Most definitely a 5 star place. We had one little mishap but the host was promply on top of that, worked with us and all was well. The space was so cozy and simply sweet. Loved the back porch and the fact that the trees seperated properties! Honestly couldnt tell we were in Knoxville unless we left the neighborhood. So close to so many things too. Will definitely keep this place in mind when attending events close by. Will 1000% recommend!!

We were fortunate to stay in this beautiful home for a month while our own house was undergoing repairs. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the thoughtful touches— the kitchen was stocked with drinks, snacks, breakfast items, and even delicious cinnamon rolls that were perfectly baked and just the right amount of gooey. There were also toys and treats waiting for our pets, which they really appreciated. The home was spotless, exceptionally well-maintained, and filled with comfortable, inviting spaces. We especially enjoyed spending time in the dining room and sunroom, where our pets loved watching chipmunks, rabbits, and deer through the large windows. Every part of the house was relaxing and made us feel right at home. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, especially when we needed to extend our stay or had any questions. We couldn’t have asked for a better temporary home and highly recommend this property.
