listening to the woodpeckers while sipping my coffee. Deborah has all the extras - snacks, Keurig coffee pods with amazing flavors, and all the things you tend to forget when traveling. Of all the places I’ve ever rented this one was THE BEST🏆🥇❤️

Highly recommend this place! Great location & it was secluded. Loved that Ijams was right next to it & other hiking trails. Downtown Knoxville was very close as well. The host made sure we had very clear, detailed instructions. & they were quick to respond to any text messages. We stayed the weekend for our anniversary & they had us a small gift waiting. That was very thoughtful
